App was working just fine until it updated. Now it’s locked up. Restarted too many times to count. Annoying. Help center not helpful for technical issues.

I usually play this game for fun once in a while, especially if I’m in a place where I can’t get any signal, but I like playing other games on my phone as well and I get that. It’s like the American thing to do with advertisements and everything when I get way too many advertisements for this game on other platforms and then when the advertisement is finished when I try to press the little close button, instead of actually closing the advertisement and forces my phone to open Candy crush every single time which I believe it is a huge breach of trust that advertisement can’t even control opening any type of app on my phone so the developers of this are extremely greedy and I hope someone holds him accountable

Supercharge
I was supposed to get super charge after winning four games in a row. I even used my gold to keep winning four games. And this game has an issue with not being able to continue to next level since it stops sometimes. So I restarted the game and my supercharge is gone. I am like what the… I love this game but now I am super disappointed.

May I also add to my previous review which has mysteriously disappeared that I love it when you have 150 “orders” to clear or jellies to burst and you get like 12 tries.
What is the point in playing the same level 150 times until the algorithm lets you finally win? Theres no skill in this. Stop the madness.

Crashes every single day
Every time I get a streak or anything the game crashes and I get stuck on a level for DAYS. I literally have bought coins just to pass and the second I do, it crashes right when I’m about to win and I wasted money.
Ads galore, and impossible to have fun.
Since changes to the game a few months ago, levels are so difficult it’s absolutely necessary to use your gold in order to pass them. Then when you win an episode, the reward isn’t enough to help you. I once had over 2200 gold. Now I have 3! Congratulations for ruining what was a decent game. Absolutely a waste of time now!
Don’t play this.

Annoyingly manipulative
I just want to play until I’m tired of playing. I don’t want have to wait a day before I can play again without paying for the privilege. This game has given enough aggravation for a lifetime; I’m sick of it . And get your ads the hell off my Bejeweled Zen.
Fraudulent charges
If you buy any of the bundles make sure you’re watching what you’re being charged. They were adding on additional charges (more than what I should have been charged, some times twice as much) and there were days there were charges when I wasn’t even in the app. I ended up deleting it because it got so bad.
Game cheating
Candy crush will not freeze if you’re stuck on a level for weeks. The minute you get into a winning streak and have super charger, or any other booster the game freezes. When it freeze you lose your streak, lose your charger and or time with booster. This game was great but if you start to win it freezes. Brand new phone. Tones of memory. They do this so you can buy gold bars.
Forced updates.
Forcing users to update is bull. Microsoft will ruin the game more than they already have forcing users to update to versions some devices can’t operate. King should be ashamed for selling out and sllowing Microsoft to dictate forced updates screwing long term users.

I hate it when you’re in a middle of the game and it freezes and you end up losing your powers and having to do it all over again

Not everyone has the new 15.0 version I phone. I don’t and it doesn’t take me to a version I can download. So goodbye candy crush!!!

I hate hate hate hate this new update that they forced me to update you. The graphics are really freaking ugly. All the previous ways I could play the game. Freezing
I’m on level 13827 which means I’m an avid player and still dealing with the same problem. The game keeps freezing right in the middle of me playing. I lose gold bars if used, I lose the color bomb and I lose candy royale!!! Even after the updates it continues to freeze while playing 😤overly irritated

Slow and crashes
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with the most current iOS, and this game is annoying. It crashes relatively frequently. But, one of the most annoying things about this game are the animations which are ubiquitous, long, repetitive and can’t be sped up. This is particularly irritating when you have a timer on gifts (space ship or part horn). It feels like fully half of that prize time is lost on animation load and play times. They should make it so a player can skip or speed through them. It’s honestly very irritating to a Type A person like myself.
Glitch
My game keeps glitching. It’s stops mid game. Wont continue. When I go back I have to start over. I love playing the game but it’s very hard to enjoy.

I just got done using every single free life and the game froze every single time. This is not new. It happens a lot. I am on a iPhone. That is completely updated and have complete access to Wi-Fi and the Candy crush app is updated as well, and yet the game continues to crash. It is so frustrating. Sometimes they give a reward that I don’t want. Instead, I wish they would just offer to let me replay the game, since it is obvious, they know it could not be completed. This happens over and over and over. Please fix! Please help! I enjoy the game and my level is 3303, so it is not like I don’t know how to play the game, it is just that I never get the chance to do so. :(

Most rigged game for failure I’ve ever played. Game is super fun sometimes. But some of the levels are just impossibly without purchasing gold or other boosters to win. Advancing past some levels is impossible without spending money. An absolute joke.
Constantly crashes
This game has always been fun and borderline addictive. But it’s now so obnoxiously buggy, it crashes at least once every few boards - always as you get a bunch of specialty items or try to use them. Then it never credits you for anything loss. Becoming a real scam game to milk you for money.

I haven’t played in a while, and went to download the game again only to find out that they changed everything. The non-stop hints on every move is really annoying. Such a shame, as it used to be a great app.
