I was charged for something that I don't know what it is
The first week of May I a pop-up ad showed me Total protection for all my equipment (laptop, 2 phones and 1 tablet, what a bargain!) I watched for the warning email telling me that time was coming up for renewal, never got one, I checked junk and spam in my inbox, nothing. 3 days ago I got hit by several spam popups, etc. locked up all my electronics. Looked on my bank statement and saw 2 payments withdrawn no activation, no service! They deposited my funds though. Paid through PP, refund filing
I have been bugged again. Not safe using Total AV.. and they billed me 5 times in 2 days at over $30 a pop.. Worthless!
not quite what was advertised. Also glitches when trying to open.
got sucked into this app by mistake, no other excuse except at age 82, not as vigilant as I should be.. 😬
I don't want this app on my phone at all, you have fixed the phone where the app can't be Uninstaller, I need this app undone
sucks... then they make it impossible for you to cancel and then they try to tell you it could take up to 30 days well let you know is what they said. the nerve and audacity to hold my $2 hostage for a month so they can collect 1/10 of a cent in interest but if to do that to a million people there's $100,000 right regardless of the math total disappointment total disappointment over $2
found trying to find how to obtain a licence for a laptop impossible, just going around in circles.

Keeps switching off and during one period my phone has been completely hijacked. Reports of data leakage including bank accounts. Not at all happy, it's not doing what I pay it to do.

I was not impressed with this app at all. I found that it was not cleaning up my phone. Every time I turned on the ad-blocker it was asking for more money. I prepaid for a whole year up front. I was not able to get even one virus removed. I'll never buy another so called ad blocker or virus remover. It wasn't at all worth the money. Even at the discounted price.
so I don't know how it is where you guys are but in my phone Chrome is taking over your app at this point you can't be trusted because you're in codes for Chrome well I guess you know that this is the documentation I'm using so that the events are documented which is exactly what I'm doing documenting the abandonment and leaving me unprotected when my account is most vulnerable and under attack good job total av I'm dropping the ball leaving me I'm protected so I can be mauled by a rogue app
Has not helped to clean my phone when asking for payment and fo download different apps.
rubbish not helpful at all and just wants you to install apps that are way too expensive

wants to charge me twice. it has the wrong phone listed and every time I try to fix it , it just ignores me. So just give my money back. I can live with the viruses. you tell me I have all kinds of viruses. but if I run a different program to search for viruses. IT comes back as no viruses found . I'm sick of Google

butch of bs said i had virus bs, got ripped off two dollars, worst investment made, was supposed to get rid of virus bs didn't do nothing, unfortunately have to give a star, don't deserve it, rip offs. now i have to recover my bank info, expecting a hassle, rip offs, can't say it enough f-5king rip offs
Horrible. Created more pop ups and did not respond or resolve my problems; my provider advised me that Total AV was causing me problems. I recommend to run, dont walk from this company; customer unfriendly,poor product

Really disappointed...signed up for $1.99 and charges mounted up 3 x $39...cant stop payments.... why is this such a trap....I'm heading down a rabbit hole....let me out.
I removed all parts of this subscription due to constantly getting pop up ads for all the separate parts even though I already purchased them.

find yourself other antivirus software. didn't rid me of viruses, only bombarded me with notifications that I had 75-100 viruses, everyday. so if the app is telling me I have that many viruses in my phone..... the app apparently is NOT doing what I was paying for it to do. No?

I had this a few years ago and my account had fraud against it. This company did not let me know anything. I am not taking this. I only want Google cloud and Ai for google. why the heck would you show my information?? I will check with google and captial one. good by.
