Cannot delete chat with ChatGPT like a normal chat with contact. Who decided that will work? Fix it please. It is very annoying.

it implemented Chatgpt and won't allow me to opt out!!! Every time I try to opt out there is an error. if it's not fixed within the week I am reporting it to the European customer protection services and you should too! Edit: ok, I 100% am reporting it now. also no I DON'T want to learn how to use Ai. I don't want Ai!
i can't log in my account even my Internet connection is strong the app still insisting no Internet and if it detect that the connection is strong it show error tap help if your number is correct then still end up not able to log in, there is so many issues that the developers need to fix in this application and this need to be addressed immediately.

it's so buggy
this app if you login to a different phone, you cannot receive any code via phone call or sms I've tried multiple times troubleshoot nothing happens, very very inconvenient.
My personal account was falsely flagged for spam. Nearly a week and still blocked. I have my ticket number which I have been following up and support has not responded to my ticket. It's difficult because you cannot talk to a real person.
I don't know what happened to my Viber, but when I tried to sign back in, I couldn't activate it because I'm not receiving the verification calls.

This app is full of junk stuff. Just bring back old Viber with essential features and optimize it to be more faster and rensponsive. It's a very heavy app because of tons of unnecessary things in it. Among all other chat apps, it's really annoying that such known one is scary slow.
It used to be a good app, but for a good while now phone calls are not ringing out, or when answered the app hangs up. So my family has no choice but to use Messenger instead.
New Android update resets notification sound to viber default on every app exit. While I can assume youre proud with the notification sound you have I find it extremely annoying... Also theres a delay on desktop Viber. while android one gets the message, desktop (windows) is late approx 15 minutes. Id also add that desktop version keeps dropping connection, before you jump on my connection issues, both Viber apps are on the same network- 5ms latency and 600mb/100mb. restart of app solves issue
