stay aware from the it's app - unbelievably inefficient to use..

Having the app on my phone produced a deluge of ads on my socials. I cannot open a video on YouTube without hearing the royalty-free song they chose

Annoying, pushy app. Not at all neurodivergent friendly. Made me think H&B was a US company but it seems it is not.

very slow app, so many times i could not even complete searches as it kept glitching

Not happy with service. Got tired of being notified that my order is arriving literally just before it arrives, rather than giving me a bit more notice so I can cancel it if necessary. There's been a few times now where I've spent money and I couldnt cancel even though I had plenty of supplements, I've been out of pocket unnecessarily. I'm very annoyed about this.

They updated the app but now I cannot login. The login page takes you to a browser and there even if you fill your name and password and press the login button it doesn't lead anywhere so there is no way for me to login into the app

very bad app. it took hours to place an order and sign in. no options available and always give error when tried sign in. fed up with this app and website.

Too complicated a checkout

Very poorly written app, pointless annoying video images, impossible to register with H&B account, get 403 error, even after reinstalling. The trick is to rejoin using google account, then it connects. My advice? Less flashy marketing BS of women doing funky yoga poses and a bit more making the very fundamentals of signing in to your app work. Sheesh.

Bad experience on the app...so many errors...it took a lot of time for the app to get the Click & Collect store from its Postcode...and why it's compulsory for some items to pay for the delivery..why can't we collect it from the store...discount spent in delivery fee...not good

I'm not sure what's gone wrong with this app but I filled a basket of products I intended to buy and it would not checkout. I was trying this for the last 24 hours. I login then I try to checkout and it takes me back to the login page, so I can never get to the checkout or payment page. Eventually I gave up because it became midnight and the special offers expired by midnight.

I couldn't choose a shop to pick up my order

such a faff. ages to load. wouldn't accept my address twice. cant see what you are typing as the keyboard covers the boxes if I wasn't getting such a good deal I would of given up :-(

The app is not very good. I could not create an account as the button did not work only worked when signing in with Google account which i don't like to do. Then the daily drop code was applied fine but i accidentally applied a different code which was not as good, then i could not remove the second code and it kept saying the daily drop code was invalid so i had to create a whole new account just to apply the daily drop code. Very poor app coding. Ended up spending less so their loss.

I received a promo mail pushing 25% off if spend over £40. I had over this in my basket but promo only applied to one product. Misleading.
