I gave one star due to, Having a real life, tutor was really cool. But I have 2 kids. One is in the preschool level. And then the other is in elementary and we have two different types of tablets, but I'm having issues with a few games on this app, where it just goes straight black and the kids can't do anything. Unfortunately, one of my tablets, it wont-work at all. And so I had to cancel and get a different for one of my kids im still holding on for my oldest anyone else having this issue?

I accidentally bought the year membership and they're not helping at all. they just rely on AI and it talks in circles. told me to go to Google play support, which I did. they denied my refund request saying that I needed to contact the developer. WHICH I DID. AND THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO GOOGLE PLAY. I'm so fed up and angry. don't buy this trash. that's all this is. T.R.A.S.H.
this app does not deserve rating I just want to warn people before they go ahead and download this that you may find the activities and videos do not actually work, as in they do not play, as in you'll likely find yourself staring at a loading screen of a cartoon fish jumping along the water say to your child wow that fish has been at it for a long time, only to realize that this is the entirety of the apps content. DO NOT PURCHASE... ps animation is good and app is built well, why not finish

Don't download unless you want to pay $50 a month for ads. says $5 when I signed up then charged me $50 on 3 separate occasions

I can't rate this app any further than, not to be able to login it! In other words, when I login, it immediately told be to re-download it. Some awful virus possible or just reject me. I don't get it!
Ived tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times. The app doesn't even open. It just crashes

This app is such garbage. first its not compatible with my kids tablet so they have to take my phone to do lessons on it, then I get a laptop and it doesnt want to download the app on anything except for my phones. NOT THE LAPTOP that I specifically bought for the kids to do lessons. Class Dojo is even better than this garbage. DO BETTER
absolutely fuming. charged me a year subscription in dec 25 only just realised. to not even give me any type of reminder this was going out for an entire year. disgusting practises. yes this is in the small print right at the bottom of the terms and can be changed in the settings. but it should never be allowed to just take a years worth of subscription without a reminder ahead of taking it. tempted to take this further. feels very wrong.

cannot log in on Android from the app. The parents app never works properly. I have splash Learn on iPad and when I want to see the report or progress the parents app is never right. My 5th grader... never shows the reading part on the app only math. And my 2nd grader, is always DAYS BEHIND in the app or shows nothing was done when I sat there with him and we did it together. DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED.

it splash is a little bit fun because we're not at school is so boring
kept turning off, so many paywalls and irritating to use
the day I paid for the subscription, the app stopped working. hasnt worked since. its been 10 days now. I have Uninstalled it and installed it again, still nothing.
