I keep getting an error message saying that I am not using the latest version of the app and need to update it when I'm using the latest version. how do I fix this?
i subscribed to standard for nothing... developers should add a more convenient way where we can easily remove pro features... its a hassle and time consuming to check every part of the video to remove em... and the duration of downloading a 1h vid literally took me more than 5h... no wonder its rated so low

while editing, the photo transition to the video buffers. it sucks and it's laggy even tho my phone has a big storage.

Don’t install this CapCut app because it just takes payments from your GCash account without even notifying you or waiting for your confirmation if you’re okay with being charged. I don’t even need this app, but why-why am I subscribed and why did it already take payment from my GCash account? It just directly takes the money. Then I requested a refund, but they didn’t refund me. They didn’t give my money back. What kind of app is this? Is this a scam? give me back my money capcut!

Remove the payments, you should be free. you're taking advantage of us. if you cant remove it, then atleast add a "watch ads to download standards for free" not all users can pay!! consider us students that only need it for projects.

ABSOLUTELY horrible app, pretty much nothing is free anymore. Whats the point of having a lot of stuff if you're gonna lock them behind subscriptions.
Used to be such a great app but now literally everything is paid, you can't use auto captions for your own songs you import anymore its garabge. make it a paid app atp bc omg you turned out like every other app just pure greed smh
