Earlier, ELSA used to be a great app, minimal, professional and clean look with enough features, now, it looks like a Tech App and I don't even use it despite being the Premium User, I don't know why, they are ruining everything. Everywhere is AI which we hate, If we have to learn from AI only, Chat GPT, Gemini is there, why to use it? Bring back the previous version

The app is useful for pronunciation. if you are thinking of it, consider two points: 1-It doesn't have a comprehensive roadmap tailored for the user. it's up to you to choose practicing grammar or vocab and which level. It seems it is a must for such app to evaluate your level and prepare a practice roadmap for the user otherwise you are loosing significant productivity. 2-Recently the app has changed privacy policy and shares your data with 3rd party AIs. if don't accept it doesn't work.unfair!
I paid the payment for premium but still showing my account is free, In play store it showing within 3 days you should login otherwise cancelled,I login same acount where I paid for premium, but it not working what can I do?

This app is really a scam and they will start cutting money automatically from your account
I was charged TWICE for a subscription. Your support team cancelled the WRONG membership leaving me with NO access and NO refund. I have emailed multiple times with documents and got no response. This is unacceptable. I need urgent resolution.
Google recommended ELSA SPEAK to learn Spanish. I downloaded app and first question was WHAT IS YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE? ENGLISH. WHAT LEVEL OF ENGLISH DO YOU SPEAK? ADVANCED. WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEARN ENGLISH? I DON'T, I WANT TO SO LEARN SPANISH. Is Elsa really stupid or does she really only teach English. Uninstalled.

I was debited the sum of N64, 132.95 without my consent and without even using the app for months. It seemed like fraud to me for interfering in my account without asking.

so frugal on the free lessons, you basically can't do anything and we'll hit the paywall around any corner
Why are there 3 free lessons? there should be all free not just 3.
