DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. recently I got an ad that it's free and the moment I filled out my details the email name age gender interests, a paywall stopped me. no use in creating a mandate because it's non refundable and mandate doesn't stop. secondly the information I gave is now unable to erase untill I pay. what stu pid scan it is to use personal data without consent. how unfortunate that i didnt read the reviews before submitting my details with no way to retrieve the deletion

This is a big fraud. Don't go for it. I lost 3.6K on first day itself.
Fraudulent company. Stay away. I canceled my subscription and followed all the steps they tell you and they kept trying to charge me regardless of what I did. Fortunately my bank recognized them as being fraudulent each time, which tells you how much this happens with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone download this app, even if it was good, which is really wasn't anyway.

This app has a bug. The "Start free trial" button is not working.

They deducted an additional 14 and 10 dollars from me. Even after email to support they upfront says they don't charge without taking confirmation. Heads-up is actually Heads down 👎 in ethics
No reminder to continue or cancel membership!
I had the worst experience. I wasn't able to login nor reset my password from the beginning on. Customer service was no help at all. Gave me always the same prewritten answer. Since I wasn't able to use the app at all, I asked for my money back. No response.
I paid for the year subscription on March 29, 2026 for $54.86. Then I saw they had a promotion to add a year for $14.99. I got it to add on another year, but it canceled my first subscription so I refunded the $14.99, but now my first subscription is gone. I contacted support, but they were no help. They told me contact google play store support and google told me contact Headway support. So now I don't have my subscription or a refund.
Canceling a subscription seems to be only possible at the end of the year, it is now withdrawing 35€ each month. Smells intensely like fraud
Beware!! Was excited to try this app as a substitute for nightly doom-scrolling. Signed up for a special offer 3-month sub. to give it a 'proper' try. Authorised £23.99 for this. Just discovered I have also been charged £19.98 for 'Visualized Bestsellers'. According to Customer Support I authorised this 2 minutes after I signed up for the app. Best case (if I'm being very charitable!) is that I have inadvertently done this while familiarising myself with the app. Refund was refused. Beware!!!
I did the payement for the monthly subscription. My money also got debited from my card. But app not reflecting any payment.
Beware! Scam! They charge you £89.99 even if you cancel BEFORE the trial period ends. Now I have the subscription charged to my card (not pending... property charged by 'Makeheadway Cyprus') and the account isn't even unlocked, when I open the app (to try to sort this) I have no subscription and I get pop ups asking me to subscribe. No help link... no avenue to sort this. They have just stolen £89.99 and I dont even have the unlocked account.

It should get to the point immediately that it isnt free. It makes you pick all the things and then feel bad you dont buy it. I find it manipulative and I really wanted to know right away is it free or not.
Next to impossible to cancel. How to get to billing and account information in the app is practically hidden. When you log into the website, you receive a pop up directing you to go to the app, when you finally find the hidden account button in the app, you are redirected back to the website. There is no contact information on the billing invoice - unethical.
how about first tell me your prices and then make me do surveys

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP I had decided to do a free trial with this app only for them to secretly charge me 70 dollars, I had contacted support to resolve this issue only for them to not give me my money back for those unauthorized charges, and teh agent tells me that they have removed my banking information from their app and that I shouldn't be getting any other charges only for a week later to tell me that I have now been charged 135 dollars? Beware when even visiting this app

deleted this app days after u downloaded it bc i didnt have time to engage with it. i cancled free subscription amd deleted app. headway has still been charging me 19.99 for the past couple of months now. this app is a scam.
I should have read the reviews before paying for subscription. I just subscribed to a 3 months plan with a payment of £17.99. Lo and behold they took an additional £9.99 and £9.79 from my account without my authorisation. it is also not clear what this payment is for. This is pure scam and I'm highly disappointed. My bank tried to warn me when I wanted to authorise the initial payment. I should have known something was wrong. update: I've been refunded after sending an email to the team.

Activated the Premium by mistake, they didn't send a reminder and they charged one year subscription and now they denied my refund saying they don't find my account. If the app was that good they wouldn't need these tricks to get money.

The free version is just useless and waste of time, everything is locked and you can't read or listen to anything, only install it if you want to buy the pro version and that costs almost 3k INR
