could you please fix your app, my account was suspended for 180 days and I am confidently that I didn't do anything to violate my account. please do something for this! this is very disappointing
where do I even begin, two of my accounts have been disabled for absolutely no reason. my backup account was disabled two weeks ago, I sent an email and they said they would respond to me, it's been two weeks nothing, my main account, which is verified, has today been disabled for absolutely no reason. I just got logged out, just like the other account. no email, no nothing. I use my account for business and it's verified and I have not gone against community standards. I need my account back.
Why pretend to still be a social network? I rarely post anything but I have shared a post with a major life event and my post has received zero reaction, literally zero, as clearly it was drowned by algorithm and not even shown to my friends. If my posts are not shown to my friends and my feed is full of ads and garbage I have not actively chosen to follow instead of my friends posts, it is not social network anymore, it is just monetizing my eyeballs for nothing in return.

I've been on this app for many years and it was good but one day, my account got disabled due to unknown reason, and while your using it for about an hour, there's a limit.... Like what the heck is going on? Facebook became the worst and worst app that I used
1 star. Meta disabled my mother, sibling, and my accounts for being "linked" on our home WiFi in Davao. Zero violations. My mom lost her business account with millions in client deals. My sibling lost his main school account and cannot reach teachers or submit work. I lost my business account and all client orders too. We appealed but only got automated "permanent" emails. No human help. Families and students are suffering because of your broken system. Please add real human review..
ANNOYING MY MAIN ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED ALSO THE NEWLY CREATED
This is stupid, my account just got disabled for no reason, and that account which I have old memories with and is connected to my many apps which I can't open or retrieve my progress because of your stupid disabling of random accounts!

u guys keep suspending account because of the ALLEGEDLY failure on community standards, u didn't even have a solid proof to show it to us.
Moderators are getting worse - not sure if it's them or the rules. Myself and my friends are getting literal death threats (one so specific, they mentioned how and where they will put our bodies). I report them and get feedback a couple days later, 'we didn't remove the comment, it doesn't go against our standards'. Seriously?! Want massive toxicity and death threats? This is the app for you.

I dont even know where to start. first, Google play store is hiding reviews and boosting the rating of this app. massive amount of 1 & 2 star reviews have no effect on the total rating. 5 star reviews written by bots. Zuckerberg gets on his knees for any political administration. the ammount of political content i see when my content preferences are set to "Don't F'in show me politics" is INSANE! the ammount of Ai Slop, republican propaganda, and false statements made will MELT YOUR BRAIN.
I don't know if it was an update or what, but the "show all comments" option has disappeared, and now comments, that I know are there, won't show up. I've also gotten notifications for comment replies that don't show up either. 😒
today my dash is full of financial scam adverts (nearly all identical,) if it wasn't for two community groups I'm in i'd have left by now. edit: now my feed is AI slop videos, ragebait posts and fast right bigots. just what is the point?

u guys banned my Facebook account permanently. and remove from the system. i use that acc for 10 years.
Meta AI wrongfully banned my account and linked my name to child exploitation. Even with evidence they refuse to help.
