On iOS 26 on my iPad, Warp’s tunnel protocol MASQUE kills connection speed - down to10% of normal. Had to move Warp to WireGuard, which gives me speed of 50% of normal but OK. Same on my iPhone, but there Warp with WireGuard blocks connection to the MTA app so I can’t see when the bus is coming. So on iPhone I disabled Warp entirely and went back to DNSCloak.

I would like to request a refund for my subscription purchase of $4.99.
Today was my first day using the subscription after payment, but I encountered significant connectivity issues. Most applications are unable to connect to the internet properly. For example, the Apple App Store continuously shows a loading icon and does not display any content, making it impossible to download or update applications. In addition, many other apps are unable to load images or videos.
Due to these issues, I am unable to use the service as expected. Therefore, I would like to cancel the subscription and kindly request a refund.

Cant edit the key. I cant add a key I purchased through android to my iphone. This was a possibility before but the key in IOS is uneditable.

When we connect the VPN for PUBG MOBILE, they are not working on the same pitche when we change one to another, they may take a little I did tribute more time in big big issue for PUBG MOBILE pink is so high i’m very disappointed from this VPN

This VPN app became unstable on IOS 26.2, rendering known working cellular and Wi-Fi connections unusable. With the app and its flakey VPN removed, fast stable internet connectivity was restored.

Not sure what’s going on but I have used this for many years and this has suddenly not worked since ios26 and I have submitted bug reports but it is still unusable to this day. I thought for sure this would be fixed or patched by now. Leaving this review as a last resort as I have tried everything to get this to work.

Have observed extremely questionable things within the logs that it claims it doesn’t keep.

The app cause overheating and 2x battery consumption

When it works it works. But a lot of the time it causes silent connection issues that only resolve when I turn it off (including maps navigation).

I always like to provide this feedback whenever an app puts a notification in my tray but then when I click on the notification does nothing but open the app as if I have tapped on it from my home screen.
If you put a notification in my banner or lock screen, then when I tap on that notification I need to be brought to a page with some kind of UI or UX that draws my attention directly to whatever the notification was about.
Today I got a notification. Tapped on it. And it just opened the app as if I tapped on it from the home screen. It was annoying because I don't know what the notification was about or why it was initiated.

If Cloudflare doesn’t want to offer a free vpn, it shouldn’t. Everything is so slow that the phone is unusable on it, and on top of that, even though WiFi is on, it uses mobile data, and for some reason, 10x more than when it’s off. There was also a time when my battery died so much quicker when warp was enabled.
Given that Cloudflare has so much bandwidth, the service being “free” and it appearing to not have the privacy of other VPNs (though, paid), you would think they could get the other stuff right.
Considering I have apple iCloud private relay (though, I think it only works on Apple apps and in certain use cases- much like warp used to) you should provide a way to connect the subscription or something, especially since Cloudflare is one of 3 (to my knowledge) companies that do private relay, and probably contributed the most to its development. I know warp and relay are different, and I am very familiar with Cloudflare, so at a minimum, there should be very clear indicators on if I’m being capped and should pay, because right now it is very unclear, and I don’t feel like purchasing it over another vpn.

If you happen to find your Netflix throttled or whatever, then turn this on for the time you’re watching Netflix, but the app frequently hangs, and paying for Warp+ is a scam. I find my performance goes down significantly using this app at all, and shows no improvement when Warp+ is enabled (except for watching Netflix, but Warp+ doesn’t help that.)

Kills my battery. 14 pro max and when I have it on all day my battery I notice my battery is almost at 10% before I charge it. With it disabled, it’s around 30%.
Pretty unfortunate. This makes my internet more stable without a doubt.
