Terrible usability
Never works on my iPhone at critical times
New updates for app
The new updates make no sense to me. I HAVE to sync to my calendar for it to work. I DO NOT want to sync. It was fine as it was!
A necessary evil
I have been using the Zoom app for over 6 years to exercise with friends and have paid for an account. No person to contact and get support, posting to the community has not been helpful. The option of meetings has suddenly been eliminated from the app. I tried to use the ai assist and no help there. The app is really focused on workplace, not much else.

Crikey no good
This is the hardest app to use I wish the developer’s cared about end users. But Alas NO!!
Kept throwing me off
A disappointing 15 minutes zoom call which kept throwing me off. Lots of freezing on my laptop, so I switched to my tablet which wasn’t much better.

The latest update is terrible. It treated me as if I was a new user. Now Zoom doesn’t work. Keeps crashing.

Terrible, Maybe they can create a function for the call host to turn off the sound, then people who don't know how to use cell phones and technology make it difficult to turn off so having others who hear noises

You can’t reorder the apps on the toolbar. The option exists but it doesn’t work.
Kept me from signing into meeting
I was interested in attending an online talk about will and powers of attorney listen and learn but was not able to attend related to needing a sign on code which I never received I am used to using the regular zoom for meetings which is easier for me to use
Needs auto notifications off like zoom
Hate that i receive messages during off hours. Used to love the app but not having this feature rolled out like slack makes me use it less

Glaring omissions
The camera defaults to portrait when users who have it in landscape are sent to breakout rooms and returned to the main room. These distractions and interruptions plague all of my Zoom meetings. Teams doesn't have this problem. Teams also had landscape chat and easily allows users to join meetings on a second device (eg, adding one's PC instead of only having the option to switch devices).

Zoom has gotten so clunky and heavy that it’s become a liability for meetings, not an asset.

Don’t bother if you can find another way to stream and meet. This is the most bug ridden monstrosity I’ve ever had to deal with. It absolutely sucks.

Hold down a copy button for the zoom From School copy it go to Zoom go to paste it and paste won’t accept anything. There’s a glitch.

Ive been using zoom for work since covid and this might be the last time i pay for it. They have changed the gui and it’s so much more clunky to schedule meetings now. It was responsive and intuitive before, now it’s a headache.
User Friendly Interface?
I have attended many meetings through the Zoom interface including Southampton’s Quaker Friends meeting and most recently was invited to a Zoom courtroom where I was unable to use the zoom application on my phone correctly and I am at Apple Store to speak with them about how this process could run more efficiently in the future.
The changes ruined my experience
Why are 2 windows created for access. I cannot share my window with other apps on my tablet landscape.

Gotta love it when it works but it’s not reliable for me. Just had multiple issues and had to keep deleting the app and putting it back on. Really disappointed in the quality.

The voice quality was broken, slowed, and choppy.
Why power mode change shuts down zoom
Zoom has become slower and slower. It takes significant amount of resource and it’s more than obvious nowadays that’s it’s slow. Sound quality degrades or varies from time to time. I sometimes get complaints my voice is not clear while I’ve done nothing new. What’s most annoying is when there’s power mode change between power saving or no power saving, either direction, ZOOM shuts down itself. Why??
