wont open keeps crashing terribble app don't download
I can't rate this app any further than, not to be able to login it! In other words, when I login, it immediately told be to re-download it. Some awful virus possible or just reject me. I don't get it!
Ived tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times. The app doesn't even open. It just crashes
bad
freezes a lot so my kid has to redo what he just did. its hard to navigate and not worth 75 dollars. update... now wont load anything. What a waste of time and money

This app is such garbage. first its not compatible with my kids tablet so they have to take my phone to do lessons on it, then I get a laptop and it doesnt want to download the app on anything except for my phones. NOT THE LAPTOP that I specifically bought for the kids to do lessons. Class Dojo is even better than this garbage. DO BETTER
absolutely fuming. charged me a year subscription in dec 25 only just realised. to not even give me any type of reminder this was going out for an entire year. disgusting practises. yes this is in the small print right at the bottom of the terms and can be changed in the settings. but it should never be allowed to just take a years worth of subscription without a reminder ahead of taking it. tempted to take this further. feels very wrong.

broken, the app doesn't let the curriculum progress. You play it and it completes but doesn't save the progress so it ends up being worthless as an app but useful on the browser

this game is good, but COME ON if I'm playing a game with my friends it should be only my friends I don't know if there bots but there's these kids named hoppy and all those weird names but it should be invite only when I'm playing speedy snails so please fix it. like what if I don't want to play with other people and I want to play with only people that I invite do FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!! disappointed. I thought u could do better splashlearn.
My kid said he uses this app in school so I tried to install it on his tablet but received a message that the app is not compatible with his device. I bought a brand new tablet and tried again and received the same message. I'll use ABC Mouse instead.

this has no real teaching value.
app never works and a total waste of money . don't be apart of a community of parents who are looking for apps to help make learning fun if you're just there for the money it's just ridiculous. iv used splash learn since 2020 and it's just gotten worse . lower the price intell you care to fix it at least.
I have tried to cancel my subscription and they will not cancel it. every month on my acct.

hits all the checkboxes, but then immediately starts pushing subscriptions and learning plans. Not a simple hand to kids kinda app because you have to constantly watch it as it tries to push it's prescription service every 2-3 minutes.

it splash is a little bit fun because we're not at school is so boring
kept turning off, so many paywalls and irritating to use
the day I paid for the subscription, the app stopped working. hasnt worked since. its been 10 days now. I have Uninstalled it and installed it again, still nothing.
The choice of background graphics and themes of witches and wizards is not appropriate for our family which is unfortunate because it was fun until we realized that.
