This app is ridiculous. It wants to check my identity and I took a picture of my identification over six times and then it kicked me out saying that it will not allow me to use the app no longer, and that I still have to pay my balance. Which of course I’m going to pay for. Why am I not allowed to use the app? Even after I’ve been trying to raise my limits and using app more
Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time. I can never check out. Just says oops something went wrong, try again. Customer service is non existent and they have no idea how to help.
Internal Team..
There’s no way to get in direct contact with the internal team, it’s insufferable at this point. I was notified my birthday didn’t match up after all these years I had zip which didn’t make sense why would I put the incorrect birthday? Than I provided the correct documents still can’t get my zip account back when I try to deactivate my account and reapply I have to wait. The support sucks
It’s a lie
The rate star on Apple, I noticed a bunch of bots or a bunch of Indians up voting it to make it look like a five star, but it’s false. I try using the app if you use the app once more a day it will block you and then you have to show your ID and it will still block you until you called them to unlock it back once blocked again than you’ll be put investigation for some reason you’ll start with 800. I barely used 100 and I’m having a lot of issue, this app is not worth it, as soon they unblock me. I’ll pay them off and never reuse it again, I don’t recommend to anybody.
Have not received my purchase
Someone stole my package that I ordered from SHEIN. This company refuse to help me. Now I have to file a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and My State Attorney General.
Dispute Resolved by My Bank, But Zip Refuses to Correct Its Records. Lack of Accountability
My experience with Zip's customer service has been extremely disappointing. I discovered a charge that I did not recognize and, believing it might be fraudulent, filed a dispute with my bank. Later, I learned that the charge was from Zip and was informed that Zip sometimes combines multiple payments into a single charge without clearly explaining this process to customers.
Once I realized what happened, I immediately worked with my bank to resolve the issue. The dispute was canceled, the matter was reversed, and I provided Zip with documentation and screenshots confirming this. Despite providing proof, Zip continues to treat the issue as if it is still an active dispute.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of accountability and urgency in resolving the matter. Instead of reviewing the evidence and correcting the issue, I have been repeatedly redirected and told to contact different departments. As a customer whose account is in good standing and whose payments have always been made on time, I expected much better treatment.
I have acted in good faith throughout this process, but I do not feel that Zip has shown the same commitment to resolving the issue. The poor communication, lack of transparency, and inability to promptly address a documented problem reflect poorly on their customer service. Customers should not have to repeatedly prove the same facts or fight to have an issue corrected after providing clear evidence.
I hope Zip improves its dispute resolution process and empowers its support team to actually resolve customer concerns instead of passing them from one channel to another. If zip fix the matter i will edit my review and star

Don’t point out when they make a mistake
They get really upset when you do this and become really rude. Apparently they don’t like/want criticism. And I also was falsely told I would get a survey to fill out, still waiting on that…
