Overpromised, Very Underdelivered
I subscribed expecting AI-powered marketing automation but ended up doing most of the work myself. The platform implies it can automate ad creation and marketing, but in my experience I still had to manually build and manage the ads.
To make matters worse, I expected to pay around $50 but was charged $80 a month instead lol, which was an unpleasant surprise. I also couldn’t connect the Instagram Business account, making it impossible to use key features. When I tried to get help, there was no easy way to reach a real person, so I was left without a solution.
For the price, I expected a much smoother experience and significantly more automation. Right now, it feels like I paid for features that either don’t work as advertised or aren’t accessible. I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Did not publish my ad on Meta
I did a 5 day $15 budget for my headlight restoration ad and meta rejected it?!?! I’m disappointed, I thought Zeely was supposed to get your ads to people on social media.
This app is not intended to help create social media content!!
If you are looking to sell specific products and are okay with them looking extremely fake then this would work for you. If not don’t waste your money and time.

I don’t know it’s program is very hard to get set up and do and it doesn’t seem like it just runs on its own so I don’t know it doesn’t seem like it’s really worth it
ZERO STARS for this money grab
Please beware this app!! They take your money prior to your trials ending. This is the second time they did this to me. Not a user friendly app and I am just disgusted.
No way to cancel
Do not get this, I tried it out did not like it. I went to cancel it but there is no way. I texted the help desk and now no one is responding and I got charged 29.99 because they would not respond back. Don’t get scammed save your money.
Charging before seeing product?!
It sounds like a good idea… but I’d like to see what I’m buying before buying it… if I don’t know if it works, how can I put my money into it. I understand wanting to ensure that don’t steal your tool created but show it first so they can decide it’s worth the purchase - unless it’s not and you know that…
Paid 19 for a “free”
Paid 19 for a “free” trial and then to proceed to the next page it said press ok then I got billed another 34 then I created my adds and when it came to having to share I was told I have to pay another 39 I want a refund this app is a joke and has hidden fees for it to be a “free trial”

Very disappointing experience. The app is confusing, difficult to navigate, and far from user-friendly. Many features are unclear, making it frustrating to create videos and images efficiently.
What disappointed me the most is that I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, but the process was not straightforward and did not work as expected. This caused unnecessary frustration and made me feel trapped in a service I no longer wanted to use.
I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple, transparent, and easy-to-use platform.

Be sure you really want this app before you download it, I did didn’t pick a plan and was automatically charged 199.99 for the whole year!! Now Apple won’t give me a refund so if you get it make sure you pick a plan or they’re going to make you pay for a full year!
viruses and scammers
Almost immediately after I tried to use this app, I got a virus on my phone and scammers were able to hack into my account and tried to take money out of my bank account when I went to pay for the ad service. Zelly also tried to take more money out than what I was paying for.

Horrible Customer Service
Don’t use this platform! It’s 3rd party to Facebook and Instagram they lie to you about everything especially charges and fees! You’re better off finding yourself a free software to do the AI stuff. And posting directly on Facebook ads and instagram with another AI. Expect surprise charges and being told they won’t charge you for month when you try to cancel and then them charging you . And there’s extra fees every time you run a ad through them. When I contacted them about this they didn’t want to refund me. I had to tell them I was giving them a bad review and then they took away my stars! Stars are what you need for your free trial! To operate within the app. They scheme. It’s not worth the hassle and deception for the AI they use.
Terrible AI word pronunciation
I can’t use any videos made by Zeely because they can’t Pronounce my company name correctly. It sounds robitic. Now they are trying to charge me $79 for nothing.

Purchase this app for one month tried over and over to make a video that worked where they actually pronounced the words correctly then was told I had to purchase more credits to try another time then still did not have enough credits to try to get this eight second video done correctly. Worst AI tool that I have used
This app changes your product. It takes labels off of your product pictures even when you write in the prompts to leave it on. It charges you points for every bad picture or video that it makes. You start off with a certain amount of points and it charges you those points for every picture. If it completely messes up your product it just keeps charging more points to fix it, if it ever fixes it.
Noticeably fake
The customer support chat, doesn’t send you to a real person. The content is noticeably fake.

This is a terrible app. It could be built by AI in a week. It doesn’t work right, it’s super slow. The ads suck, the AI sounds fake and looks fake, and the people they generate models of aren’t even ad worthy looks. The worst part is the customer service. They’re shady AF. When I asked for a full refund, they tried to ignore the ad I placed and was going to let it burn through the money. They didn’t tell me what the refund was til I asked, then I had to go back to war with them to get the rest. They wasted over an hour on cancel and refund everything on my 30 minute old account. And I still don’t have my refund. Might actually have to go to small claims court over it. Don’t waste your time. It took forever to generate a subpar ad that I could have done on my own in about 5 minutes!
No real direction
Not happy with this product! No real direction as to how to use this or get videos, ads. Not sure what the numbers mean or what they are used for. So far not worth the $40 paid! I don’t see how I will generate sales or traffic to my site.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to carefully review the subscription terms and cancellation process before providing payment information.

I was charged multiple times I “emailed” like they said and nothing was done about it I still have yet to get them to remove my card info such a pansy scheme!!!

I have worked with my Zeely account several times. It seems simple enough, but I have never been able to get it to make the video I want.

Not proving easy to build content for our vacation rental. It keeps trying to use stock photos.

Zeely did not live up to my expectations. The AI videos had speech errors and the social media posting was limited and controlled by Meta.

I do this for a living and I have tried to fix things and create content easier and this is not very user friendly or open source creative. I was hoping to save time but unfortunately it is not the case. Not horrible but not what I thought
Havoc and Sunshine
Videos and still images have not produced any sales even after scheduling them over several days. What am I doing wrong? The videos look great, but I am getting very few “Likes” and nearly zero possible customers clicking thru to my Landing Page and Purchase page. I need. Professional help and guidance.
