This app sucks
CapCut is honestly terrible. It deleted my projects and wasted hours of my time, and the app takes up an absurd amount of storage with unnecessary files. Losing all that work because of an unreliable app is ridiculous. I expected a lot better, but instead I got a frustrating experience and a huge waste of space on my device.

App just all around moves slow i have a iphone 14 and it makes my phone move really slow and get hot fast also when im customizing something it presses buttons that im not even using or trying to use then i can press on a word i put on a picture and it clicks on the other word i put i hateeeeee capcut it needs to be a better app

This app is garbage. Does not work. It keeps telling me all the time no network after a task. I’m in my house with the best possible Wi-Fi. Everything cost more money.

What did you do to remove background. Was quick. Now takes forever. I haven’t even finished one yet. I don’t understand how this gets five stars. At least for me the online and phone versions don’t assimilate. I upload my project to my space but it doesn’t appear on my other device. The price is high. At this point I won’t renew subscription and will be trying a different service.

I’m shocked
I used to use CapCut very often, but now I've stopped because literally everything has become paid. App developers, you better fix this because many people will simply stop using your app because of this, especially since this is considered public deception since the app description says it's a free editing app.

I am so annoyed with this app. I worked for hours editing a video and accidentally put in one pro feature. It took me 45 minutes to find said feature in order to export the video. Can’t it just tell us what features we can’t use?
To pay to win
I was trying to to make a nice video for my dad but required credits that were impossible to buy because they never went through and you need credits to make everything so if you’re just trying to have fun get, I don’t recommend this unless you wanna spend money

Why I can’t access to it? Because I tried using “British Male” voice and says “Too many people using this feature, try again later.” And also, it keeps popping up, thinking you will force me to use different voice. What a shame! Deleting and redownloading it again hurts.
Report system is useless
To start off I reported a account twice because they are using a picture of my face as their profile picture and used my same user name and the person in that profile is not me and I do not give them permission and they’re saying things on the app that are inappropriate and I would never say and I don’t want that on the app and then somebody thinks it’s me
What the actual HELL. NOT FOR KIDS.
This is messed up. Listen it’s a good editing app, but there are many downfalls. Disgusting ones. I was just scrolling to find an edit overlay, and I come across this one video,a nd it said a cool edit was behind a sticker and it could be free to use without credits. And I see stuff like this and usually skip it, but I was like “yknow, let’s see what it actually is.” And it was pornography. It was literally a video of straight up sex. Nothing was covered. You could see everything. Thats all that account was posting. Porn and sex. And when I go to press the report button? But it won’t let me. Now a lot of people in the comments say that they reported it, but the account isnt banned. And it keeps posting like usual. Just sex and porn. Sorry if this is triggering to anyone but this needs to be addressed. And here’s the really messed up thing. When a person posts something about furrys or being in the lgbtq+ and someone reports it, that account gets banned over on report. But the other one has been reported countless times and it still is up. This is freaking messsed up. I hate this. This needs to be fixed. Fix this, crapcut. It’s not cool. And then boom, it’s was my whole for you page. Why? Because the algorithm is messed up. There needs to be out in a filter, like an ai to ban anyone from uploading those videos. I would not recommend no anyone under the age of 18.
Text to speech
There is a good handful of people that quite literally cannot access the text to speech feature! This just shows how much the company does and really cares about its users. No paying attention whatsoever. The text to speech feature has been gone for MONTHS, and so many people have made comments online complaining about it! CapCut is my go to editing app but I cannot do my edits if I don’t have access to the tts feature. I want to use an app that can fix problems efficiently and can actually program their app for the whole community to use every single feature. CapCut was obviously programmed by some dummies.

Unsafe for children
I would give this no stars if I could. This app is rated 13+ but my 12 year old was able to find and watch porn videos. I have blocked so much and I had no idea this app was something to be concerned about. This app needs to be rated adult. Horrible. and just to add he did not have an account it was all done without signing in.

Do not buy this app. These people are shady check trust pilot out. There are hundreds of not thousands complaints against CapCut. Customer service is almost nonexistent. We are following a complaint now with our credit card for a complete refund and I would advise you to do the same.

Just Another VERY Personal Data Vampire
Just like what happened w Apple’s iMovie app, after ONE use this ultra shady app demands access to ALL your photos and videos-NOT just the ones you want to edit. ALL. As these are the most personal information most of us have on our devices, and there is NO reason other than literally spying on, copying processing and reselling all ALL OF YOUR PICS AND VIDEOS, by any reasonable measure it’s a step WAY too far. It’s gross, a violation. It’s the same vibe as having someone break into your house or car and going through all your things. It’s gross. Deleted. And disgusted.

It needs to be fixed asap. This stupid app does not deserve its 4+ stars based on how annoying it is. Oh you want a voiceover that has a good voice? Locked behind premium. Oh, a good font, good anything? LOCKED BEHIND PREMIUM. Guess what? Want to even have a longer script and have it be voiced over? Yeah no, it’ll send “too many people are using this feature, try again later.” Does this app know how to open Ben treat it’s users correctly? And to top it all off, this app is hella slow when you have a few extra layers over 3. Working like an old granny. No more chroma key?
I’m an editor who primarily uses capcut and i have for almost 3 years. however today when i was attempting to remove the green screen on an overlay i found that my chroma key (and other features) just disappeared. this is extremely frustrating as getting rid of a photos background feels like a very basic editing app ability and now it’s just gone. this new ‘update’ has brought nothing but bugs and missing content and i truly hope this can be resolved quickly. capcut is already a greedy app and despite the fact that i pay for a pro subscription, my app still lags and rids itself of important features. please fix this

STOP REMOVING TOOLS
This app used to be great right up until tools, that I rely on to create TikTok’s, began disappearing off of the mobile app. Things like the text to talk and the BG removal tool have been removed making it incredibly difficult to complete my projects. They need to find their way back to the mobile app now. I would think I wouldn’t lose these things with amount of money I pay for a subscription every month.
pro still sucks
I don’t understand how I’m paying for pro but multiple features don’t work and I can’t even save my videos. My phone is new, and my iOS is updated. Someone fix this issue
This app used to be good.
See CapCut a few years back was a amazing app. It was nice it was a very good free app and i built my YouTube channel on it. But it all started when they made pro. Now you can’t do anything beyond basic without pro. This used to be a amazing app for everyone who doesn’t have money but now it’s expensive and wasteful. If your rich this might be good for you but if not stay away. They get praised but most praise has been from few years back and now that they might get banned I hope they do or at least fix there app and don’t get banned. Because they went from good to money hungry and I won’t stand for it.

CapCut is as greedy as Mr crabs
First off 90% of the things are behind a paywall. Back then CapCut was a friendly app for new editors and even veteran editors. But now they ask you to pay for the most simplest things. I get that some of the things need to be paid for but all the ai shi isn’t necessary I mean it’s AI!
