Backup and Restore Update
* Added a Backup and Restore option to settings that allows people to manually create a backup
* Backups are store in the Documents folder and is accessible via the Files app on the phone.
* 10 Backup limit, so not to fill the device storage
* Automatically handling limits. If you create a backup and there are already 10, the oldest backup will be removed.
* Restore a backup by tapping the backup name.
* Automatic daily backups can be enabled. Each time the app loads a backup will be made. During that day if a match is scored and completed the daily backup is updated.
* The backup list shows which backups are "Auto" daily backups and which are manual created.
* Follows industry standards in terms of correct error handling, support for multi versions, support for checksums, support for app updates and backup migrations.
