The reason behind the single star is due to signing in on the Web browser to save content only to be met with "download the app for better/more features." I'm not rewarding roundabout behavior.

Very bad app.

Just another garbage (Android) app. Pinterest used to be great for getting ideas. Now, It's all ads. Click and get redirected to Amazon or some dot com. I deactivated my account and uninstalled the app.

I have been on Pinterest since the very beginning and used to love it. Sadly that is not the case anymore. This app is so close to being 100% ads to the point that navigating through the app is genuinely difficult as I keep misclicking either the terrible ad or the Ai slop next to it. What a waste of a great platform.

Used to be good. Now there is more ads than pins on my feed. I even click "hide" and "not relevant to me", still no change. It's unusable now. Such a shame.

not interested

amazing app, but a few things are irritating. when you want to change your bio & display name it says request cannot be refilled, making you wait almost two days to refresh. it blocks my following list, as I'm following less people yet Pinterest says I'm following more than what i really am. Pinterest, please fix this when you can. i have been dealing with this for months now.

Amazing picture finding tool, but I rate this 2 stars because on GMAILS YOU GUYS CONSTANTLY SPAM ME WITH RANDOM IMAGES, LIKE BRO I GO ON PRINTEREST WHEN I WANT TO. IT'S FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU EMAIL ME RANDOM IMAGES, LIKE I GET IT, I GO ON THE APP WHENEVER I WANT TO! YOU WASTE MY STORAGE WHEN YOU SPAM ME, STOP SPAMMING ME!

Pinterest is very useful for finding references, recipes, and posting art. There are also lots of great and positive communities on here. However, all the positives of this app are what the users have done with them. Pinterest pushes lots of ads (aometimes very inappropriate ones), sends out ban waves automated by bots, incorrectly flags most stuff as AI while regular AI isn't flagged, and tends to glitch or randomly delete pins. It used to be user-friendly but lost that over time.
