cheaper on the website, more expensive on the app . Cows need to be butchered. No cashback either. App is big rip off. Fraudsters remove all Web Online offers and discount codes from the app to double the price and cheat loyal customers through the H & B app.
took payment and never made order... no customer service available.. had to buy again so I didnt loose all my deals.... Where's my money?

Great store, pity about the clunky, unresponsive and unintuitive APP that feels like it is from 1999.
Deleted app ... it wouldn't let me sign in even though I have/had account. Changed password and it said it was successful but still couldn't sign in ... also I'm receiving emails for someone else's in store purchases and they try to convince you that your data is safe ... sorry not convinced so account closed and app deleted.
its impossible to use discount codes on the app so I had ro revert to my laptop and start my whole order again. very frustrating! wasting my time. I'm deleting the app as this isnt the first time this has happened

Extreme difficulty with system 'not receiving' the confirmed bank authorisation & constantly returning to the start of the checkout page! Not good - received more than 6 confirmed authorisations before it finally confirmed the order!
It got pricey here...
Recent app update: It's now slow and sluggish when scrolling. It constantly pauses to load the next page. It's very annoying. I will just stick to the website in the future.
