I've always had problems with this app. At the point of writing this I can't even compose emails anymore. Straight garbage. It's not like this review even matters, they won't fix anything anyways.
Passwords aren't safe. Tons of phishing in focused inbox. Cant block senders. No customer service.
could not send emails, look up contacts, just keeps spinning. tried closing and opening, restart, uninstall but now will not let me install. So frustrated. there are cases that seems to instantly show some mails which immediately are vanished
There's a glitch on app now. It keeps asking me to log in again yet ut doesn't allow me to.

Malicious ads in my inbox. I opened my email to see, right at the top, an ad from McAfee saying that my payment was due. It looked just like an email except for a tiny little ad symbol in the corner. This is completely unacceptable and preys on people that don't know better. Do better Microsoft.
Cant find the same email on my phone that I can find on my laptop through the outlook website.
used to be great but now unable to open or send emails despite reinstalling, clearing cache etc etc. doesn't work on any device

The app does not allow to login
absolutely awful. keeps denying me access to my emails by allocating me a cellphone number I don't know the when I type in my correct phone number, respond by saying incorrect number. I failed to do my job as a result
recently started using this for all my email accounts... switched phones and suddenly getting lots of adds. deleted the app
Awful app, doesn't work, Microsoft is the worst.
Terrible Update. Emails don't send, folders don't update, deleted messages keep coming back. App is basically unusable like this.
Can no longer take photos and attach directly from Outlook
Outlook for Android has really fallen off a cliff. E.g. a major usability flaw: replies always start at the bottom of the thread, and there's no option to change it. To see the message I'm responding to, I have to manually expand the thread every single time. Why so many extra steps?? It slows everything down and makes long conversations painful. This "feature" is a bug.
App is now useless since the last update with Copilot enabled, can't pull down to fetch new emails, spinning circle multiple times, sent items not syncing. As soon as Copilot is disabled, everything works fine again. Shame to have to disable a super useful functionality just to get the app to do the basics
This app has been broken on both phone and tablet for well over a week now! It thinks my last email on my school account was received on April 22. Well, I know THAT'S bs. And that's the best case scenario. Other times, it shows a blank white screen. If I try to get it to show the new emails, it loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...and loads...
It's fine I guess, but it's outlook sooo....
