Problems paying an invoice using this app. All I want to do is pay an invoice, but I can't do that without setting up an account. I don't want or need to send out invoices. All I need to do is get this stupid thing paid and this app won't let me.
Be very careful. I have lost countless hours of written information on quotes and invoices. When I go to another app for information like expenses then return to Inv2go it just disapears. It has cost me money in misquoting and invoicing. Furthermore they have the audacity to increase the monthly subscription from 45 AUD to 70 AUD per month. Why??? I'm looking forward to a new app soon.
Got notified of a crazy price increase, gone up to 12.99 euro a month and for that you get to do 5 invoices, just 5 a month, absolutely crazy.

enrolled Sunday 3-1 and accounts gets deleted Tuesday 3-3. After I sent over my EIN, business license info, my ID even a photo of my self. tested it out the bank transfer with my banks and they had 40$ pending and I still never got it back. extremely sketchy app at this point. scams are at a all time high and I don't recommend this app.
Price increases means after 10+ years using the service, i will not be renewing. It's a simple service and there are free alternatives!
I dont recommend this app. The 56% increase in subs is a ripoff and pure greed. Not cool. Also,Im still waiting to get an answer weeks after ive logged a support ticket. Of course I'll be deleting this app.
customer service is trash. you will never be able to get ahold of a live person, even when the AI says you need customer support. I've submitted over five emails quote" tickets and never get a response.

Absolutely don't use to accept payments use pay pal Sqaure venmo cash app.They screwed me and my customer over badly by holding his payment for materials for 3 days so now he's without water for 3 days until they decide to release his debit card payment maybe Tuesday but they advertise fast easy immediate debit card payments.Fees are crazy no customer service person at all besides horrible bot chat mis information don't make exceptions in emergenciesProve me wrong release my funds for 5 star.

great app for invocing but 9 out of 10 times the app is not working
absolute scam, used for one of our companies between 2017-2021 ended up moving to xero and canceled our subscriptions. we recently went through out accounts to carry out a clean up and notice they did not stop taking payment from 2021 -2025 even though we requested the account to be closed. Contacted help desk and they advised they will not process a fund nor will they stop taking payment until I email them from our old email which doesn't exist anymore. lodging a fraud claim with the bank now.

Dont use this company. Super dodgy and dont take their customers seriously. They dont pay tax or GST in Australia.
Ive used your app many years and i continue to have login issues . It goes in circles. Reset password multiple times as having trouble and still cant log in and can't get new reset links won't come to my inbox. Very frustrating and looks like you keep changing your plans more than you change your laundry. Disappointed to be honest. No consistency. Im a loyal customer and user experience is disappointing to say the least. Shame because the invoices are nice & simple

It is virtually impossible to talk to someone on the phone.
This app lacks any auto save features which regularly cause you to lose estimates and invoices. The price also doubles if you want to have more than 25 contacts.

after you collect payment from customers they invoice2go holds on to your money stated that you need to verify your identity I uploaded all the necessary documents and the still don't want to release my money I recommend zelle and square they only deserve 1 half of a star

Cobro con la subscription Cancelada, el sistema muy bueno pero cancelas la suscripción antes de renovar y siguen haciendo cobros a tu tarjeta, contactas a soporte y te dicen contacta a Google, después de horas perdidas de buscar solución de Google te mandan a que elimines tu tarjeta de Google pay para que no te hagan mas cargos por que ellos no tienen como solucionar Es Increíble que mayor estupidez no lo puedan solucionar y lo dejen a que el cliente solucione

used to be good but now they want to charge 59.99 for unlimited invoices and 14.99 for only 5 invoices. save your money used other apps
every other time update i lose clients n invoices. then magically gain them back next update after have added them into the clients list 2nd or more times now i have 5or 6 client entries for a few clients that are either identical or just slightly different. seriously why? A way to merge clients without losing invoices would be nice. type in a customers add to find them or name while in an invoice cant find them type the same info in the clients section n maybe. no logic there
I’ve been using the app for approx 9 years now and, overall, it has worked very well. However, I’ve recently noticed that it’s been glitching more than usual. Specifically, I’ve set up several labels such as Quote Number, Purchase Order Number, Client Name, Site Address, etc. Lately, when I input the Quote Number, the app randomly deletes one of the other labels - usually the Purchase Order Number. I’ve checked and confirmed that the app is fully up to date.
As good as the app is, I cannot subscribe from my country Nigeria. I was unable to find my country Nigeria in the subscription list. please do better.
