The app had been perfect up until the last few weeks. I use it on two Android phones and the apps on both devices have just recently quit adding GPS data to the memorials when I upload grave photos. This is the whole point of my using the app - I have a large cemetery nearby that I'm trying to add GPS data to all memorials and this is just so incredibly frustrating.
Won't even let me sign up!
I'm one of those people who really like this app. But for some reason, for the past month, when I try to view my profile, it says "Error loading User." I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work! I hope this gets fixed soon. (I'm an Android user.)

NO FAMOUS GRAVES? Why do I always have to go to the website to see the things I want to view? yearly necrologies, born/died date, featured.... none of its on the app.
Searches are 80 percent fruitless.

The app doesn't seem to be working at all. I've also found a lot of fabricated information on it lately trying to do research which is especially irritating, considering much of the information it contains was built by volunteers as a labor of love years ago. It was ruined a long time ago by a zillion ads! Sad.

No way to recover my password. also, When I am at the cemetery, it requires internet, which is seldom available at cemeteries.

No star! I spent a lot of time loading family info and pictures. I can't even use the app it doesn't work.
1.cant find cemeteries I've researched for years even with name/city/county/ state/USA any or all used. 2.Cant find ½ the memorial info even with ID#s before ancestry bought... 3.mobile Android use gone... 4.doesnt recognize password 5. no support. faq covers none of these. Once a wonderful genealogy tool, now junk. If I pay Ancestry will it all return? CorpGreed decended to Grave Robbers!
terrible! I tried looking for family and it can't find them, but if I get on my computer I find them with ease. please fix this
The app. Used to really be great , but now it's not loading up the memorials
Seems to be broken most of the time. I have to resort to using the web browser on my phone in order to run searches.
can't operate to find relatives. I try to put in a relative to see where they are and it comes up with nothing yet there is family buried nearby
The app updated a while ago and it's awful. A HUGE perk was putting in a name and seeing how many results there were. Now, no idea.
Find a Grave app is very poor compared to their website. There's very little on the app, and it's formatted poorly, making it hard to read and research. Not even sure they made an app version when you can't do much on it. Not recommended.
Just when you think an app couldn't possibly get any worse, it updates, and wow, it actually IS worse. Forced updates March 2025 made the app clunky and oversized, welcome back to 1995 style technology. Words are so huge they don't fit across the screen. Super sized memorials so now only 3 fit on a screen, epic when you're trying to scroll dozens of requests 😑 worse, NONE of the bugs have been fixed. Just as awful as ancestry.
Had to sign in and didn't let me in when every password was right 1 star👎
unable to access messages via app. Have to sign in from a PC to check messages 😡. Very inconvenient. More limited features in the app than by PC.
Stops loading and when it does load it takes over 3 minutes to load and my signal is good
Loading time is getting slower and slower the updates seem to make the app worse
I have enjoyed using find a grave for quite some time. since it's last update, it will not open specific graves. I can go to any cemetery, but when trying to open a memorial, it says error uploading material. the same message comes up if I search any name. I can't really use the site anymore, except to look at what it chooses to show.😔
My grandpa passed away in 2021 I call him Pa
