This game has way too many ads just for simple things that are in the menus. Not worth even downloading.

DEFECTIVE
Game is defective. The in game play does not allow for the attributes and special features in battle to play out. For example, the bionic zombie feature only lures enemies for about 5 seconds, then they attack again. If there are enemies in the spawn queue, they don’t spawn until after the two minute or so until the bionic zombie has run out. The air support option works maybe 20% of the time. This game is more of a “Watch advertisements” in order to proceed with regular play, and also spend your money app than an actual game play app.
Issues with purchases
Game was working fine, for the first rime ive had an issue where i have 3 purchases of 4.99 , 4.99 and 9.99 plus tax that were charged but i was not credited the items. I have tried your in app support and 4 days with no replies, i have emailed and nothing, i have completed and submitted your forms and nothing. Basically your support makes the game a 1 star, and im still waiting on my refund.

Game is has spending events non stop. Eventually you will need to spend to advance. There are ads and to be ad free for 30 days you have to pay. Cash Cow!

Fun but VERY EXPENSIVE
ZW is a fun game for sure, BUT the rewards are trash, Events are very hard to achieve even with BattlePass and extra spending, Rewards ranking unfair. The game is fun if you have a tons of cash to burn.

3 minute ads!!
The ads in this game are at least 3 times longer than any other game. It’s crazy. I thought it was broken but apparently they do it on purpose to make you buy the $10 ad free vers. Don’t get into this game. Absolutely not worth it

I reached out to customer service days ago and there has been no response. How else can I get assistance?
Scammers
They will over charge you multiple times in the same day for the same amount of money even tho you only wanted one time charge and when you ask for a refund they will ban your account instead of providing proof that you wanted the charge. So all the money you put in the game before you asked the first time for a refund they ban ur account and you lose all your money that’s crazy and needs to be investigated and a class action lawsuit filed on them for stealing. Also if your in a server and it dies they just force you to stay there instead of allowing you to transfer to a live server unless you pay again so much money. Horrible game and they steal money.

M.I.A customer service
Send a message to customer service through the endgame feature that was over 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still have yet to hear a response from them even though they say they take three working days to get back to you. It’s been well past the three working days and still, I have heard nothing from them.

Disgrace to gamers
You guys made it too obvious. The health scaling ramps up at the 3rd map so much it’s unplayable without the mtx + bullet heck doesn’t make sense cause all the upgrades become useless. Disgusting.

This game constantly crashes. I’ve managed get into a the first level and complete after like 50 tries.

Garbage. Never gives you the trait/skills you need when you level up to keep you from completing the level. Time waster. You need to gather items to level up your character and weapons which takes eternity.

Convoluted
This game tries to do way too much. So many different facets of the game, with different currencies and stuff to grind for. It’s clear they tried to think up every way possible for people to spend time and money on the game. Theres no way these review averages are accurate.
Account Reset
Logged in today and all of my account was back to day 1. Spent a few hundred on upgrades and now my money is gone. My account was not suspended or deactivated, just reset back to 0.
Hard from level 2
Genuinely no idea how this is rated so highly. From level two on, this game is so difficult for no reason. I’m on level 5 and I am quitting. I was playing because it was on copper to receive points. It’s not worth it. Takes way too much time and way too many tried per level. It’s not fun. You just shoot zombies and try not to get overwhelmed in the TWELVE MINUTES each level takes. And again, it takes multiple tried per level. So if you try one level three times and keep almost beating it, you’ve now spent 30+ minutes on one level. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never left a review for an app. That’s how much I hate this game

Good game. Terrible support.
I was enjoying the game and it was one of the few that I enjoyed occasionally spending some money on. Recently I had an issue with purchase where I was charged $19 for a purchase I never received. After waiting 24hrs to receive a response on their support chat I went through Apple for a refund. At that point they were quick to reach out to accuse me of fraud and debited my playing account for resources I had paid for. I reached out to ask for clarity on this and again have had no response. I guess I will need to ask for a refund for the purchase related to their claw back in order to hear from them again.
Buyer Beware
They take your money and then delete your account and then expect you to fill out a form with old account information. When the email used in the first account is the same email you use again, they will do nothing to help you get your paid for perks back. Garbage service.

Psychologically Manipulative
Game difficulty increases ridiculously as you go up stages. You’re being psychologically funneled into spending money or watching ads to get more resources so you can “beat the game”. There is no fun, just grinding and daily chores where you watch long ads in exchange for resources. I don’t believe a single positive review on here.
Would give zero stars if possible
The spamming of ads is so much, you can’t ever close out of them. Definitely a a quick money grab. Worse than royal match/kingdom and Homescapes. Matter of fact, they advertise those games I already had. And you can never leave the ad. -100/10

I’ve cleared the minimum level for the daily challenge for the last week or so, and the game has decided to not allow me to win. I’m certain it’s on purpose. The “help” chat has been nonexistent. They outright ignore you

Seems odd to offer rewards for watching ads when the ads won’t ever end/allow themselves to be closed. So I watch the ad and have to force close the app and don’t get any rewards. Fix this and this game would be much better

Went to start my game play I was 100’s of levels in spent quite I bit of money just to log in and it’s all gone and yes my accounts were linked it keeps making me start a new account and customer service is no help. Zero stars.

My account was wiped a while ago and I couldn’t get it back. I started a new one just because I enjoy the game. Please restore it as I just don’t want to grind up again
