ww screwed something up again. I had steps from my samsung watch up until a few weeks ago, now I cant even get it to reaf them even though it says it's connected. seriously thinking of canceling my subscription and finding a tracker run by a company that didn't use ai to write the app.

No sooner than we know what we are doing and then it changes.... Where are my recipes??? I go all over the app and finally find them. Why can't they be associated with the member icon - which disappeared. Why can't I just check on a food item without putting in a meal category???? Why do I have to go in and out of everything before I can get where I want????? And, not finally, but as long as I am complaining -- why is it not available on a Kindle product????
I do not like the new app-it is NOT simple any longer and you have to click too many times to just get the simple things that most of us want to do. Track our points easily. I cannot find where restaurants are anymore on the app. With the older one, when we ate out, I would pull that up and go to that restaurant & chose my meal from know the points in advance. Now I have to type the name in, which is quite annoying. I am a Lifetime member for years. So sad it has to be this way

Par ailleurs , Pas un mail tutoriel pour expliquer le fonctionnement de l'application ! Une aberration ! Le seul moyen est de pouvoir participer à l'atelier de prise en main de l'application , un seul créneau/semaine , pas de replay ! Pour toutes ces raisons j'ai résilié mon abonnement.
This app is no longer working! The point system is completely off. The last couple of days, the app is showing zero points left but I should have at least 8. The total days I have been consistent is still showing the same number. I logged out, then back in and still the same issue. I also don't see anywhere to email WW app support. At this point, if I can't reach support, I don't see the point of paying for WW.
The new app is straight up trash. LOVE the WW program but the redesigned app is over-engineered and not intuitive at all. There's way too much going on on the screen and the stuff you use the most does not stand out. Being in this app is like wandering around a hoarder's home trying to find a receipt from 1992. Please fix this Weight Watchers.

Terrible! This app has drastically changed since the last time I joined Weight Watchers. It's not easy to navigate. You can't edit your entries after you've added it, you have to delete it and go back and do it all over again. it's confusing. it just does not flow well. Not pleased at all having just joined for a year. Do better Weight Watchers! I can guarantee I am only one of several members who are hating your app.
updates are slow to arrive. Many glitches, and tracking is no longer easy. Horrible to require this on an App/phone. PLEASE allow us to use the website on a computer with a real keyboard and larger screen.
The new app is awful to navigate. The Weight watcher scale which has all this information besides weight no longer is tracked and you used to have access to help on the app and that also seems to have gone or I can't find it anymore. Weight Watchers seems to have sold out to the pharmicucicals which is disappointing, but at least the app was easy to navigate and gave good info and was easy to track your meals. Whoever thought this app downgrade was a good idea has ruined a good thing.
difficult to manuver and correct. I can't seem to figure out how to change what time of day I ate the food I put into the app
I signed up for ww a year ago. i did not realize that my eleven dollar a month payment was only a temporary amount. so when I got charged more than double that twelve months later, i immediately (literally 11 minutes after i was charged) contacted the company and asked for a refund. They refused to refund anything, even though I actually clicked the button that said, cancellation/REFUND, so I know they have the ability to refund. i find this very poor customer service!
the. worst. after years of using, the app only partially logs my activity points. customer service has left me hanging for months now with no answer. they keep telling me to run the same steps which work for a day and then stop. I even bought a new wearable to see if that was the culprit. same exact issue. moving to a free app that logs correctly.

Everytime my wife shares a recipe with me and I attempt to open it the app freezes
I have not been able to login for a while. I set a new password and still can't get into app but can get into website. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still same issue. I am cancelling account as all tools should be working at all times and be tested by WW for both iPhones and Android and don't think that is happening as I can't login.
New App is GARBAGE! I hadn't used my WW app in months and I was suprised when it updated and had a totally different look. The new look is overly complicated compared to the old interface. Its difficult to navigate and is more frustrating than it is helpful. It shouldn't be so hard to find the restraunts tab which used to be easy to get to. I literally had to Google where it was and then when I clicked on "see all" it refreshed back to the homepage so its worthless when I cant even get to it.
why am I being charged $24? When my insurance is supposed to be covering this,I didn't commit to anything you all do not deserve a 4 star. I did not have a live coach. I didn't have anything you're all. Owed computer thing did not register to what I was making why I was losing my own way, not by you all's help, my insurance was will point? Have been a Weight Watcher, on and off, for many years. This is the only program that seems to work for me. However, and this is a big HOWEVER, the app really sucks. As others have noted Very Difficult to find the things you want without multiple clicks. Also, it crashes (stops taking taps) quite a bit--at least once a day for me. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't solve the problem. I agree with others, WW seems to be more interested in your money than in helping you lose weight.
Wants me to resign up every time I try to find a recipe. Hate it. Not worth the effort

HATE the new app. UPDATE:Can't look up restaurant foods anymore and you can't add links to recipes to your list because it causes the app to crash every time you edit ingredients.

I keep getting messages that my WW app is being tracked
The app won't let me edit or delete foods I created, it won't let me delete recipes I created, I am unable to receive recipes my daughter shares with me for tracking, and the app freezes often & the screen won't move. The app should be updated to allow me to add my created foods and recipes from the log instead of having to go to My Profile to get them. Reply to dev: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times over the past few days, and it still doesn't work! My phone is up to date
I signed up for 3 months. The app wouldn't let me edit food items after inputting. Spoke with customer service. They can't fix it or compensate, they only gave me a 4th month free. Not helpful if the app isn't working properly anyway. I am not getting accurate points and this doesn't help my journey. I've used WW before. The program works, the app doesn't. The company clearly doesn't care about their app working.
There is way too much friction to find the data that is important to me and I can't customize the home page at all to make it easier for me to focus. Way too complex for weight loss.
cannot sign in on this app. if this business expects customers to only access its services by an app then that app has to work. "please bear with us" errors since I downloaded 2 days ago without any other explanation or improvement.

Why can't I delete custom food items or recipes that I no longer eat? And I still experience incorrect point values when using the scanner! What good is this app if you can't even address these minor issues? Yet you keep asking members to rate it! PLEASE GET THIS THING TOGETHER! 😠
When I started using the APP in September 2025 it was easy to add my meals. The AI photo function worked well and was usually accurate. Almost everything that I eat is made from fresh whole foods and I could easily find foods using the manual search function. After WW redesigned the APP, it is harder to use, the accuracy of the AI photo function is deminished, and it is extremely hard to find fresh whole foods using the manual search function.
Need to use the app to be able to follow the programme, but it's not intuitive and it's impossible to share a recipe with another user. Two of us are following the programme and we have to type everything in twice on each phone.
I don't usually complain about apps, but WW used to be really good and is now fully enshittified. You have to click around multiple places to do one thing. Trying to change from breakfast to lunch? It freezes. So then you have to click all the way through to meals. Only eat half your toast? Editing will simply add more. Accidentally track breakfast to the dinner section? It's easier to delete and start over than to edit. It's basically 90s functionality with an overdesigend 2020s interface.
It took me about 20 minutes to find the restaurant menus. When I finally did, I was happy to find that the restaurant I was looking for was in the list. I tried to track an item; the app froze. I went out and came back in. Tried again; same thing over and over. Tried a different restaurant; same thing. Checked for updates to the app; I was already current. Restarted my phone; didn't help. The app has become so frustrating.
