Hi i wanna report a problem i have with the app every time i log in it switches to payment screen and when i try to go back it makes me exit the whole app and i don't know what's the issue
why do i need AI to summarize MY OWN THOUGHTS back to me??? ai boom is out of control and a plagiarism machine running on future generation's drinking water.
I've been using the premium version of this app for a couple of years and I absolutely love it. The new update has added AI features that are visible even though I've turned it off. I think AI is really gross and invasive and the new update is giving me lots of privacy concerns since the AI features are visible even when supposedly not enabled. I hate the idea that the AI has access to my data without my consent
Can't use this without registering an email and creating a unique secured password with a capital letter, numbers, a symbol, and at least 10 characters. This is supposed to be a journal or a diary. Its not advertised as a top secret government nuclear football. I shouldn't need to lock it down behind this security. App developers are incompetent.
This app contains AI features. This means they may use your entries as training data for their AI, which is a breach of your privacy. What's the point of having a journal of it isn't private?
it's holding my journal hostage! I didn't renew my subscription so I can access any of my entries or write anything new just a loop from the login to payment screen and that it ove a year worth of writing and I can't see anything I can't express how angry this makes me
great app, but it didnt send me the signup link to my email. so i cannot backup and sync.
Good app until you reset your phone, once you log back in all previous data/entries are lost and you lose all your memories. I'd recommend finding another app. Help and support is AI and not useful. Avoid this app.
I don't do subscriptions. Uninstalling.

Customer service is shockingly poor if you have a problem even as a premium subscriber. Helping paying customers should be a given. But not with these guys.

I relied on this app for low vision planning. the recent update has made it so if I have large font, the numbers for the calender dates are cut off. this'll likely push me off the app altogether.

I hate that they just added AI. It's not necessary for every app to jump on this trend. I guess I'll look for a different journaling app.
downloaded the app, tried to sign in with Google kept throwing errors, tried to sign up using just email and kept telling me that password was too weak. will never know if app is good.
login with Google doesn't work on desktop. also the majority of useful features are behind an overpriced subscription model.
I would have given a 5 star if the "learn how to encrypt your posts" did not pop up every single time you open the app..
