Cancel subscription
Cancelled my annual subscription three months in. Since it was an annual I was able to use the remaining months that I had paid for. I was just charged again for another annual subscription. When I go to the app it shows that I do not currently have a membership. There is a button that says cancel anytime however the hyperlink doesn’t work. Likely because i don’t have an active subscription. There is no way to contact anyone directly. I googled how to cancel. Found several landing pages that went nowhere. Eventually came across two separate emails tied to the company. I sent an email to both explaining the situation. I get back well we don’t see an active membership on our end. Check the app, check google play, check PayPal and lastly check your apple subscriptions. It was none of these mind you, needless to say no accountability so now I’m dealing with my bank. Just beware if you’re considering signing up there may be recurring charges that show up unauthorized.

Today out of the blue they charged me again. Even though I have not used the app in 365 days & I have a confirmation of it being canceled.
No help via customer serviced either. There is No customer phone number to call -just an email from a bot saying ‘our subscription is clear-you will be charged’.
I am SURE they can see that:

2)There has been NO activity on this app.
It is an utter theft of your money.

App is glitchy and very suspicious. Lots of trackers. I do not recommend
Horrible
I logged in with Apple, paid for a subscription, it logged me out and deleted all my progress. I tried to log in with my email on my iPad, and won’t let me. So I can’t use the app across multiple devices. Contacting Apple to get my money back.
Scam
Don’t fall for the ads. Workouts are basic and not doing to change your body. Customer service is awful. The whole things feels like a bad fitness/health AI platform.

. Cancelling subscriptions through the App Store does NOT stop billing. They bill yearly, silently, even after the subscription is canceled. Contact them directly and dispute the charge on your card.

If I could give negative reviews I would. I tried this app and it was very meh. Canceled my subscription and here we are a year later and they have tried to charge my card 5 plus times even after I have emailed them each time and told them to quit. They acknowledged my account is not active but yet they continue to try to charge me. DO NOT SIGN UP. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU LONG AFTER YOU CANCEL. BUYER BEWARE

Don’t expect help
Once they charge you. They don’t care to help. I politely asked for a pro rated refund as I had the renewal date wrong. And I admitted to that. I Havent used the app in months. And with the unrest in my home state of MN I lost track of regular life. They didn’t care. I asked for a refund for the rest of the year discounting the first month. No. Since 14 days had passed. So despite my multiple years of service. They could Care less, and provided zero customer service or care. What kind of personal care are they providing? They just want our money.
Attempted payment again and again
I have been in touch with customer service over the $119 charge renewal - it has been tried on my card 4 different times. In two different email chains they have PROMISED my account was deleted and it wouldn’t happen again and I just got another attempted charge here. FIX THIS!!!

I’ve canceled this app for years now and it continues to charge me yearly. Of course I don’t find out until it’s done. I’ve went in and canceled subscription through my phone, through the app and online and I’m still getting charged 3 years later.
Non practical and terrible customer
Did not like the content, it is not progressive at all, don’t offer a good plan. After requesting cancellation within trial period, I did not get my refund back even tho it was filed timely. Don’t get this app
Deceptive and incompetent subscription service
Asana Rebel must be going out of business because they sent me an email saying my annual renewal was $35.99 , charged me $72 and have me in an infinite loop where they ask me over and over the charge amount which I have sent at least 5 times and they just keep asking. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE unless you want to subject to an infinite incompetent customer service loop to get a refund of their deceptive charges
App did not keep my interest, but the company kept my money
I signed up for this a year ago and did not find it compelling so I never used it. I then missed the cancellation date by less than 24 hours but they charged me for another full year and dismissed my request for leniency. I realize I should have cancelled earlier, but most companies are more forgiving. Do not waste your money.

Purchased a year ago, had shoulder injury as well as surgery. Canceled subscription yet was charged 119.99. When I reached out they said my subscription was never canceled. If you intend on subscribing, you better hope you spend a lot of time in the app because if you forget it will renew you with no notice outside the app and they refuse to refund you, even minutes after the charge hits.

Automatically charges even after cancellation
Don’t get this app under a free trial period. They have automatically charged my credit card two years in a row after I canceled it in the first month of the trial.
Trying to cancel for years
Every January I’m charged even though I’ve “successfully” cancelled this subscription. This is a joke! I want my money back!
Borderline fraud
I tried it out and paid a full year. It auto renewed without a notification and the same day I asked for cancellation and refund. They said that it cannot be processed as per their terms.

Charged without notice, refund refused
I was charged for an annual renewal, a substantial amount, without notice. I hadn’t actively used the app in at least six months, and contacted customer support within moments of being alerted of the charge. Despite the immediate response and explanation of our family’s circumstances, my refund request was flatly denied.
For a company that markets mindfulness and personal growth, this rigid and profit-driven response shows little concern for users.
Buyer beware, they won’t notify you before a charge, and they won’t help you when that unexpected charge comes through.

