I’ve been using this app for a good while now like I want to say since 2016-2017? I hate seeing an app that encourages artists and those with artistic minds with fashion to use generative ai. Ai is killing our planet but also stealing from artist to make said slop. The devs have gotten lazy. They have been going years without ai they can keep going without it . It’s not hard to not support using gen ai . Disappointed in the creators of this app truly. This game isn’t what it use to be. It’s not about fashion they don’t put in the effort like they use to, now it’s boring same old ai slop no more creativity or fun HUMAN made designs
Support is terrible
If you run into a problem and need to contact their support…. Don’t bother. They give you generic AI populated responses and never help with the issue.
Ai Slop Ruined A Great Game
I loved this game but its turn to Ai makes it barely worth opening. That’s it. It just looks bad and you know there’s no point in reading the challenges since a person didn’t write them. I don’t even care the voting system sucks.

Update ( so I’ve noticed COVET trying to sneakily make people rebuy the items they already bought. And no not by making something unworn. For instance, I bought the entire lotus item outfit set including shoes because I did a lotus challenge. And now they can no longer be found in my wardrobe. However I found them BACK in the shopping list. It is VERY important that the company does things with integrity and honesty. And this is VERY unethical.) I was never one of those ones who was super mad that covet got rid of designer clothing. But I’ve become one of those. The covet clothing sucks, for lack of better words. The dresses all look like they were designed by an Ai software, embedded with Spain inspo pics. They all look the same but in different colors and “fonts”. Im assuming they got rid of designer clothing due to budget cuts, attempting to maximize profit. So if we are no longer getting designer clothing. Then why is a plastic cheap ai designed purse $74,000??? I’ve never seen a designer purse cost that much. The purse prices are ridiculous. They’re not even CUTE. Bring back DESIGNER CLOTHING. Also So many challenges are super witchy and dark now.. it’s like they did Halloween but kept some of it with them… like we’re in April already. ) past review- The challenges are getting way too expensive. Regular ones might as well be flashbacks. I just tried to do one regular seasonal challenge, there was only one item requirement, a golden covet necklace that for some reason costs over 1,000 diamonds. Bring the prices down so we can actually play the game.. also on the daily check off list it says check any 2 challenge results. Well any 2 means any 2. But I have not been rewarded when I checked my jet set items. If you’re not going to include jet set make sure you dot your i’s and cross your t’s. Also I’ve noticed inconsistencies with the makeup. Some are not even the same on the face as the one in the select category. But that’s another story… I’ve also noticed to even get a 5.0 score you have to have unworn items. I’ve seen the pattern. Ofc most of the daily clothes we use are already worn if we want list them as unworn we have to buy it all over again. If you score 4.5 you only get 25 diamonds and a 4.5 is a good score. … 25 diamonds .. I can’t even buy a hat with 50 diamonds. The fashion pass head accessory rewards are so cheap. Only giving us one hair item we can only use on one hair style and we have to unlock more just to get a different hair style. Will it kill you to just give us actual hair accessories that we can unlock to use on all our hair styles??. And the props in fashion pass might as well just be stickers. Give us actual prop items worth our time and money. The price for props went from 4 dollars to 8. You don’t understand … if you actually gave us good things and weren’t so cheap, we would actually be more invested into the game thus willing to spend more money. But right now, you’re not paying us NEARLY enough for what you’re wanting us to spend. That goes for money and rewards. That turns people away as you’ve read by your most recent reviews… I’ve spent money on this game but I am not willing to spend more if it’s not worth my time. If I pay for 600 diamonds and it’s gone halfway through a challenge I’d just rather not be bothered. If I can’t even complete a challenge because I can’t afford to.. why would I keep playing the game? What’s the point? All this just to say..

Glitchy and AI Slop
The chat feature has been down for a week now. This game is often glitchy and seems low effort. Everything “covet collection” is costumey AI slop.

Tired of covet crowns!
I am an OG user since 2013 and this is my first time having something negative to say. I would like to address an ongoing issue that is extremely disappointing. I don’t appreciate my duplicate props being replaced with crowns. When I pay real life money for props I expect to be granted what I pay for. I already have thousands of crowns that sit useless for months until the app decides to design new hairstyles, that are even then rarely used.
I would like to be reimbursed my prop credits when duplicates occur, it’s the only fair thing to do when spending real money on this app!

They’ve ruined this Game
I dropped this game last fall and reopened it (now spring 2026), just to remember why I left to begin with. The game now only works in classic models mode (they removed modern models which offered more diversity and were visually higher quality) and the game has dropped basically all outside brands, only using their “Covet” brand. The clothes feel tacky and costumey yet somehow they’re still making half of the items only purchasable with Diamonds instead of in-game cash!!! I used to feel justified spending a few bucks each month for this game but now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. RIP old Covet fashion, you are sorely missed.

