Can’t cancel subscription
I been using those cameras for long time I got 10 of those over the 3 years period, every time one camera got bad I just got a new one and installed it, this month I was checking the app and just noticed they charged me 7 times in the same month because instead transferring subscription to the new camera they charge still for the ones I trashed, I tried to cancel through the app is impossible, at the end I have to go to my apple account and cancel the transaction from there , I won’t buy those no more , also takes forever to connect to the camera like como on I’m paying 27$ a month per camera and when I log in in says connection lost
Cameras never connect now
These cameras used to be prompt on connecting when you open them to view the feed. Now I can never get any of the three cameras I have to open. These cameras and/or this app is pure junk. Go with a different brand. All three cameras went bad at the exact same time.
Removing features to force cloud subscription
Over time Zumimall has stripped out app functionality to view / organize / access video clips stored on local SD drive. It’s a scummy and obvious way to force the user to pay for a cloud subscription for video storage. Buy a brand that allows the user to control storage if you want to have secure, local video storage and not send all of your videos to Chinese databanks.
Not working
Camera not connecting it was on one day then I just woke up one morning and it would not load I have tried every possible troubleshooting tip HELP

The new version of the app is terrible
After I updated the app 6 days ago. Now the app kept log me out every time I tried to open the app.
Not good at all
It wont tell you if youre offline. You have to check and get surprised that youre offline. But if your cameras arent recording you should be notified through the app so you know to remedy the problem. But as it stands, you could be offline all day and not even know it because you think that no notifications is because nothing is happening all to find out that you open the app and your system is down which is pointless. A HUGE SECURITY FLAW

Update Broke App
Newest update broke the app. Cannot turn on motion detection on any of my cameras anymore. It’s basically useless now.
Can't get it to work, kicked me off wifi
I have the baby monitor. Tried to set it up today. It didn't work initially because it had to be within 10 feet of my wireless router. This isn't where I needed it, but I figured I'd put it next to it for the setup. Then it tells me my wifi password is wrong. I try it a few times. I've had the same wifi and password for nine years. It's the password that came with the Charter wifi so I know it works. Every device in the house uses this wifi. Apparently, wrong password only applies to this app for this camera. So I tried the "confirm password" option to see if maybe it was the password. Well, It kicked my phone off my wifi and I haven't been able to get back on. Keeps saying incorrect password and won't even let my family, who are successfully on the same wifi, share the password with me through iphone. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I'm fully convinced China or whatever country made this app and camera has now hacked my phone and/or wifi. I have deleted the app and still can't get into my wifi. Oh, and the camera never set up. Fix this piece of trash app and camera.
Used to be
I’ve had this maybe two years. It was great, picked up everything. Now I can stand out in front of it and wave my arms and it captures nothing. I’m assuming this is a result from updates. Very disappointed. Don’t buy it!!!!!
Horrible
Can barely ever get playback from SD card which already investigated it is compatible because it has worked but most the time video is late recording and doesn’t do it much on its own half the time I have to be on the screen and press record also the app keeps saying no video or no connection meanwhile the notifications are dinging off so I know there is data and can is on. Just a complete mess. I can be murdered or my car damaged or robbed and no data available sadly after buying this zumi cam. DONT DO IT!

Updated and now it can’t find any camera, account, etc. garbage
Ap not user friendly
Cameras are awesome ap needs work. Way too many glitches. Was hoping to switch over to a new camera system without subscription but this is not the answer.

New update made app a bad version of before
The app and camera were great but since the new update released the app does not allow you to playback videos in case you missed it which really sucks because now you basically watch it live or the video would load for minutes and still won’t fully “download “ and won’t let you see previous videos for past alerts even on same day. Sucks that this update instead of better made the whole opposite for it.and it’s only a 2/5 because the camera itself it’s really good but the app not anymore
Camera ok WiFi & App not
Camera states I have 71% connectivity yet it fails to connect to live stream and misses a lot of motion alerts. The app is not good designed very confusing and not user-friendly
