Signed up for WW Med+ specifically seeking tirzepatide after a medication-focused signup flow made it appear the advertised pricing was tied to medication treatment. The disclosure that GLP-1 meds were NOT included was buried in small text below the visible mobile screen. I requested cancellation almost immediately before using any services, or receiving medication, was still told Im locked into a 12-month commitment. Extremely misleading mobile signup flow and very difficult customer support

the aspp is shocking. lacks basic logic plus crashes. it is very frustrating to use. it onlt because i've paid for 3 months i continue to use it.

worst app ever go to Berry Street!! refuse to cancel membership regardless of ability to use & will continue to bill you. reps are rude & sound like they're in a tunnel & underwater, worse than ai because they stick to a script. tried to give it the benefit of the doubt that time allowed for positive changes yet they've only managed to get worse. save yourself the hassle & headache. Berry Street is 1000 times better AND with real nutrition advice from an RDN not pressure to take ozempic
I just re-joined WW and was all excited to get to work. except the app won't load. Then I read the reviews. WW, please go back to the previous version. Your customers knew how it worked. The app developers that sold you on the changes either have never used the app or don't care about those that use it.
2026-05-01 app stopped being able to load data. restarted app and phone still no data
I hate the new update! It is too much of a hassle trying to login your food. Not user friendly at all!

Have you updated yet again??? where have my points gone? I have zero interest in logging grammes of this and that. only reason I have any plan at all is because I liked points. Now they are all but hidden. will cancel subscription at this rate. please stick with old system or at least may new stuff optional
The app made an update and it is awful! when you scan something you don't immediately see the points (the whole point of the program), you have to click into the item and the point are really small not in an obvious place. Its hard to know how many points you're eating and grocery shopping will be a huge hassle when you're trying to quickly scan items in a busy grocery store. I will be canceling when my 3 months is up. The app is now pointless.
weekly points are not cooect
The app has stopped tracking activity using Health Connect and all permissions have been granted. The only way to track is to manually enter the information. Again the new app stinks.
The update today removed the ability to easily view points for food when using all-in mode and now shows protein and fiber grams instead. Either show all 3 or go back to just points. Points are most important for food planning and it doesn't make sense to remove them. This change is a big negative to the app experience.
the new app is very strangely laid out and not user friendly. I hope they revert back to the previous version. program is still great but the app really not so great.

I really liked the app last year. Unfortunately I stopped using it for a few months and came back to them "upgrading" the UI to something clunky, unintuitive, and glitchy. You need significantly more clicks to log foods or see how many points/calories you've had that day. For an app who's primary purpose is to log food, why on earth would you make it harder to do so?! Edit: The issue isnt that I need a guide, I figured out how to navigate, it's just that your new interface is so much worse.
won't load
WW has so many 0-point foods, why bother tracking? I have found a different program which has very interesting articles that make you think. I don't like the drug-pushing of WW. I have been a member of WW since the 1980s. During COVID in-person meetings were abandoned and never returned to my city post-COVID. Terrible loss.

the app doesn't work properly. it won't let you calculate meals. it doesn't connect to any health apps. no customer service available. no help, no support and no explanation for not providing the service you pay off. do not be suckered in to this.

Can no longer log in. Not sure what's going on but I can't log in and to get any help you have to log in.
I have been doing WW for years. Was forced to update in order to continue using the app. The new font is too small & difficult to see, & white on light blue just makes it worse. It now takes more time to search/enter anything. There should be the option to adjust font size & contrast, & delete or hide the pages we don't or won't be using. It seems like WW focus is on the 20/30 yr olds & forgetting about those of us 60+. VERY disappointed & frustrated.

Not user friendly.
PUT THE POINTS NEXT TO THE FOODS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, the display is too busy now. ROLL IT BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION! HOW COULD YOU MAKE SUCH A DRASTIC CHANGE TO THE APP?
App is confusing and much more difficult to navigate than previous versions. biggest issue for me is that activity tracking with Samsung Health /health connect is inconsistent, buggy, or non existent most days which is highly annoying and causes incorrect point tracking.
