Terrible app
Honestly this app is beyond terrible. I get tons of matches on hinge, tinder and facebook dating (2+ a day). Yet on this “app” there’s nothing let alone anybody even to match with. Talking with people from other apps saying they’ve never once seen me on here yet put specific filters to try and still can’t. It’s obvious they shadowban and remove people from the list to just keep them paying while getting nothing in return. You’re better off finding bar flies and taking them home than using this horrible excuse of an app.
Freezes Constantly
The worst app ever now. You can’t get through writing one message without it freezing and having to shut it down. People must still be writing the code for it. Just. Awful.

If you don’t respond to every female they report you and you get whatever bumble calls it for a week or so, the editor says they don’t shadow ban, so whatever bumble chooses to call it is what they do. Far too expensive for games bumble.
Predatory algorithm
Bumble used to be way better than all the match group apps. Something changed recently, you’ve clearly done something to the algorithm to force people to pay.
I’d rather have ads on all of these apps than pay the insane prices you guys put up to have an account that gets any visibility.

So many bugs and fake profiles
This site freezes up constantly on the app. And continues to charge more money every time you want to do anything it’s absolutely ridiculous they can’t even fix the bugs but continue to charge more and more money just to message people. The back button never works. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Horrible app!!!!
Got Banned Unfairly
I got banned for “the promotion of controlled goods and substances”. The reality is I mentioned that I’m a stoner, in a place that’s legal. Not only has it been in my account for a while, there are many other accounts that mention they’re stoners. My appeal wasn’t accepted but who knows if anyone even actually read it.

Overall, disappointing. This app makes its intentions feel very clear: the experience is casual like Tinder rather than focused on building meaningful relationships. Matching is based on present location, which makes it feel more like Tinder than a platform designed for people seeking long term connection. People can use travel mode to be casual as well, hide their location and waste my time when they don’t even live here. For a brand that positions itself around helping people find love, the experience does not reflect that promise. App also froze multiple times when I tried to send simple messages. My match said the same for him.

Poor customer service
I ran out of time with a match so decided to purchase the boost for 1 week so that I could rematch with them. They have it on my account as a recurring subscription that I didn’t want as I chose the just “1 week” option. When I messaged the customer service agent for help with this all I got was an AI bot telling me “sorry it’s non refundable.” I think that it’s very predatory and sneaky behavior to hide a subscription in and not give the person a chance to cancel it.

I tried messaging multiple people different times a day. I even tried making my profile more visible. I even put recent pictures on my cell phone there making sure my face was fully visible. I even message people trying to relate to them and ask questions about what they liked but nothing I seem to do works. it makes me just wanna bang my head against the wall.

Miss a potential match? Too bad that’ll be 20$ to undo a left swipe. Wanna see who likes you as to not waste your time? Give us another 20$ to be able to see that information for only a week. This app takes advantage of lonely people to a disgusting degree and is the worst of all the dating apps as far as monetizing connection. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Bumble doesn’t care about their own Ts&Cs
Ts&Cs clearly stated there’s 3-day grace period for subscribers living in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Wisconsin. But their customer support takes forever to respond and refused to provide the refund. The app is not worth any investment.
Worse than it used to be
As someone who genuinely can’t afford to waste my money on dating apps, this was a terrible experience, 4-5 years ago when I first started using the app (that’s how well it’s worked to begin with, plus i’m not attractive?) I would get a handful of matches a week and have all of them go nowhere. Now after redownloading for a week I received 0 matches. I have more luck talking to real women in real life. Don’t waste your time here unless you’re a woman, beautiful, or well off because this is designed to hijack your ego and keep you swiping. Dating apps have ruined dating and we need to revert to actually talking to people. Sure it’s worked for some people, but genuine human connection has worked since homo sapiens came to be! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

It’s great. Spend all your time reporting AI profiles. Profile images with AI watermarks. Nonsense bio text. Good news is, AI slop may make people go back to real world socializing, so yeah, it’s great.

This app nickel and dimes you for features that are free on other dating platforms yet even basic functions need repair. Pictures take minutes to load. Sometimes when you make a match and have to answer the opening move the reply field won’t appear. Someone actually unmatched me because I didn’t answer her question quick enough all because that field would not populate for me.

