very disappointed with the gamification ... all the ads and spin the wheel is absolute rubbish I wish I could get my money back...
I spend most time trying to play but beaten down with ads and other games frustrating attempts to play and not able to lose them.

Its ridiculous the amount of ads I'm expected to sit through to even play a SINGLE ROUND. I see others have complained and it obviously does not matter. The greed of people is disgusting
It is a shame when such great games are destroyed by greed. The amount of ads is disgusting. How can you destroy something so enjoyable with non-stop ads? It is just a joke. Uninstalling.

Lion Studios have ruined this game with the latest update (or should I say "cash grab"). The ability to buy boosters with accumulated coins has been removed... you now have to use real cash to buy them in bundles along with more coins (and those coins are now basically useless). Therefore, I've edited my review score to reflect this, down to one star.
horrific ads, not worth playing
So many ads you can't even play the game. I understand the need for ads but when it won't let you exit the add at any point is a, joke.
The amount of commercials have increased drastically over the last year. To add vinegar to the wound, the app has you watch a commercial to get a free key, and doesn't give you what it promised.

Another good game thoroughly spoilt with ads. They're relentless and long too. Play it in airplane mode, otherwise it's unplayable.

Greedy. There's ads before each game and after every guess. Don't waste your time. We don't buy the "it's necessary to keep our game running" nonsense. Spend the 10 euros or however much it is on a game that's less exploitative

It starts off fine and normal, but quickly increases the number of ads. You have the option to Watch An Ad to play an old level, or get forced into watching an ad to play ANY level :D absolute trash and greedy tactics, don't waste your time. Better alternatives exist!
I had a very bad experience. There is so much ads that i always get mad. The old wordle was soo much better. Please remove the ads.
WAY too many ads. clearly just trying to ad bash you into paying for upgrade. 2 to 3 ads just to play one game is ridiculous
the ads are so unnecessary after every single click. it's so frustrating bcz even if u click to go to the next level your forced to watch a good 20 second ad, it messes with the flow.

used to like this game, but popularity has officially ruined it. now everytime you log on, you have to get rid of 10 or more pop ups. used to be one menu, now it's got all these stupid tabs that it doesn't need. this is why I hate when phone game get popular or social media, they all get the "monopoly go" treatment, and you can't even play the game. absolutely ridiculous
This would be zero stars review if allowed, it serves up malware ads now falsely claiming your device is infected. If Wordle want to serve ads then take responsibility for your malware peddling, it's your name on the app!

I got an ad that tried to tell me I had a virus on my phone. Don't know what it would have done if I'd clicked it to "fix" the virus. Games should not run ads that are scams like that. Some people might fall for it. Looked scary.
I understand that a free app is going to have ads. But interrupting while in the middle of a play?!?! Uninstalling.
I rated wordle 1 star because it's just rage baiting because if you want to keep your streak and don't have enough coins then you have to buy 800 coins it's $2.99 like why don't you make 200 coins for $0.99 like nobody needs 800 coins and it's also rage baiting because if you are being smart and not wasting money on buying coins then you loss your streak and it's very annoying and you have to wait a whole day just to get the daily wordle and it takes to long so can you 3 per day so it helps

TRASH. I used to play this all the time so downloaded it. The first day had no ads, today though in 10 minutes there's been 6 ads. After every guess, win or anything. Immediate uninstall
