Bogus
Half your compliant stocks are not compliant. Caterpillar, Starbucks and others are helping IDF. What the heck!
Subscription Cancellation and Halal stocks criteria’s
1st on what based Quran and sahih Hadith sources allowed to invest in companies have riba interest income/cost <30% who said it and what’s this haram understanding!!???? And I want refund of the annually subscription fee I’m texting talking but no one answers just stupid AI bot repeats irrelevant things. I don’t advise anyone.
Scam
You’ve charged me once I subscribed in a trial version immediately,That’s a scam.
Disappointed by Lack of Support Despite Being Pro Member
I don’t usually write reviews, but after months of unsuccessful attempts to get support, I felt it was important to share my experience. I subscribed to Zoya Pro to help identify issues across my 401k and savings accounts at multiple institutions. While the team was initially helpful with one account, I received no response to repeated inquiries about my other accounts-despite reaching out multiple times over several months.
I truly value the mission and potential of this app, and I appreciate the work that has gone into making such a valuable tool for Muslim investors. However, as a paying Pro subscriber, I expected at least some level of acknowledgment or follow-up. Lack of support is particularly concerning for those who rely on Zoya Pro to manage complex portfolios, including ETFs.
I would be more than happy to adjust this review if the team improves responsiveness and addresses these challenges for their users, especially paying members.
