Can’t find imported music from device
this new update is buggy, I try to import a sound and it tells me it already exists but I can’t find it, this wasn’t a problem before i updated my app everything looks so much more complicated with the UI

This is a very greedy app first it wants you to pay 90$!!! To have full access to all the stuff and then it doesn’t allow you to screen record when you are not even allowed to download a template that the app I bet you didn’t even make I def do not recommend especially for 90$!! When half of the editing tools suck

There’s kids on this app make it a bit more secure if you know what I mean.

I was scrolling on capcut and I'm 11. THE THINGS ON THIS GAME ARE SO INAPPROPRIATE. My mom and dad litterly deleted it and I'm glad they did. If you are a kid or even a teenager, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS

I like the functionality of the app, but when I subscribed I was offered a 60% off coupon. It looked like the coupon was applied, but I was charged for the full price Pro Plan. Now it’s difficult to get resolved. Better transparency is needed on the billing side with promotions.

Genuinely have to pay to be able to edit anything halfway decent, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Can’t even go in the DAMN PHOTO EDITOR and use a simple feature I used for years like quick brush without being expect to pay 120 DOLLARS A MONTH. Not worth paying for credits
The AI tool is a scam. Uses half of your monthly credit to really botch up a video. Couldn’t actually remove the wind while keeping other sounds as requested. Offered generic music which covers all sound. Changed everyone’s hair color: swapped them to other heads. Not sure how minimizing shadows translates to switch everyone’s hair color. Won’t give a refund for trying out their product which poor quality.
CapCut is the Worst!
Do not waste your time on this app! They will steal your credits and claim again and again there is a reset and your project is gone, but if you use all your remaining credits, they’ll over you a low quality video that doesn’t match any of your parameters. Frustrating customer service and bots that don’t have a clue what’s going on!

Sound breaks every 6 seconds the photos don’t show in overlays so I have to reset app and everything is behind a paywall

When my phone went dead I put it on the charger but when I went to see it I could not open CapCut, FIX IT.

i been editing for a very long time and this is honestly horrible try to reverse something takes 5 minutes every thing that almost every editor needs is pro like just make it free they make the things we use the most cost money after a lil bit.
This app sucks
CapCut is honestly terrible. It deleted my projects and wasted hours of my time, and the app takes up an absurd amount of storage with unnecessary files. Losing all that work because of an unreliable app is ridiculous. I expected a lot better, but instead I got a frustrating experience and a huge waste of space on my device.

Bring back the old CapCut!
It’s a really good app for editors but they keep adding so many things that editors need to CapCut pro and not everyone wants to spend money of some of the effects that we need. I also cannot find the swing bottom and fade in anymore I’ve tried looking for it several times but it’s no longer there. Bring back the old CapCut!
glitchy
every time i use this app i am immediately left wondering why i pay them 20 dollars a month only to have the app respond by crashing, glitching, and otherwise being completely unusable. and the worst part is, the free version works completely fine. if i didn’t need to be able to slow down clips without it jumping around, i wouldn’t pay for it at all. unfortunately, the greater capcut devs decided to make a working slow motion a paid feature. sure, there’s a free version, but unless you can use that smooth slow motion button, don’t even bother. i’ve used capcut for years and its just gone so downhill lately. seriously debating learning videostar at this point.
