Workouts logged by my Fitbit/Google Health doesn't post on Strava. I've resync-ed the connection multiple times and am tired of this continuous glitch. Other than the social aspect of Strava, all the features that aren't locked behind a paywall are available on Google Health. The only reason I downloaded Strava was to log and share my workouts with friends and it didn't even work properly.
I can't connect my Strava with my Samsung Health. It's been 3 weeks. I disconnect and connect over and over again, there are no changes. It keeps on saying there is error in connecting the strava with Samsung Health
Rubbish! It says free trial, but y'all charged me. Alain reply me they have refunded back to me through Google play and Google play should process this within 7 working days. Till now idk how many working days already, still not yet receive refund. I contacted Google, they say strava should refund back to me directly. Idk how many days I want to wait until y'all reply to me

I was paid for Strava in June deciding to add Strava plus Runna in July paid for year on both but only getting 1 yr. $252 for 1 year. Support closes tickets and never gets back to you.
Worthless ad filled app, hate it, update 2026: same thing, wanted to get some kkal estimation, it is not there, so deleted account again, due to ads
gps accuracy with this app is awful and intermittent. I know its not my phone because alltrails is so much better, and I have verified all permissions. Please fix it! Pixel7pro user
free features reduced substantially, everything I click on brings up subscribe page. certainly a change for worse since last used 2y ago....
New update, The continuing of cheating of e-bikes on segments, still a problem!! Not being able to see times while going up hill or down is cumbersome. I understand the safety aspect of it, but show us something towards the last couple hundred feet or so, so that we know when the segments ends. No notification of KOM's being lost, another annoying reason from Strava. It's not fun anymore ☹️ price hike. Everytime I click the app it goes to app info and won't go into the app.
works well in general but the video replay bug where the sound keeps playing after you viewed a video needs to be fixed. Update: bug still there 26 june 2026

Accidentally purchased yearly subscription over monthly and support is impossible to contact. Would have loved to sign up for a monthly subscription, but now reconsidering as they have not responded to me in over two weeks. Will gladly update this review if helped.
The login screen is completely broken for users running GrapheneOS which is far more secure than default android or apple. When I enter my password or one-time code, the submission button fails silently and does absolutely nothing. This is a known issue with Strava’s rigid backend, which hangs indefinitely when it can't run tracking or Play Integrity checks, rather than failing gracefully and letting the user log in. Please fix and I will change to 5 stars.
The active challenges tab is still missing from the group menu. The AI chat bot still thinks it is still available, so where is it?
strava is sidelining relive sad, after all it is an American company what can we expect, no ethical business on the side of Americans nothing new
i emailed to request a refund. I already followed Strava email guide but then no more updates or refund.

one of my activity mysteriously vanished,
i loved it until today, when it lost the longest distance i have run in months.
strava is now not working in my Samsung j7 pro.
consistently fails to record an accurate route. tried everything to fix it and nothing works
GPS mapping has been failing almost everytime the past week. Checked power settings, that is not the problem
Not worth the money for a paid subscription. The app mainly duplicates data already visible in Samsung Health, and although there are some differences it doesn't justify the cost. I also find it inflexible when trying to just record runs, instead it gives me everything with GPS data. I don't need to know my stats for a walk to the shop. Final reason I stopped using it was because it stopped capturing data from Samsung, and I'm not paying for an unreliable app
