Duolingo: Language Lessons

this is not working properly

Fifth day in a row I have not gotten my triple XP boost despite earning it, will continue reporting the bug

I couldn't do any Chinese lessons for a full month because of a bug that made the app crash on the same exercise every time. I sent multiple bug reports and multiple support requests, never recieved ANY response at all except one single AI-generated "we recieved your bug report and we'll review it if we feel like it" email. Finally I had discover a work-around myself to fix it, still haven't heard anything from Duolingo from my reporta and requests. I'm cancelling my paid subscription.

In my app something goes wrong it can't work properly or sometime jam I think there is an error in it. please solve my query.

Активно пользуются чуть больше года. В начале периода и сейчас пользуюсь бесплатной версией. В последние месяцы приложение очень сильно деградировало, часто работает некорректно, вылетает, задания ломаются. Задания стали проще, я сейчас на уровне 110 и почти не чувствую никакого прогресса, хотя раньше ощущал его. В бесплатной версии раньше мне нравился концерт жизней, которые заканчивались, когда ты ошибался. Это давало больше мотивации проходить задания правильно, а концепт энергии ни о чем.
