Poor customer service
My son was charged 9.99$ by the game. I manage his account through the family sharing on iOS and he has to ask me to buy anything. I never got a request. And after requesting a refund through Apple, they put -6000 gems in his account and won’t unlock until it gets to zero. Would cost over 100$. What a way to treat a 9 year old. I guess we’ll just pay brawl stars moving forward. Horrible customer service.

EA behavior
This game has been out for years at this point. I've deleted it, come back, and deleted it again. You would think, for how long this game has been out, that it would be pretty playable and well balanced. But no. I know the devs are too busy giving each other handys to fix the level gap and PTW problem.
All about making money now
Your game used to be fun, all pay to win now, you don’t even fix your servers, I never lag in any game but when I get on Zooba I some how have less then a bar of WiFi

Decent game
Zooba is a decent game but kind of pay to win
just another cash grab
You could spend $100 on this game for some reason and everything that you can see is possibly a payment. It is still kind of fun for the gameplay, but it is paid to win otherwise normal gameplay is kind of fine. I enjoy it.
Matchmaking.
I have to admit zooba is fun, the characters are fun to play and the abilities are very cool to use. But once you’re level 9-14 it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get your trophies up. everyone you play against is a pay to win level 17-20 who spam stun you to death. it’s impossible to win a match or even gain trophies because all the high levels do is team on you and kill every low level they see. you have no chance against them and you lose trophies due to the trash matchmaking. this game would be better if i could actually play against people my level and have a chance to win.
