It is a cool concept but not easy to use, but yet they are very quickly to get your info and take your money. It is not attached to your Apple account, the app won’t let you cancel it, I have emailed them multiple times and they continue to charge my account $79 for months now without me using it. I want to cancel, I want a refund. I am not using it and you guys keep taking my money.
Not responsive AT ALL!!!
I couldn’t get very far with setting my advertisement up. I uploaded my link and it brought up pictures from my site but THATS IT! I tried pressing continue at the bottom over and over again but nothing. I am so disappointed with this fraudulent app! There’s NO WAY those good reviews are real! DO NOT spend your money on this garbage!
Too much hype and not enough in return
First , when making your ads … that part is fine and easy . When trying to get ads on IG and Facebook, you are waiting forever. I’m better off cutting out the middle man and placing the ads myself . Too many companies telling lies

Genuinely a terrible app, not a single add is going to get any sales. The ads it makes legit turns my product into something its not. Save your 60 bucks for something actually useful

I’m leaving this as a 1-star review for now due to my current experience.
I downloaded Zeely expecting a marketing platform that could help automate posting and manage content for business growth. Based on how it was presented, I believed it would function as a full marketing tool. Instead, it operates more like an image generator with very limited actual marketing capabilities.
The way the app is marketed is not clear, and it led me to purchase something that doesn’t match what I was expecting.
I’ve already reached out to support to resolve this issue. If they provide a fair solution, I am fully willing to remove this review and update my rating. Until then, I will have to leave this review in place until further notice.

Horrible app
Finally decided to try! Tried a trial base at $19.95. They charged me $19.95 plus a double charge for $39.95. Do you actually think you can get a hold of anyone on the app. Any phone number to call? NOPE nothing ! Buyer beware!!! Don’t not waste your time or money ! Bunch of money scammer honestly ! NOT HAPPY at all!
Totally overrated
I saw so many commercials that made it look like an amazing product, so I decided to buy it thinking it would be useful. But in reality, what you get is very limited and not worth the price.
It feels almost like Canva Plus for videos, but with fewer useful options. You cannot properly upload and edit your own videos the way you would expect, and it does not really fix or improve them. Honestly, regular caption apps or video editing tools are a much better option.
Overall, Zeely AI is expensive, overrated, and does not deliver what the ads promise. In my opinion, it is not worth it.

It said that was supposed to be $30 dollars and it charged me $85 and it won’t even make good ai videos I can’t even make them longer than 5 seconds and they are not even doing what the script says
Poor quality
Tried the service and I got better results going directly to the source. Highly suggest you do too. Your quality, control and ads will thank you for it. Zeely… has a long way to come.

They don’t even deserve a star. Subscribed to their basic subscription of $29.95 and then my card gets charged twice with an additional $39.95 stating I subscribed for their growth plan. I’m very disappointed, I had really high hopes for this to help my social platform

There is no meaningful infrastructure tailored to real estate no relevant creatives, no ready to use campaign frameworks, and no tools that feel purpose built for agents or brokers. What’s advertised as a specialized solution ends up feeling generic and disconnected from the industry it claims to serve.
The platform itself is almost entirely driven by AI, including customer support, and that becomes a major issue quickly. When things go wrong and they do the lack of real, responsive human support leaves you stuck in a loop of automated replies that don’t actually solve anything. It creates the impression that support exists, but not in a way that’s useful or accountable.
From a usability standpoint, the interface is not intuitive or user friendly. Tasks that should be straightforward feel unnecessarily complicated, and there’s a constant sense that you’re working against the platform rather than with it. Instead of streamlining marketing efforts, it adds friction.
The pricing model only adds to the frustration. Even with a $78 subscription, you’re still being nickel and dimed for nearly every prompt or action. What makes this worse is that you’re charged even when the AI fails whether it crashes, times out, or produces unusable output. Paying repeatedly for incomplete or nonfunctional results is unacceptable.
There are open source and alternative AI tools available right now that perform significantly better, offer more flexibility, and don’t lock basic functionality behind constant micro charges. Compared to those options, Zeely feels overpriced and underdeveloped.
At the end of the day, this comes down to a gap between expectation and reality. Zeely overpromises and severely underdelivers. If you’re a real estate professional looking for a serious marketing solution, this platform is not it.

Horrible service, do not use, they try to keep your money when you ask for a refund. I requested a full refund same day I got the app and I never received it. I got a partial refund, but they never gave me back the rest after confirming they would.

