Thought I was signing up for a free trial only to be charged $56. So I cancelled immediately, a month later they are trying to charge me again causing me to have to block my card. I send an email to support, to which they replied with details about how to use the app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

It's pretty hard to cancel. The content is fine but it's not cheap and they don't use Google play subscription so you easily forget it's a thing. I think it scammy when apps don't just use the Google play store subscriptions because I check that often.
Product not as advertised, misleading. Charged sooner than expected and couldn't access my account through the website where I signed up stating "try again" which never worked. Once I found the support info and contacted them, they said they couldn't provide a refund even though I just used the app one time to see it wasn't as expected. Won't ever use them again.
Just Micro-Thieving Subscription Model. It offers shallow summaries with no real depth, even on paid plans. Instead of unlocking value, the subscription adds more paywalls, restrictions, and constant upgrade prompts. It prioritises monetisation over meaningful learning. For proper structured learning, LinkedIn Learning is a far more credible option.
Cant access daily free read even thoough it clearly saids daily free read? kinda a scam.it's OK at best, definitely not worth the price. uninstall.
stole money from my bank account! clicked a 3 day free trial to see if I liked it. the app went ahead and took £9.99 off my card ! can't cancel on the app so have requested refund off Google. app is rubbish...robotic voice narration that does not form sentences properly. really poor book reviews ...waste of time

Extremely stressful. When you are pitching to people with mental health issues I found the entire registration process duplicitous. I notice many of the reviews mention this rabbit-hole vortex you are sucked in to, useless add-ons constantly pushed, money deducted without any confirmation process. No mention of a trial in the process I followed. It is a shame because I was seeking help in particular issues but left feeling sick with stress and anger. In any event that matter was sorted out.
Ignoring the shady business practices, summaries are not a good way to learn in general. You need to read a book for at least 3 to 4 weeks for your brain to actually retain some information. If you start "reading" 3 books a week you will forget everything and won't learn anything. All of it goes to your short term memory and none of it sticks
Like many other reviewers I was lured in by a long questionnaire. It was about how to help my daughter with her adhd. Then finally the price was quoted. I paid for three months and a pop up asked if I wanted info graphics. Nothing about cost. Another £19.99 came out of my bank account. This is a scam. Strong email to support - same generic nonsense about billing cycles came back. It might be the best app in history but it is set up to rob you.
multiple charges months after cancellation
I'm so disappointed with the voices which sound like robots. There's no proper punctuation and pauses between the sentences (as well as between the tittles and the main body of the text). The books which are read are not marked as read. They keep appearing in the searches or at the categories without a mark that are already finished. The search engine doesn't give proper results. So generally I'm not satisfied and won't going to use it.
Nothing special. Better actually read the books.When you try to delete your account it gives you an error message so basically you cannot delete your account after you create it.

Cannot access anything after 3 days of having the app, even when it says "free daily read". *Everything* is stuck behind a pay wall. An expensive pay wall. Absolutely not. Thanks for making it so much harder to break my doomscrolling addiction. UNINSTALLED!
Charged for an additional service I didn't request and they refuse to reimburse me. Other than that, very similar to 12 minutes, just rehashed.
