Redesign is still garbage. Can no longer view previous week's menu. Trying to view past orders does not work and locks up the app.
Stole $60 put of my account. I did not even place an order as I decided I wasn't interested in the service. They took the money anyway even though I cancelled membership immediately. Don't give them your card info they are not trustworthy. would rate 0 stars if I could
Been the 3rd time the delivery was put in the wrong place and WITH missing ingredients. When explaining to the customer service, all they can say is, to send in a report. Better off with a different subscription service rather than this sorry excuse!

doesn't work on my Samsung
I received a weeks worth of food from this company for about $50 but when I got them several of the veggies were rotten expired and unusable the meal I was able to make (half make) was mediocre, and when I asked for a refund thay only offered me $12 in return. this is not a respectable company I do not suggest it.
i dont like this company, portions are way to small, its like your eating of you are anorexic, also worked out to be 8.oo dollars a meal
The app has been broken for a while saying invalid credentials even tho I can log on in the browser just fine. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling 🙁
Thieves. Plain and simple. You skip weeks, and they still charge you and say you never skipped the week they charged. Their customer service is ran by Ai who has the temperament of a kindergartner. Dont waste your time or money. Absolute trash people.

I've had this app for 10 minutes and it's already stopped working correctly. All the troubleshooting steps, clearing cache, data, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone has not worked. Extremely disappointed.......samsung galaxy s23+

I've had the app downloaded for over 2 years now. All of a sudden, it doesn't wanna work. It worked last night after I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. But now it's morning, it's not doing anything. And it shows that I have a charge for this stupid box again after I canceled all of it last night because i've been trying to cancel since twenty twenty four and they won't let me because I have a promo code.I hate this company.I hate this app.

Just did the update and now the app does not work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does not work.
app is crashing. how will that impact services. I have been unable to even open app. what if I want to cancel, skip a week, or change my meal plans? outside of this issue: the meals are great and if not upgrading meals, the price is not too bad if I weren't on a fixed income. I do wish there were lower carb options. Premium prices are definitely not worth it; adding bacon shouldn't cost $30 for 6 servings.

I can't open the app. It won't work, which means I can't change my meals and when they forget to send me a recipe I can't easily find it in my phone. I can't pull out my laptop every time I need to check my meals.
The only reason I downloaded this app is to give a review. Be careful! I filled in my info, changed my mind, deleted it, and they sent it anyway! The veggies were like they got them from a dumpster. Ground beef was all fat, plus some old potatoes. They forgot the sour cream, too. Trash company. Not worth it!😡 I couldn't even pick my own meals! 🤬 Complete trash!

Wasn't even able to log in to my account. There was a blank message that popped up at the bottom of my screen, so no information. Website never seems to have an issue so I'll continue to use that for now
The app works well and is useful but the service and food is not good and expensive for what you get. The mince was low quality and gritty, and the fresh herbs and salads were squashed mush on arrival. We tried for 4 weeks with 3 meals per week at $75-$100 per week with a discount offer. Not good.

I used the app and meal plan about a year ago before the meals became redundant. I just recently downloaded the app and have tried to select meals, since there are some new ones, and the app is complete rubbish. I'm thinking I'm going to cancel before the first box ships because of how ridiculous the app is now and it won't let you easily choose meals.
This is an absolute scam. Got my first box in the mail today and it cost me $84 but only had about $20 worth of food actually in it. It took me over an hour between attempting to chat with a representative and then calling to get my account canceled.
Updated the app today and the newer version constantly crashes. U nusable...
