Used to be my favorite gacha
All the designs are just lingerie slop lately and all the unique designs that made sense for an urban city game is gone…season 3 doesn’t look much better so far. PLEASE IMPROVE CHARACTER DESIGN AND UNIQUENESS.
Edit; Saw the season 3 trailer and all my suspicions confirmed, the old design team must’ve left. Deleted the game on all platforms instantly. So sad I spent so much time and energy in a game that is just generic waifu gacha game #38.

Game was great at first with a great story and great designs but sadly that time has ended. this game is only for gooners now and only male gooners.

1. delete the wonderland, it sucks and no one plays it but like 3 people

Crashes on config loading.tried reinstalling and it forces me to download full version that’s 32 gb.why make it this way giving up already.
4th Return to this stagnant game.
The new update has caused my iPhone 14 Pro Max to overheat quickly even at its lowest settings along with stutters during gameplay. Too much space for a resource intensive game and a story that just repeats too many story beats. Putting aside the fact it forces you to pick options that is simply the same choice that changes nothing about the world like hsr. I do not recommend this game at all in its current state, don’t waste your money on this bloated and disgusting company.
Absolutely worthless.
A blatant cash grab with the worst pull rates of any gacha, and garbage endgame content that is actively hostile, preventing you from getting any prizes or awards. Don’t waste your time on this trash.

Having an M2 Miyabi, M2 Ye Shunguang, and their Signature Engines. I should be having a blast right! but I’ve finally tapped out.
The action this game was known for has been replaced by endless tiresome mascot filler while we wait for fighting content that never actually arrives. On top of that, losing every 50/50 especially to 1st-gen characters that aren’t viable anymore feels rigged and predatory. Miyabi has been shadow nerfed for a long time now. Even then she’s still a powerhouse but it’s annoying cus every boss has some kind of resistance specially against her..
I’m exhausted from the over sexualization of character designs, of the bangboo (mascot) chore events and the gacha fatigue hit a peak for me. It’s now wiped from my phone. My phone feels 40-60 giga bytes lighter now lol. If you want a real ARPG that respects your time avoid this one or any hoyoverse game. Gacha gaming is a cancer that unfortunately makes a lot of money from fear of missing out and gambling addictions.

I might have written or made a review before idk, but I was also someone who started playing right at release. I had a lot of hope for a game like this, but it definitely has gone way down hill since then.

Unsatisfactory Character Designs & Unethical Behavior
I absolutely love the worldbuilding and various gameplay modes offered in this game. However, the game’s character design philosophy has been becoming extremely questionable (reusing the same clothing pieces across multiple characters, relying on sexual appeal and nudity rather than sleek, clever design to sell characters). The absolutely horrendous Season 2 storyline and reveals of the new characters may be the final nail in the coffin for me in terms of quitting this game. This game used to have gorgeous streetwear with a variety of characters that appealed to different people and now the audience is only getting over-sexualized women and inappropriate depictions of children. The developers have unfortunately lost their touch and have resorted to objectifying women and children for money.

Incompetent services
So I have been a person that has been playing this game since it’s first came out, I have purchase numerous of searches, bundle packages and even get in the characters, now sense last year of December I’ve been having a problem which was contacting customer service because we are guaranteed a five star character after purchasing 90 searches. I have done that continuously times but since December they felt like they wanted to cheat me out out of it so every time I contact I can play to see if there will fix it. They are now telling me I have to purchase more searches just to end up receiving it even though it’s guaranteed the five star character at the 90 purchases so they’re basically cheating me out of my money, unfortunately to pay more now I have went to the customer service and let them know. I will no longer play this game or invest into it dealing with this trifling service of stealing money and not providing the service that is Necessary. if you don’t want your money taken, don’t play this game.

Wanted to try it but I just get a black screen then it closes. Genshin works fine though.
ZZZ is the only good MiHoYo game
This game doesn’t deserve its low rating, but here I am. I play Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, so the fact that ZZZ doesn’t have the negatives of the other two is all the more galling. The main problem with GI and HSR have incredibly boring story modes that you can’t skip. ZZZ story modes are skippable, and dialog scenes are easy to zip through. HSR costs thousands of dollars per month to get the latest characters and max them out in order to beat end game modes. There’s no skill, only spend. ZZZ characters all have about equal ability, so no character is must-have to beat the latest end-game content, so you can save for the characters that appeal to you. And they’re the most generous for gacha currency.
A game where you aren’t allowed to own all characters without paying
Losing 50/50 every single ****ing time for the past year has made me give up on this game. I have several maxed characters and engines which I love, however the developers keep making it hell to use these characters now so they can sell the new ones, they aren’t required but gameplay because extremely frustrating with all the resistances. On top of this pulling for new characters is chance based and if you are unlucky then expect to have an incomplete roster forever, which since season 2 these characters have unique mechanics that make the game far easier to clear certain stages while the old characters continue to be neglected or nerfed by just making the bosses practically immune to them. I won’t be coming back if this is how it continues. This happened in star rail as well, shame on me I guess for giving these devs any benefit of the doubt. I really loved everything about this game besides the gacha, and I just no longer want to spend money here when the value is worse than almost every other gacha.

40GB and still can’t play offline?
Constant ‘failed to get server list’ error even on stable Wi-Fi. The game takes up nearly 40GB, yet still demands an online connection just to launch. Please add a proper offline mode - let us play solo, then sync progress with servers when internet is available.
The amount of data needed is crazy.
It looks like a fun game but i had to delete all my apps just to play the beginning choose your character thing.
Buggy on mobile
When I play on phone(android/Samsung), I have to open the app MANY times since it will constantly kick me out for no apparent reason, now I’m trying to play it on my IOS to avoid this problem but the same thing happens! Hoyo, Please fix this!!
Wouldn’t even load
It took forever to even log in to the game (it just kept crashing) and then when I got in, it kept giving me the exact same message: “Insufficient storage, please free up 32.3 mb” (or something like that). Even Genshin Impact loads faster than ZZZ did! Also that should give you a look at how much storage it takes up at the bare minimum. Anyways, I freed up that much storage, went back into the app, and still got the message. I tried again, and again, and again. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it didn’t work. It offered a limited version, similiar to Genshin or HSR, so I chose that. That’s where the similarities ended. I got to see 5 seconds of storyline, got hyped up, chose my character, and waited. What happened next? That was all the limited version had. I’m giving this two stars so that you can see this, and for the character design. There’s no troubleshooting option in the login screen, so I can’t do anything or get help. I don’t want to get the app for people who play Hoyo games because of the reviews. I was really looking forward to this game but am still trying to get in to it!!! I read some of the other reviews and they were all having the same problem. I hope me and everyone else having this issue all get help! <3
Please fix your games, Hoyoverse.
I have been playing since patch 1.0, and I’ve loved every second. The characters are cool, the story is great, and the combat is amazing. However, 2.6 has changed my view on this game. I’ve been planning for Sunna ever since I saw a picture of the Angels of Delusion, and she’s been my favorite character ever since. I’ve seriously been planning her for more than a year. However, the patch when she finally releases, the storage requirement for Zenless won’t fit my phone. Hello? There’s no reason that the game should even be available on IOS if no IOS has storage to fit the game. This lack of access caused me to not only lose my chance at Sunna, but lose my whole account because i can’t even play the game. Please, I’m begging you to do something similar to Genshin and Honkai Impact 3rd, where there’s basic resources and advanced resources to download. It will make the game playable for a wider audience, and it would finally fix this issue. This goes for Honkai: Star Rail as well. Please fix this, I want to love this game.
