Can’t Open Tech Hub Still

Really bad
What’s the opposite of awesome? That’s what this app is. I love it when I search for a bumper rail and Zeus suggests every single thing that is not even remotely close. “Are you looking for a spud? Here’s 27 options for electrical outlets.”

Borderline Unusable
Hours upon hours of my day are wasted trying to find parts that I can find on Google in seconds. Even with exact part numbers it is a challenge. My company is wasting so much money on this useless app and its broken search function.
Not enough part information
Basic or no information about part. Often times information about part is a bunch of random numbers (part number) parts apps should always give information like voltage, amps, motor rotation, phase, naturally open or naturally closed for switches and relays. Pictures of part are way too small or nonexistent.
Made by pre teens
Zeus can be summed up with an old saying. “In the land of the blind, the one eyed man reigns king” and it’s a great example of this application. When ordering from Zeus it’s like ordering Amazon mystery boxes, you truly do not know what you will get.
No Thanks
You would have better luck training carrier pigeons to take little notes to supply houses than use this app.

Hard to Navigate/ No pictures
Very hard to find most anything you are looking for. Most part numbers you use will pull up anything but the part you are looking for. And on the off chance it does. Don’t trust the picture if there is one. Sometimes it’s not the correct picture.

This app has terrible description on parts, no pictures no descriptions and search not working properly. They need to be improved a lot.

Search elsewhere
This app is the worst. You should go to google to search for a part number. Then search that number in Zeus. Then go back to google and see if the number of the part they show you is what you really want. Sometimes it shows out of stock and the replacement for a defrost heater is some wheels. Sometimes it just cancels your order and doesn’t tell you it out of stock. I have attended several of there meetings. They claim they have nothing to do with the app, that all the suppliers have messed up. Why is it an app if I still have to email the supplier to get the part? Som

Worst Search Engine
Type in mart cart and get faucets, type in ballast and get vacuum fan motor, actually happened. Blows my mind every time I use this horrible app how much time I waste. This is no google search. And if you want pictures to alleviate worries of wrong parts, forget about it. 90 percent have none. This app is the worst app I have ever used. I would give zero stars if possible. It gets a capital F.

From someone that uses this app weekly, it is absolute TRASH. Overly complicated for no reason at all. Zero accurate pictures of parts and pieces. Not user friendly whatsoever.
Complicated for no reason at all
After ordering, I must wait until they send a request to approve my order. But why? Also, many parts don’t have pictures, so if they have a replacement part, it’s a gamble on whether or not it’s the right part to order. SDI reps make it more complicated, addressing parts to themselves and escalating everything, causing a 2 week process for ordering parts. I would not recommend this app or system to anyone.
Junk
So I’m told that Zues is supposed to have any part needed in my field and will take 2 days at the most to get it. That’s what I’m told. Reality is, take for ever to find a part in there (that’s providing they have it in the system). Once I do find it and order priority it takes a couple days before anyone even puts it up to approve. I ordered it why do I have to approve? Once approved most of the time it’s still weeks before getting it. I don’t have a good parts house where I’m at but, generally I can make a call and have it the next day. Not no more because Zues is saving us money! Yeah right. Another thing. They try to cancel almost everything I order. NOT RECOMMENDED

Year 2022 - feels like 1988
I wrote better programs on Basic,Pascal, Clarion & Cobol in the late80’s than this app. This continues to digress as time continues. Need an emergency order & tap the button? Don’t bother. You’re better off calling the mfgr, get the part number & order directly from your supplier (as it should be!) Garbage
More horrible than my first marriage!
Constantly having issues with this app. The support side is full of phone answerers who really have no clue what you are needing or anything about the equipment. It’s like pulling teeth to have parts added to the catalog. So much of the process lies in the hands of the suppliers who do not bow down to the almighty Zeus like they wish they would. Just stick with ordering parts from the manufacturer directly. Divorced again!!
Hot stinking garbage!
This app is a waste of time and money. The concept is solid but the app is using outdated technology, is super unstable, and does not function half the time. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times a week just to be able to login, orders are often duplicated or don’t go through, pictures on Non-Cat orders never seem to attach, and the app crashes constantly. The search function is a joke, reminiscent of early 2000’s search engines. This app wastes hours of my time every week and I hate it.
Horrible app
First off, only reason I left a 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Easily the worst app I have ever had to deal with. Have to delete the app at least once a week more common to delete several times a week just to get the app to open. Constant errors of “invalid password or username”, “something occurred in the server”, “unknown error”. Bunch of useless items in the catalogs probably just to pad the number of items available. Cant get correct amount of parts, either don’t get all the parts or too many.

Needs a lot of work
A lot of orders disappear off of the app. It crashes all the time. It will place your order and a couple days later when you go to look up it has canceled it… not very user friendly at all…