I canceled my subscription and they still charged me $80. If you try to cancel you have to use a laptop and even then you can only speak to a chatbot that just offers you cheaper subscriptions options. You can’t request a refund through Apple because they manage their subscriptions online. Do not use this app!!

This is the worst app I canceled it. They don’t even respond and they keep charging me. I’m going to report them to pay pal . When you open the app, you can’t even find your account it forces you to do the avatar and you can’t even cancel the app on the app!

Shady Billing Practices
I warn all consumers to be aware that their “trial” ends with automatically enrolling you in the most expensive plan they offer, despite their trial price being identical to their lowest tier price. The software is not at all as intuitive as advertised, nor does it “do it all for you.” Help resources are limited and customer support is much more transactional than consultative, so don’t expect a lot of guidance.

I don’t understand why you have to pay for a subscription and then pay again with credits to actually use features.

It seems good, they market it well. You put your info in for a trial. No follow up just charges whether you use it or not. You can’t cancel, there’s no protocol no button just Zack an Ai assistant that will have someone contact you. Weird creepy Ai images that you can already do on Canva or Chat for free that look more realistic. Don’t do it to yourself!!

Unfortunate service
I signed up mistakenly for the higher tier and completely forgot about it. Months went by and I realized I was being charged $80 every month. I contacted customer service and even though the most recent billing just went through this morning they would not issue even a partial $50 refund unless I switched to a different tier service. I requested compensation in some form for the months of non-use and got nowhere. Very sad.

Monthly subscription buys you so many points. When you try and create a video, it says “most images wrap up in less than a minute”. But then you just wait and wait and no video, but it takes your points. Absolute ripoff!

Tried it out, cancelled, and have been constantly fighting charges from this company since. I gave them a chance, but they never provided a single published ad. Chats were AI generated. Seriously, stay far away.
Misleading and Unresponsive support
This app is for those that are genuinely not creating ads at all. It will not run ad campaigns for you as an advertisement led me to believe. They also charge a fee to run ads on Meta. Your read that right… Ads you pay for already have an extra fee added to it for what? I get it. If you’ve never done this before it may make sense but there are a lot of free tools out there that can do a lot of this for you. Be careful before you commit because the minute I asked for a refund I got ghosted.

The ads for this suggest they can make ads and give me sales for my books but once I’m in the app there are no templates for books and they rely on me for images and copy which I don’t have. Total waste of time and money

Zeely is cheap quality, voices don’t match the avatar, video generation is not accurate, very very expensive for a few tokens, there is no way to re-generate video once Zeely messes it up, it does not produce professional ads

It charges you for the free trial. When is making an ad it requires 7 photos but it doesn’t let you add any photos so you can’t create an ad. Waste of time and money

Felt like a scam
When I first got the app i paid for the 4 week trial. Was reading reviews that they automatically renew you at the highest level. After checking my account, sure enough it was going to renew at $80. After trying to cancel they continue to try to get you to take an extra 30 days for free. I accepted the offer, but now Everytime i try to generate anything it just gets stuck at generating then crashes. Also now I get weird text messages from random people telling me they want to work with me. When I look up the number it’s people that don’t exist. I’m guessing this is their way to make it seem as though the ads are really working.

Just get ChatGPT & Canva
Everything is based on “credits” that you pay for in advance. Even if the result is terrible, it still costs you credits that won’t be refunded. Once it’s created, you can’t edit it at all (photos or videos). The first video I created had a mispronounced word and the entire speech cadence was terrible. The further you dig into their avatars the worse they get. It’s 1000% not worth getting this app or paying for the service. Get a large company LLM and Canva - you can do way more and edit things that are wrong. What a waste of money this has been. After pointing out what was messed up in the content that it created, I wasn’t retuned any credits; I was offered “1-month of premium for free.” It’s a waste.

This app is a total scam. Not only do they charge you an outrageous $20 per week , they also sell all your information to india telemarketers which will call you on a daily basis multiple times a day. You will never get your privacy back until you change phone numbers. So after they charge you $20 a week, you still dont have unlimited access. Its basically $20 for a very limited amount of points that will never refill automatically. They make you pay $10 for each 100 points which is only like 4 ai edits. What this app claims to do is total bs. Any ai app like chatgpt or grok can do the same for absolutely free. They are using chatgpt anyways so youre just wasting money and your privacy is gone
