game glitched and lost progress. went from level 900+ to 281 ... support is useless and won't get back to you and just delete messages.
I used to like this game, however, the creators have taken away the ability to chat to other players in the same team, the levels feels like i have played them before, they have taken away some of the features, i.e: the double airplane option and it feels extremely frustrating finishing some of the levels, even the easy ones.

Not recommended for UK players. The chat function has been removed by the developers due to new laws that have been passed so instead of introducing age verification they've decided to just block the chat for UK players which has made the game unenjoyable. Its cut me off from chatting with team mates and severely limits me from achieving rewards as a result. Not a happy customer at the moment so wont be spending any money on this game going forward.
one the worst game and worst thought also
playrix have treated us UK players very unfairly, by removing the chat function, due to some online changes coming in 2027. instead of investing in age verification, the UK has been penalised. As part of a great team , chat was always social and helpful in encouraging game play to win points and prizes, swapping cards to complete sets- that has now all gone. This is a game that wants you to be in a team. Its worldwide. BOYCOTT THIS GAME. GIVE US BCK CHAT NOW!!!!! ITS PURELY ABOUT MONEY.
Not good for people in UK. No chat function, so you cannot actually be a real part of a team. Also, different players get different side games 🤷♀️

No Chat for UK. I enjoy the game and have been playing for years, but losing chat because you can't be bothered to add age identification sucks.
Rubbish as uk can no longer use chat .we can't help each other with cards . You need to give us an age option so we get our chat bac
Having played this game for a long time I can no longer play as it has frozen. Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference either on my phone or pc. Very disappointed!

keep asking to update the game but there's no button to click on 😡 I have to deleted the game and then installed again then only can play. It has been like that since April.
The game is OK, but it freezes. When I tried to delete the account and start over, apparently, it's a process and a very long process. Weeks later, I tried, and it still said that my account was in the process of deletion. I uninstalled and installed it and STILL the same thing . I gave up.