Matched with someone who was “photo verified” and they attempted to extort me for money. Can’t recommend this app, too many scammers and I can’t trust any profile is real on here. Never using again I suggest anyone else to stay away!

I created a “free” Bumble account and was subsequently shown that there were four people who “liked” me. Interested in finding out who they were (you can’t see them without having a paid subscription), I subscribed and paid. When I returned to the app to see them they were gone. I think Bumble lured me into a paid subscription.

From instant validation to attention without accountability, this app is by far the wildest, wild-west experience of neopolar sociology. You can meet people, but goooooood luck holding them accountable to their behavior.
Most useless app
I’ve never had a single date materialize from this app as a man, even with premium+. I get no matches unless it’s a bot despite profile optimization and being good looking.
Would recommend never downloading this app and never paying for it. Waste of money and time.

Stealing from me
Impossible to cancel subscription, they are stealing from people. Do not subscribe, do not authorize payments to them, they will never respond to your request to cancel! I am having to dispute their charges with my bank as we speak.

Will Apple please take Bumble down this is a total scam and it is not an app that Apple should care to have under its corporation I have used the app and monitored the app it has a Bot operating it as well as the profile that are not actual real people they are actually controlling this app they will also not refund your money when you pay through the App!! They will respond to you with the same messages over and over they may switch the message up as to make it appear as to make you think it is not a Bot but it is and at the end they tell you someone will be in touch with you in 24 to 48 hours and no one ever does and then they rudely end the chat please take this down Apple!!!! Have you Guys also watch how most of the men on the dating apps will say they are from some other country haven’t been on the App long and they are not on the App very much the people that work there are definitely controlling these apps if you pay close attention to the wording of what they say when they write back they are writing you back with the say exact wording but just switching it up pay close attention there will be some words in there that they say that let you know that it’s one of the customer support people that are controlling these dating apps their not actually dating individuals that are hitting you back up and at some point you can ask certain questions they will completely stop communicating with you people please start to pay attention they are taking your money I know we want actual date myself included but they are scamming us to a degree one or two may get by but for the most part they are taking your money!!!!! And since you’re paying for it, you can see who likes you guess what it’s a bunch of trash and usually somebody out of state… why is my profile being shown to somebody over 200 miles away and that’s really the best you can do for a match.
Oh, and if you put a spotlight on your profile (you get a “free” one when you pay for a week) you’re 10 times more likely to be seen….. guess what 10×0 is? It’s still zero.

Then it gaslights by saying “you have likes but don’t see them because your filters are too specific” which is just a lie. They literally hide whoever liked you in your feed even if your filters are all the way open as a mind game to get you to buy premium out of desperation. For my fellas, since we have to play, at least review bomb this abusive business practice done by match group and bumble.

Likes Behind Pay Wall
Great features but the main reason we are here is to see who we match with and that is behind a pay wall. That is GROSS!!! I have to sift through a bunch of people instead of seeing who likes me because I do not want to pay?!? That is predatory at best. Do better.

Banned for no reason
I’ve been banned from the app and have repeatedly tried to contact support, but all I’ve received are automated responses stating that I violated a policy without explaining what I supposedly did wrong. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the specific reason for the ban so I can better understand the situation and address any issues appropriately.
App won’t let me make account :/
Encountered multiple errors when trying to make an account. Either verification code sent to my phone number wasn’t accepted, it made me input multiple new codes, and now just says “Please check phone number” when I know I’m putting it in correctly. Contacted the support and it says it takes up to 7 days to receive a response. Just trying to make an account lol.
Premium still does not show all your likes.
Before you upgrade to premium you see a total like count you received. They say when you upgrade to premium you can see all profiles who liked you. But not so fast. You only see who liked you in the current location you are in.

Overpriced and terrible inventory even in big cities!
Bumble has gone downhill, a feat that was barely possible given it wasn’t great to begin with. I live in a big city and the pickings are slim. The algorithm must hide every man who doesn’t look like he crawled out from under a rock. The app also does not protect women bc it doesn’t allow us to report fake profiles (lots of fakes) and apparently refuses to use AI to detect and remove them which could very easily be done. Also, I got stalked by a user I didn’t even match with. So much for women’s safety. Bumble has turned into a total scam.
