RIDICULOUS GLITCH
This app says it’s connected to my Facebook account, but when I hit play, it reverts me to level 1. It happened 6 times in a row in the matter of a couple minutes. It’s been happening for days now. I don’t know how else to get it to connect with my saved game. Unbelievable.

I hate the new update where you have to spin the wheel at the end of the game to get extra moves. The spin wheels give you the lowest moves possible! Bring back the way it was before and stop trying to get money out of people. I’m going to stop playing if it’s not changed back

Has totally become a pay to play. Don’t waste your time. Five years ago I could play without having to buy to pass. Sad.
Fun BUT…
I absolutely LOVE this game BUT the amount times this game freezes on me, lost my lives, my perks, the level I was about to pass smh. I’m starting to lose my patience for this time me quit playing.
Pay to win
It’s literally pay to win. You have to pay to get past some levels. I could not get past level 205 no matter how many hearts I used up. Paid for some gold and it only took 1 more move to win…. You can’t tell me that’s not rigged I don’t care how hard the level is supposed to be.
Game locking up
Why does the game keep locking up. It is very frustrating to play this anymore happens several times a day now.
All my levels lost!
I was at level 478 until I was asked to log in with the slogan that your game will be saved at any level any device, but right after creating an account, all my levels were lost and I was back at level 1 !!! If this problem not solved, I would rather delete the game completely and play another game.

I’m on level 3200 and it’s literally impossible to pass hard levels without paying for something with real money or using your gold to get the perks I live a challenge but it’s to a point where it’s not even fun to play I stopped playing for like 4 years because of this and just recently downloaded it and nothing has changed

Many ads have a bug that causes the ad not to close. Losing a long streak or a challenge due to this, makes me not want to play until a new version is released
RIGGED
The higher in levels you climb, the more BLATANTLY obvious how rigged the game becomes. The game prevents you from passing levels to get you to spend money. The only way around getting past certain levels is to take a hiatus from the game so they throw boosters at you when you come back to entice you to stay. Don’t fall for it

I have no clue why this game freezes every time I try to play. I’ve missed out on so many opportunities to earn gold bars because it freezes and I have to re start. Absolutely ridiculous.

How dare you stop the building up of lives when I can’t win a level. That was an awesome part of playing this game since some are so hard I need that. I’m sure you’ll lose a lot of players because of this.

I used to love Candy Crush but the recent updates have made it nearly impossible to just play the game. Every time you open the app or finish a level you’re assaulted with never ending pop-ups on challenges, trading cards, offers, gifts, etc. It takes so long and dozens of clicks to get back to the game. Don’t update if you haven’t already!!!

Game has been ruined!!
This game used to be my go to for relaxing before bed. Within the last 30 days or so, they have completely changed , and ruined, the game. Even the lowest levels require you to use your gold bars to break out of the jail they put you in. It’s either a true “game” or it isn’t. Now, this definitely isn’t. There is no chance left to it. Every level has an pre-prescribed course of action designed to make you buy gold . If I am going to buy gold, I will buy real gold, for myself, and not for this stupid game. It’s trash.

People who used to play the game before would talk about watching ads to get more lives or getting boosters to get through hard levels. I haven’t had any ads come up for anything, normally they would bother me but frankly I’d rather watch ads for more attempts at a level vs “buy boosters for $3.99” “buy extra lives for $4.99” and they would make Nightmare or Super Hard levels as a hard stop to get you to spend money. Unfortunately pay to win.

I’m trying to go to the next level and I spend 3 minutes with 50+ useless in game popups that no one cares about. For god sakes, stop with this. The most annoying app I have downloaded rn. At LEAST give a skip button. I bet 99% of ppl dgaf abt it either. Just stop.

I love this game, but I hate having to click 20 times to get though the side quests and add. You should be any to at least turn off the side quests!!!!

I just won the week race with over 51,000 points (my closest competitor had 15,000 points) and all I received were 3 color bombs?!!! That was the prize!!! Nothing else!!! What a joke!!! I am done with this game. I brought so many people to this long race who pursued me non-stop and all I won were 3 color bombs. Pathetic.

I am having trouble with the app constantly freezing. It screws me out of beating levels, keeping streaks, and winning challenges. Can you please address this issue??
Over it
What once was a fun way to pass my downtime has now become a source of frustration and anger. My game crashes so often now resulting in losing levels I was nearly about to pass, losing power ups and overall taking away from the point of the game…to relax. Please fix the bug and crash issue it’s gotten so out of hand. If I play for 30 minutes I can say it’ll crash at least 3x-4x within that span. I rarely get those sorry for crashing gifts just nothing. Also I bought a power up one time and ever since all option for ads to continue to play or power up which in turn makes the game easier has completely disappeared almost like a slap in the face. Thanks for nothing candy crush.
