not sure if collx cares less about buyers or sellers, but really the real answer is, it doesn't matter. they only care about extracting the maximum amount of money from either. that includes cramming as much affiliate link trash into the app as possible and ignoring entirely or pushing basic marketplace functions behind a tiered paywall. it *will* be the worst app you have ever used to buy or sell anything. and support *will* treat you like trash because that's what this company is about.
scans cards wrong too often....telling me my $0.55 card is worth $599.....cmon man....

The first 5 days it was great. I probably scanned 15 cards and it worked fine. and it says that your first 500 scans it uses an AI detector to help make your card quicker to find. and after that fifth day I only scanned 15 times and then it said that I used all 500. ever since it have never worked for me. terrible app
Buyer beware. If you have evidence of a mistake by the seller. if the seller is unwilling to admit a mistake and offer to make it right. You will not get proper support. Collx will protect the seller. as long as it shows "delivered" it doesn't matter to where, even if there is clear proof the address is wrong and was returned to sender. Nothing will be done and no refund will be issued. Re: to support: I supplied complete evidence and nothing was done.

Sellers beware. Collx only cares about the buyer and will screw the sellers over. Customer service is a joke and will literally contradict themselves.
this is the worse app. I cant even cancel the membership. I hate trying these apps because they're impossible to cancel!
pretty sad experience. scanning Pokemon cards. maybe 1 out of 25 comes back as the English card I scanned. ALL the rest I have to manually change it from the Japanese card it comes up with back to the English card. what gives

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! They completely ruined it with a update removing the MINT/NEARMINT Market Value Results. And just put them all in a single pile "RAW" so now a USED UP card costs the same as one in PERFECT CONDITION. INACCURATE!!!

I'm sure Colix is a valuable subscription to have.But not for me. An unauthorized subscription and payment was done and Colix are ignoring my request for a subscription refund.
It is so terrible.It takes forever to scan your cards You gotta do it multiple times to it Reads it they need to fix the scanning, and it will show the wrong card even with you have the camera perfectly angled.
I installed this app to scan my cards but it literally banned me as soon as the account was created within 5 sec stating it violated community guidelines, the decision is final when i literally installed the app a sec ago. lmaoo
Why can I google lens my cards and they come right up. When I use this app it can't ID my card. It's so hard to up load my collection and you want money for pro. Why not power it with Google lens and have it work UPDATE The update didnt help it still sucks and I would get rid of it if I hadn't struggled to get over 5,000 cards on there wich is an amazing achievement I wish I could add screen shots to my review to show how ridiculous the matches are sometimes not even the same sport
app will not let me verify my email been trying for a week now maybe set up an option to check out as a guest or when you say your sending an email send it
this app will refund your money to buyer without contacting you. they stole money from my account then threatened to block my account. Nicole was her name. I've had to get legal involved. priority support is a joke they will block you from talk to them about the issue.stay away
You pay for services and they dont ever help you. You ship cards and show proof of shipped cards and they side with the person who recieved the cards and shipping fees of charge while the seller gets screwed. I have had multiple problems out of this app and it just continues and I dont believe I will be paying for services and will also tell others to chsnge apps.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Continual error messages, there is no customer service just ai. when you do get someone it's thru there messaging and the are rude, arrogant, they talk to you like your an idiot. Then they tell you that they take averages to figure out value. Okay, but when are you looking at the averages? I found numerous cards that I had entered that it said no recent sales, but then I found sales on ebay a day or two previous? Complete garbage

Had to change my review. Not as good as I thought. SO MANY APP GLITCHES! All of the cards I had liked disappear every few months, the scanner doesn't usually work and scan+ is 10× worse, search bar doesn't work every few months, and a handful more of small problems. It's getting really annoying. However I do love the community and I have 1,000s of sales. Also, I'd love it if CollX would add a way to write a review instead of just a 1-5 star rating. Thanks for listening to me whine and complain😂

Collx does not have updated prices or labels on far too many cards. For a trading card app to not regularly update iconic cards, such as the '93 SP Derek Jeter, is ridiculous. I have sent multiple messages about these issues with no response. If they remedy this issue, I'll amend my rating. I primarily use Collx as an inventory tool, and in that way, it's useful. Two stars for being a storage unit.
it's decent to compare prices with that's about it, but it constantly glitches, the scan tool NEVER recognizes cards, and they just want you to pay for the scan plus subscription which is b.s. and trying to sell on it is confusing compared to ebay.... it'd be nice if they fixed the scan tool and simplified the selling process a little more. I like the idea of other places to sell cards but not when it becomes a headache.
This has to be one of the most frustrating apps to use. it crashes all the time. I feel its very focused on sellers and not so much buyers. everyone on there sends low ball offers. Scanning cards is a hit or miss if it'll recognize the card.. I mean even facebook marketplace can recognize cards now. I tried out their gold membership for 1 month. after doing 1 year with pro and will probably cancel.
The app could be great, but it crashes all the time. What I mean "all the time it crashes", it's once every 3 to 5 minutes.
