since they moved away from Facebook log in , I've had nothing but trouble. The app no longer loads it just has a spinning icon. I emailed support but they were useless. I won't be renewing my subscription.

this is just overhyped in Instagram, this app will show good data etc for a few runs and then time and mapping all will scrambled ,the worst app for run tracking ,just overhyped by the paid Instagram reel creators
constantly crashes. GPS followed me for one whole house to the left then tracked NOTHING ❤️ lots of times ❤️

I tried everything all permissions granted, battery optimization off, restart, uninstall/reinstall still not working. Very disappointing. Kindly refund my money.
3 corridas, todas elas foram um parto pra pro app processar e subir, mesmo atualizado. vocês conseguem ser pior que o Bradesco, e nem precisam fazer tanta coisa.
The app is too complex for just recording your tracks: a lot of buttons, menus, sections, endless questions, offers, etc.

Use to be great. Now Strava is greedy and has free features behind a paywall. Time to move onto a another app that doesn't charge you to see your achievements.

They get your personal info BEFORE telling you it costs to use the app. predatory, garbage, data theft. Do better
For two days, it keeps saying that it has a server error. I'm pretty sure that I will be uninstalling it.

this app is completely useless unless you are the type of narcissist that wants everyone to see "how fit you are" i ask it to show me the flatest path to the store, and it picks the least flat, and tries to get me to make a 14 mile trip instead of 4 their and 4 back. if you simply want an app to help you find the easiest commute on a bike like me, you will be horribly disappointed. it also basically begs you to sign up. as much as i hate google maps, it is far superior.
I can understand that after a free trial, you can automatically deduct from you account for a subscription. But seriously, atleast make it only a 1-month subscription NOT a WHOLE YEAR ROUND!!! Now I can't even get a refund, what do I do with this? Just install the app even though I'm not using the app?
Hangs on every recording. Excellent statistics!, some times app hangs up and I lost some records :(. May be because didn't pay any subscription.

I get infinite loading when I open Strava. It’s useless. This has been happening for about 2 days now. It only works if I reinstall the app. Clearing the cache doesn’t help. But after reinstalling, it goes back to infinite loading again.

The app is not working fine from last couple of months, nothing is loading on the app despite i am in good network area. when i uninstall and install it back, it starts running but after sometimes that also stops.

too many errors when saving activity so need to uninstall first but the activities are gone.
Strava used to be perfect. Never a problem. In the last few months though, it's barely worked at all. Just stops recording, and misses half of my run. Makes it look like I've run a direct line from point to point, through houses and rivers. It's unreliable with my speed, once saying I was going less than 1km/hr and 35km/hr in the same run (can confirm I wasn't). A bit frustrated at this point!
Good App. But every time I try to save the activity it keeps loading and does not eventually work.

The app keeps getting stuck on save activity. Sometimes it works other times it crashes. I restart my phone and sometimes that helps and then I can register the activity and then other times I lose the activity all together. It's super frustrating.
Rubbish that you now have to rate an activity before you see activity insight. A retrograde step.
Why won't you just let me screenshot without that stupid popup to share? I don't want to share, and this "feature" breaks the scroll-screenshot of my phone (an actual feature that people use)
