Unusable - false security flag... App refuses to work because I have apps installed outside the Play Store. My device is not rooted. Wise is blocking me because I choose to install apps outside the Google Play Store. Out of 3 banking apps AND google wallet on my device, Wise is the only one with this problem. I have to resort to using wise via firefox on the same phone which is as secure only worse experience

does not have clarity when they will lift the block of lock in rates when they impose a "punishment" for noob user accidental breaking the lock in rates requirements despite emailing to seek clarification.
Transfer took almost 7 days, like we are back in the 70's. No need for that. It used to be same or next day. Not sure what Wise has done.
Sent money, it never showed up. Went through months of them "Looking" for it. Their banking partner will not respond. I'm just out the money. Maybe you'll be out yours too. They required the bank statements from the receiver's account proving it didn't get deposited. We provided that. I doubt they think I'm a lier. I think they just don't take responsibility for the money or the member partners they have selected.

There's a huge bug in the Statements: they don't list the interests movements, so if you gain 100€ in interests and then you bring your balance to 0, in the statements it'll show a balance of negative 100€
Wise is great for small money but if you want to send 2pk or more they kite the money a week!🤥
Transfer from my Wize card to my. banking institution through a ACH deposit. Received on the day sent on the 11th at 4:15 pm. But your internal document to release on the 16th or sooner when it was sent on the 11th after you posted, depending on your institution, it may take two day's to post to your account

the UI is always having bugs, i have to prompt an action multiple times to get what i want. your platform has gotten worse
