THERE IS NO OPTION FOR LESS THAN ONE STAR. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION I WOULD HAVE GONE FOR THAT. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

I've downloaded this VPN for a specific use. As it didn't work out, I sent them an email two weeks ago with a "name" different from the one I use on Google for privacy concerns. They've never answered me. I was ready to hear a "unfortunately our VPN doesn't work with that kind of device" because it happens but being ignored as a client, it's a zero in my book.
Hi, the app had been ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and working beautifully until the April 14 update... now it cannot open and gets stuck in a crash loop. I've left the beta and rebooted and am still having the same issue. Thanks!
Need an account ... so I'm out. Uninstall.
Used to be reliable and hassle-free a year ago. Now most sites detect and block this VPN so it's functionally worthless.
disappointed the service
super tired of notifications. no matter what... I don't need to be constantly notified that it's active. I erase and it comes back time after time and it's annoying enough where after 3 months I've had it. it's either I get no notifications or your annoying ones. I try to disarm and it's greyed out.
Doesn't update after adding time. Desktop version same. Reported months ago & still not fixed, resulting in it disconnecting, stopping all my downloads & other traffic, *DAYS* after purchasing another month. Also frequently randomly disonnects and doesn't reconnect automatically, requiring manual intervention. Clearly, there's no focus on providing a stable connection & experience, & I'm tired of having repeated disconnections for various reasons on a daily basis. Time to try a different VPN.
worst vpn very disappointed am just going to uninstall it. iasues 1. gets stuck and literally cannot access the internet after 30 minutes use 2. overheats the phone compared to other vpns
Requires creating an account before showing you what they provide in return for your PII. One star and deleted.

Despite connecting to the appropriate countries, the content I wanted to watch was still geo blocked. Got a refund.
DONOT RECOMMEND this app will randomly disconnect. cannot stree DONOT USE!

Update 2/13/2026: Very buggy "Always on" and "Block connections without VPN" features. They don't work! Useless features and false advertising. When you also turn on "Block connections without VPN", you're often randomly disconnected from everything, with no notification. Then randomly disconnected even when I turned off "Block connections without VPN". Not good. App needs work. These features weren't ready for release.
I have purchased for 5 install i was only allowed one install and it cost 80 plus dollars. which is a bit pricey granted the interface is good but I am still waiting for customer service to resolve my issue

paid for a one-month subscription but wasn’t able to connect even once. Even cheaper or free VPNs can usually establish a connection-though they may be lower quality. This service was a complete waste of money. I deleted the app.

KEEPS DISCONNECTING. This would be the best VPN ever but I have to constantly keep turning it back on. Dispite my settings being set to VPN always on. very disappointed.
Wanted to like this vpn because I heard great things. Ended up having random things blocked. It hasn't even been a full day and I am going back to my old vpn. Glad I only paid for a month because it's bad enough to waste that. If you don't mind dealing with blocked websites then I would expect this to be a solid vpn as others say. Otherwise, stick to the others.
