Banned for no reason.
I Was banned and given the chance to appeal it but when you get banned they dont tell you the reason so ultimately the appeal process is a hollow shell of a redemption chance. I have no idea what I could have done to deserve being banned and more than anything im just curious as to what the issue was.

I lost my self esteem by not getting any response or interest
-spent 0 dollars spent on this app -1 year of use -likes after likes -changed bio 5 times -took better pictures results: no likes and ghosted multiple times. I think I have better results in finding 100 dollars in the ground than getting a match.

Can get banned for anything and they won't even tell you what you did wrong. Had a couple of good talks going too, moderation couldn't handle me succeeding

algorithm and shadow banning people for profit
Increase the amount of basic likes and create profile sharing. if I think someone is suitable for a friend, I should be able to share the profile with said friend. Do the right thing and make the changes

Had the potential of being the best in the industry but it works best towards crushing ones self esteem and self worth.. Your team needs to work on removing people from the platform especially who have not verified themselves. That will atleast eliminate the initial time wasters. I hope you guys get more stricter and bring the quality of this app. It still has the potential to be the best dating app in the country. But discipline needs to be implemented.

I have had issues with the selfie verification...I look exactly like my profile picture the thing just doesn't work, the customer service dept didn't help. not the most user friendly app, it's a little bit confusing at first I thought the hometown was where the person currently lives. It seemed like the filter for how far away people are was broken but it was just confusing how they laid out the data. ALSO IT NEEDS DARK MODE!! It's seriously too bright, too much white.
Garbage, pay walls to even message, not a month payment no a weekly payment of over $20. not easy to use and not very user friendly. had the app for 4 months paid for 1 month because 2 people liked me and never led to anything. just another pay to look at people zero match help.
a platform that keeps showing you the people you already passed on. do not recommend. what am I paying for, 10 reruns of the same Archie Bunker show?? it might be the app for you if you live in a major metropolitan area. otherwise, it's a complete waste of time and money. I'll be pursuing a refund.

They will revoke your account without telling you why, amd ask for a copy of your passport to prove your innocence. i really dont see what relationship there is between my innocence or behaviour within the app and my citizenship. you have been warned.

Lol now you are trying to get back users and running promotions on the other dating sites. You didn't fix your app when you had the chance. That's why I prefer Bumble over other garbage dating apps.

Can't login. Asks for my phone number then doesn't send me a verification code. Starting to think I've also been banned like many others for some reason but I didn't receive any emails about it, very strange.

Cant login to my hinge account or create a new one because my phone number is linked to my apple id which i have no access to anymore because I switched to android and it keeps asking for verification from my apple id not my phone. Bro just delete my old account and this time keep the account associated with just my phone number.
Attempts to be inclusive for LGBT users, but misses a big part of gay dating culture. There’s no body type filter, making it harder for people into bears/chubby guys to find matches. Support told me it could “single people out” or people could lie... but there’s already a height filter. People lie about height too. Feels inconsistent and performative rather than genuinely inclusive.
banned me because of my race after they stole money from me. I had the app for 3 days everything was fine. I decided to pay for a month. the moment I paid I got suspended and they asked for my ID I sent it then banned me and stole my money. if they ban you file a complaint with the CFPB, BBB, and attorney general.
After some lovely dates with a variety of people, I decided to pause my account whilst continuing to see one person I met on here - they have now banned my account after a couple of weeks and refuse to give a reason why? I'm guessing it's malicious reporting or some nonsense AI account management. I should not have to send government documents and share more of my sensitive data just to POTENTIALLY find out why I've been wrongly blocked. GDPR exists for a reason, everyone.

Designed to be deleted couldn't be more accurate, app is total garbage, has never landed me a quality date, is so counter intuitive you're lucky if you ever even get seen, got banned for removing my photos before deleting my profile, they undid that and I got banned again WHILE remaking profile, got THAT unbanned and then finally got profile made again, got two matches, started talking with them and then got banned AGAIN without even doing ANYTHING! Get if you like being auto banned for nothing!

We all know these apps are infested with bots and are more advantageous for girls instead of guys. For an app that is designed to be deleted, I have had this app for way to long because it never gives any matches. They don't want this deleted because they would lose money if it was.
I spent roughly 30 minutes creating a profile then when I try to do the facial recognition, there's always an "error" or the video is "too blurry". No matter the lighting or how carefully I position my face, it doesn't work. Their loss. I would've paid for a subscription.
