ETA: There's no option for a resident of Nevada to be added to the waitlist because USA isn't an option in the country list. Fabulous

Went to their support and showed them proof we did what was told and the support said everything was good, its their system's problem. We will only get the money back after several days, while the deadline is near. Don't use Wise

Support doesn't work. How could I violate your T&C if I haven't used the app since months? It's so ridiculous.

There is no way to speak with a human to resolve problems/delays with a transfer. I have been waiting for 16 days for a transfer to process with no ability to communicate with anyone from Wise. No email, chat or phone. Unacceptable.

I've been using this app for years and now all of a sudden its taking money from and an account I did not designate and its not sending money in the time its supposed to. I can't recommend this app anymore.

Not useful for users of my country as all the features are limited. I mean what's the point of giving only the ability to send money while no option to recieve an amount in any currency or hold it 👎👎👎 Instead just simply make it unavailable
They lock your money without warning. If you're like me who's bills etc is not under your own name (due to family) you're not gonna be happy. I'm starving (hungry) bcuz they lock all my money. I gave them a lot of legal stuff. I'm not sure why they're asking for more. Maybe I should get the police..? I can't take care of myself anymore. I have explained to 3 separate human beings despite the 2nd was very rude. My friends thinks Wise is sketchy... used it for over many years already.
got 500 GBP from a friend and now wise is basically holding my money hostage, telling me to give documents which don't really exist lmao. don't recommend using this app if you value your sanity when it comes to using your money, they are slow with replying with your query, once they "escalate" the issue, you can wait quite a while (currently waiting for 7+ days without any update).
Are you dumb or just didn't bother to read? Let me simplify it for you. This took too long time to resolve, please ADD a Contact Customer Service button to the app! So if someone can't login then they can contact support directly from the app, and have the app send the information regarding the login attempt to your support center for review. Is it clear enough for you now? There is no option from the app, if you are not already logged in, otherwise I would not ask for it, would I!!!
Awful app! I made the account just so I can get the tax refund back from IRS. And magically I did noy receive themoney, because someone from the bank cancelled the payment and return the transfer back, and since IRS is not your average joe to whom you can tell them to send it again, now I cannot get my refund. They returned the money, because I did not accept the money in 2 days. IRS does not send a notification, for me to know when to expect the money, and nor did Wise spam me with emails.

Do not use this application, it closes your account without any reason and does not give you any chance for anything. I had a lot of faith in this application. If you also do not want any problem then do not use it. Always use real local banks