Unauthorized charges
I downloaded this app to see its features but never used it not authorized payment. It’s not even showing in my subscriptions. Today I was charged $119.99, not once but twice. How is this possible? This is not acceptable. Please refund 2x $119.99 immediately.
Don’t fall for it!
The app is buggy and workouts are boring- not yoga at all. The videos don’t track completion properly, so when you’re doing a series it won’t allow you to move forward. Don’t fall for the intro price, it’s $119, which is ludicrous

I joined a year ago, bought a year subscription, used it a few times and deleted the app. I knew I paid for a year, I knew I was out the money. I was 100% sure I did not sign up for auto renewal. Well…they just charged my card for another year. I reached out the day the withdrawal hit my account. They said they wouldn’t do anything about it because they sent me an email letting me know it would be renewing.
If a company has to give you a million reasons why they are in the right for not refunding your money, I don’t want any part of that company. They offered to give me 6 months free. get out while you can. I haven't been charged crazy the way other people have but i could see that happening. This entire thing is AI... it's so creepy. I just did my first yoga lesson and it's completely AI...dystopian. horrifying. And they have AI responses to these reviews and I wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing was just invented by a robot. Really scary. canceling now..if they let me.
They refuse to let you cancel a subscription
Yoga is fine, but they make it really hard to cancel a subscription and do not alert you to the fact that they’re going to charge you. When you reach out to them, they ignore you. It’s unacceptable for subscription services like this to behave this way. Sketchy company with sketchy policies, steer clear.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year now. I thought I accomplished it and deleted the app from my phone, but I have just been charged again. I can’t get anyone to actually help me and will be going to the BBB about this situation. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Nothing like the advertisement
Only for young, overly fit individuals who like rigorous movements. I do not see any of the exercises that are advertised. I feel scammed and there is no refund unfortunately.

No autorenewal warning
WARNING: This app has no autorenewal warning and they aren’t willing to refund your money upon renewal, so set your calendar reminder. Very disappointing, considering I haven’t opened the app in a year and am out $70 for another year that I won’t use this program.
They Are Difficult
Not only are the workouts/yoga flows and meditations subpar, they also give Super Bad customer service. There is nothing worse than a company who doesn’t value its customers. Maybe you can get away with it now-a-days, screwing people over under the radar - but honestly, investing in people or companies like this only lands you in the same place. And the money is not worth it for what they are offering. Such a disappointment and waste of my time and energy.

This app has continued to charge me for YEARS after I cancelled my subscription. It managed to charge me on a credit card for an account that should be closed and I now have Kate fees and a bill 5 years later! Do not sign up!

Predatory billing practices. Will suddenly increase price and auto-bill you for renewals without notifying you a renewal is coming up. Refuse to refund. The yoga poses are boring and basic, did not result in the improvements they promised.

Auto Subscription Scam
I paid for a 1 year subscription. Used the app less than 5 times over the course of a year. Without warning or any communication, they renewed my subscription for $79 and are now refusing to give me a refund. No customer service whatsoever. Easy way to lose people’s trust. Terrible experience.

I tried this app and it just wasn’t for me which is fine. I was OK with their initial charge because it was on me to use it but I did cancel my subscription, specifically to avoid being charged again and again. I keep very up-to-date on my Apple account and cancel from there. This is now the second year in a row that they have charged me without telling in advance, without it showing up on my Apple subscription page, and with no way to have avoided the charge because I already canceled it! This is terrible practice and a complete breach of contract. I see so many people saying the same thing over and over again in the reviews. They keep apologizing for it, but not doing anything about it clearly. Don’t even get involved from the start that would be my advice.
UPDATE: I had my bank cancel the charge and they emailed me multiple times to alert me that my subscription needed a new card. This was after never having emailed me to let me know they were gonna charge me. I finally responded and said I don’t want to have an account anymore and then somebody immediately emailed me back and confirmed to cancellation.

Be Careful with Subscription!!
This company will charge you for a subscription whether you have terminated via the app store or not. Be extremely cautious with providing credit card information - they will not refund and the cancellation policy in no way considers the consumer. Suggest caution!

This is a company that will literally steal money from you! I canceled my subscription last year and then noticed they charged me again this year. This app is hard to navigate and impossible to cancel if it doesn’t work for you. At this time I can’t beget into my account to cancel but I can reset my password. It doesn’t recognize my email as a real email to log in. But does to reset my password.

Found no value in the app, and didn’t use after initial purchase; they apparently auto renewed without any notification a year later, and when I saw the credit card charge and requested a refund, they declined because I didn’t do it in the appropriate time. But was never notified of a renewal.

First I hurt myself using this app, it is horrible for beginners or even intermediate. There was NO NOTICE sent to remind me to renew, even though purchase wasn’t through App Store, so I had no idea how to cancel, when it was set to renew or anything until it auto renewed! Their customer service was non-existent, just “we’re doing everything” which was NOTHING! There are so many good apps out there, and this is NOT ONE OF THEM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
