Terrible customer service
I used to like Zip however for the last 4 weeks I can’t make any payments because it’s said I’m outside the US when I’m making payment in the US. Whenever I called customer services, they can’t help, all they say was the issue will be escalated but it’s been 4 weeks and still not response. I’m just waiting to make the few payment I have left to close this account. Terrible customer service
Worst payment app out there by FAR
How are we doing? Your doing so great I made and order and couldn’t pick up my items and wasted my day off and waited 3 weeks to get my money back. Your doing so good I deleted this app because it’s the worst one ever

They took my money twice, and the order doesn’t even exist according to them, they charged my card twice and are making me wait 2 weeks to get my money back do not use this app they are a scam !

Customer service
The customer service chat sucks. Like entirely. It took them from 230pm til about 7pm to even get me an agent that would even reply to me then ended the chat because I was too busy to reply.
Was great
I liked using the app. Until they closed my account after I legally changed my name. Tried showing them my court order, copies of my old id, new id, etc nope they said we can’t verify you now. Wtf
Ridiculous
I’ve been trying to get help from a representative for 3 days now. One just put me on hold for a hour and then hung up in my face. Why would you give me an account but then say I don’t qualify for access to the app. Why not just deny me?
