I subscribed to the app for protection on my phone and laptop for 1 month (trial period) and I cancelled the subscription before the date of renewal and every month I get charged for the service, I've taken my cards off the account, I've deleted my information, I've even deactivated my account and I still get charged by the company. I had to go through a stop payment and change my card number just to stop the automatic payments I didn't authorize... quite upset and quite frankly annoyed by it

This Advert is totally misleading and i want my money back immediately. After being misled in believing i would only be charged £ 2.00 if i opted for this App by Wednesday that is all i would pay.! I've had a stressful time I've been over charged from my bank account ,I'm not savvy with phone banking I've just found this way of getting through be carefull!! if you can't unsubscribe they will screw you 💯

I though I would be subscribed to total av to block adds on my phone but this version is just pop adds they will not let you close it I will install this now
I'm not in the best of health, Please help me uninstall this Total AV app. I'm not real computer savvy. I'm on a fixed income. I can't afford $14.99 a month. I have tried to cancel it, I definitely do not need it. I see how easy it is to take advantage of older people. Thank You
difficult to get rid of app and all the garbage it creates. surprised cyberguy recommended. unsubscribe process leads to scams.

They will not accept my email even though I have changed it in their site several times and been approved!!!! Over a month since I changed my password, Still say invalid. They have charged my bank account 7 times and done NOTHING. Do not answer calls. Useless. Will be filing a complaint with my bank for fraud. Phone is ALWAYS busy so can't talk to them. I kept having to turn it on. not worth it
This app just blocked me from all my apps also it's own app, says it have 87 viruses 10 seconds after saying i have 5. also to download their app which i already have. my phone now has apps I've never seen, some are missing and the app icons are a different shape and colour. my home pages have all changed not in alphabetical order any more. keeps telling me to down load more of their apps. Money hungry cockroach's they dont have your best interests in mind, all they see is $$$$$. signs. SCUM
