Keeping it one star, this time for the awful team rocket event. Some genius decided Giovanni can't be in balloons, but I can't get his cowardly self to show up anywhere either. bought the pass and couldn't even complete it in time because they make these new ones less than a week long. it'll be the last short one I spend on too because this was just a stupid event with no heads up of the changes. Giovanni radar also blocks the normal team radar, another amazing oversight by the pogo team
few pokestops in my area, pokestop nominations always gets rejected *sigh

I can't find Giovanni anymore. in the past Giovanni would just show up in a balloon shortly after using the black radar but I haven't been able to find him for this whole event. I really wanted the shadow reshiram but now it's almost over so I know I'm screwed. I saw a post that he may have been removed from balloons? If so that's unfair for limited mobility players.

Money hungry, waste of time, crashing bologna. Rewards are buns, pokestops don't drop anything worth the time. takes 90 pokeballs to catch one pokemon. Game is smelly bun cheeks.
Played it on release and for years after. Game is awful now. Too many micro transactions and pay walls. Used to be A 5 star review but updating to be more in line with the current game. Considering the target audience is children this predatory style of play is disgusting. Somewhere along the way the ideology of Pokémon was lost. It's supposed to be a fun monster capturing game, not a money driven slopfest.

Theyre selling your data for military drones
The game became a cash grab only no more special missions just a battle pass system with a wall for "better" items and they are not better. I don't mine if you want to do this but then the reward should be a lot better and new things should be coming out instead of your last year rewash. if you are tripping the micro transaction then give people who pay a way better reward. This just makes you greedy.
is it me or are the rewards always the same? even when purchasing the "pass" the rewards are nothing special or worth the money.
I've walked 6km and past 10 Pokestops. Giovanni was NOWHERE in sight. Put him back in the hot air balloons, FOR FURFROU'S SAKE!!!
I put a review here about how Scopely was ruining this game,The Play Store deleted it. I just came back today and they had reverted it back to my old review about the avatars. Pokemon Go used to be a fun game you could play outside to catch Pokemon. There are no Pokemon spawning outside to catch, and it has been monetized into oblivion. If you've never played this game before, do not waste your time or money, it is dead. The heart and soul are gone, along with the long-term players.

how the hell are rural players suppose to fight giovanni when you took him out of balloons?
apps always freeze on Samsung A36 whenever catching Pokémon, go into gym, n spin pokestop after the phone screen is turn of and turn on back into the Pokémon apps.

incredibly bad lag in GBL
The game has been glitching out CONSTANTLY in battles and it has cost me countless wins, wasted in-game supplies, and money for several of those things but nothing ever gets done about it. now I remember why I stopped playing for years.

This is a gambling game with real money. Lots of promises for their events, you must pay real money, but sometimes you get nothing. The game is all about luck, not about being good at something. Full of bugs that cost players real money. App has so many bugs, some aspects of game are unplayable, and - as always - you lose your money...

It WAS a good game, they just can't leave things alone. They recently updated Battle league and the simulation logic causes so many wait states that it is impossible to play. They keep messing with the user interface, most of time making it worse. One would think they would be glad to take our money and count it as a win. I liked the memory drill of the game, it made me think. not its just frustrating to play as it is completely unpredictable and random.
Bring back giovanni in the balloon

Cash grab game. Everything is locked behind pay walls. EVERYTHING. Giovanni team rocket leader battles used to be found in hourly balloons and now he only has physical spawns. The game just sucks now!
Several months of the same email, spammed multiple times a week, every week is spam, not updates.
It has gotten harder to catch pokemon. Even an ultra ball does not cut it. I love Pokemon but this mobile game is slowly going down the drain for me. I can not keep putting money into either just to make it worth my time. Gotta Catch'em all aslong as your wallet is loaded.
The world is black. The dermishs are black. My character is black. All the pokemon are black. All i can see are my clothes. This is unplayable. Maybe hire the palworld people to teach you to make a game
Used players to train AI that could (and probably will) be used by the military to aid in war. Disgusting
glitchy, but hey. theyve made use of our freely given data and have moved on.
It's worse now. All I get are brand new bugs with every update, with none of the old ones being fixed. Sure, textures get fixed eventually, but none of the game-breaking bugs even get touched. If you want me to buy anything from you, you're going to have to demonstrate that you can program a game that runs properly first.

This game is honestly just pay to lose did 21 Dialga raids no shiny, did 10 Mega Skarmory raids on super mega raid day no shiny. This game is honestly just a cash grab and a time waster.

unfriendly to players, geared more to paid events, terrible raid windows and poor communication make it impossible for the few players to join up and get rare pokemon. im surprised their greed hasn't made money off this problem.
The Niantic Help is so frustrating. They do everything with a bot and never people. Also, there are an insane amount of glitches making the game almost unplayable.
