Waited for my debit card for a month... never came. Got a smart card that I literally can't use unless I subscribe to Sofi plus. I ordered a second debit card. It says my virtual debit card would be available in a few minutes. It's been a full day and I have no access to my money or new virtual card. Absolute negligence. You can't trust this bank to even get you a debit card you definitely can't trust them with your money. Sofi sucks, DO NOT use this bank.

if you could roll back the app to when it was ACTUALLY USABLE AND NOT CRASHING EVERY 30 SECONDS,thatd be great! It only has some minor information LIKE MY BANKING! Oh you're sorry? That's sweet. scam is all i can say they take out 100 every time you transfer 200. and don't show it nowhere on your invoices. very very bad business...... dont deserve a star

I'm trying to make a quick IPO investment and I cannot find this account with my actual visa bank card and this is a disappointment of huge magnitude been jerking around trying to do this for 2 days really inconvenient!

there is an issue with the debit cards that sofi is refusing to take accountability for. tap to pay is not working at multiple vendors. this creates an embarrassing situation where waiter or waitress might take your card and tap to pay with it at a terminal and then come back and tell you a decline despite their being thousands of dollars in your account. Sofi support refuses to submit a ticket for this issue. it's happened for weeks I've talked to other customers with the same experience.
App is very peasantish and filled with ads that I couldn't find a single feature twice without asking AI for instruction. Does have both stock and USD and USDC deposit account while marketing its card to be global, but the app looked like a cheap marketplace that made me dizzy just looking at it for a minute. Probably would stick to Wise and Okx for travels.

notice all these people do is apologize. they never even try to make things right. my advice is to go to a big bank .. Chase, Bank of America, any bank but so fi. pay the monthly fees. You can't deposit checks in the app. app worked for like a month, now just sends you to the website. I opened a ticket but haven't heard back from so fi. Bank at chase or anywhere that will allow you to deposit a check. trash bank!!!!

so annoying I can't deposit a check, can't use zelle, it's like this bank doesn't want your money. I don't get it but I'll put my $60k check into another bank. Soooo weird
My previous account that I never used was compromised and I informed SoFi about it. 8 never heard back from anyone at SoFi banking. I tried to sign up for checking account and kept getting an error message about my SSN I called customer service and was told after the investigation they decided to close my account and I can never open an account with again when situation was not my fault at all. my identity was stolen and now they are telling it's my fault. I will never recommend anyone to SoFi
reported an issue of credit card fraud to sofi in March through their service phone number. still waiting for any kind of resolution.Tthere is nowhere to track the stus of this dispute, nobody to contact about it for updates. There is not even a record of this case being reported that can be found. Ready to leave sofi ov3r this matter.
Don't take a mortgage with S. There's zero transparency and zero expertise. People there think they know what they're doing, even when they're wrong, which makes it impossible to find solutions and resolve problems.

I signed up for robo trading and put it on moderate last night I had $90+ in my stocks and I woke up this morning to $41. so I lost $50 in less than 12 hours, I don't wanna sell the stocks now and loose all my money, but I thought that the robo trading spread out my money so things like this wouldn't happen....not very happy at all 😡
Every time I log in to my app it makes me go through Chrome or I receive the "Something went wrong" message
sofi does not like you buying crypto, false advertising
recently had a very small amount of 80.00 deposit into my account. when I attempted to deposit a paper check from that same bank , for the same amount, it was quickly declined. why have this feature to reject check deposit . oh felled to mention sofi wanted me to write on the back of check " for FOR SOFI DEPOSIT ONLY" just to get your check reject. I think not. for that main reason I reused to place that on the back and have problems getting it cashed.
Poor interface: difficult or impossible to edit basic information, rejects valid information and accepts incorrect entries. Fix your database!!
depositing money into your bank account with sofi is awkward and broken, I had to switch back to capital one and then transfer that balance to my sofi account. the linked services and apps sofi uses are implemented horribly and are not user friendly.

this bank is a joke. customer service is terrible. they are classiest trash and value their rich customers over the ones trying to get by.
after I read all 74 pages I cannot find a box to check so that I could agree and submit and they threw my application out tell me they couldn't give me an account.
under no circumstances download this app. NO CIRCUMSTANCES. This app, this bank is complete and utter garbage. There is always some problem or complication arising. They're supposed to send you "Confirmation codes" from time to time... takes over an hour to receive them, if at ALL. I can't even get into my own account now to check the balance and transfer it the hell OUT OF THERE It won't even hook up to E-Trade, says it is "unsupported". It will make you want to take a sledgehammer to ur phone