Are they even trying anymore?
In addition to the awful looking AI clothes instead of real designers, they are clearly just reusing old challenges without even changing the descriptions. “Style with the new X brand item” that is from six years ago. It’s embarrassing. I won’t delete the app so I won’t lose my 10+ years of progress if they decide to reverse the changes, but every day I lose a little more hope.
They ruined the game
I loved this game, I have played it on and off for over a decade. I stopped playing for the last few years and just started playing again recently and I’m so disappointed. Years ago the game had started pushing more and more to a pay to play game. But now it’s out of control, I used to be fine spending a small amount of money on the game every week. But now if you want to win and enter all the challenges you have to spend an absurd amount of money. They got rid of all the designers they worked with and now only have their own overpriced boring brand. It cost over 1k diamonds to enter many of the challenges now and that amount of diamonds costs a large amount of real money. That’s to enter just ONE challenge. From what I’ve read most people think EA is just trying to suck as much money out of the game as possible until they shut it down. The prices are out of control and they have ruined some of the best parts of the game. They are most definitely trying to ruin it so people stop playing or pay huge amounts of money to play until they eventually give up. EA I know you don’t care what anyone who loved this game has to say. But you ruined a game that so many people loved, I will specifically avoid any game your company owns, you are a perfect example of corporate American greed.
Bring back covet!!
I love this game. Deeply. This is my second review, but I believe it needs to be said again. I will not delete my account, because of all the hard work thus far, but I cannot support a game that clearly has AI generated content. The captions or challenge images is one thing, but to get rid of clothing brands is defeating the entire purpose of the game. Seeing all the old brands still be there is like a slap in the face. I liked the idea of covet basics initially, but my heart sank once I realized that it was a long term replacement for the brands. I have hope that this game will be restored someday. DO BETTER COVET.
once great, now ai slop
this game used to feature real world clothing items, designed by human designers and brought into the game. it was so fun to play with styling pieces i would never be able to afford in real life, and collecting things from various collections over the course of years. I have played since 2012! But in the last year or so, EVERY item has become AI generated garbage. it's hideous - tacky, one-note, and woefully devoid of a human touch. I imagine the original developers are ashamed of what their game has become under your ownership. absolutely disgraceful

Used to be higher rating
I’ve been playing this game for years- but the recent changes are making me consider deleting. The ‘fashion’ component is gone, the ability to use the ‘cash’ earned thru challenges has diminished as the challenges almost all required diamonds to purchase required items and it just feels like the game has become a cash grab with no core value around designers and fashion that used to be there. Extremely disappointed by how this game has become a shadow of what it used to be.

Decided to redownload this game after a year and I don’t know what happened, but it sucks. It’s really cheap and cheesy now, for a game, it used to be sort of sophisticated and had real and current designer items, now it’s just junk. Deleted again.

AI SUCKS!!! it’s always a bummer to see these “creative” type games give the middle finger to real artists bc they’re greedy. the players also suffer! look at the bad reviews from people who played for a long time. but what do we expect from ea… fun sometimes tho

I really loved everything about this game until the change. It seems like the game was evolving, until it wasn’t. It actually back tracked and made it less enjoyable with the changes.
Bad changes
This game used to be so much fun, but it was bought by an AI company and it made so many bad choices. All of the clothing is now a made up Covet brand. None of the actual designers seasonal clothing is here anymore. It's not fashion anymore, it's fantasy. Everything is overpriced. The challenges are constantly repeated or boring or you have to pay a lot to get the outfits. They made is extremely hard to win any rally's. It's not worth it.
Once Creative, Now Glitchy and Generic
I’ve played Covet Fashion for years, and the game has gone noticeably downhill. The authentic designer fashions that once made it great have been replaced with AI‑generated clothing that looks cheap, often the exact same item simply released in different colors. System glitches are constant, and support has become unreliable - giving inconsistent answers and mishandling prize discrepancies by making every fashion house member open their own ticket even when the error is already acknowledged. The game is also increasingly money‑driven, with nonstop paid series challenges and packs pushed at every turn. Overall, a frustrating decline from what used to be a premium experience.
Used to be great.
This used to be such a great game. There’s barely any new items, and almost none of the newer items are from actual brands. Recent challenges have required old or expensive items and are difficult to complete without spending real money to get diamonds. Wish it could go back to the same old game I used to love.
AI Slop
Everything looks like ai slop even the stories on the challenges. Today they took away the free $500 prize challenge. I was spending around $10-$20 monthly on this game but now I’m over it.
This game has tanked
I used to use this game for real life fashion. I used to actually buy some of my clothes based on the real brands that were on this app. I bought the dress I wore to my daughter‘s wedding from address shown off this app. And even though my friends used to make fun of me with that, I used to show them clothes off of the app and they would also buy some of the clothes. Now the clothes are all fantasy clothes. Not only that, but the clothes are all ugly and it seems like a lot of the negative reviews have been taken down. I I’ve been playing this game since 2013 pretty much every day, but as soon as all of my money is gone I’m out. I expect this to take me quite a while because I hardly play anymore. What a shame!
Ai Centered App Now.
This was probably one of the first games I ever played on a mobile device when I was a little girl. Now I’m 23, I’ve played it on and off for over 10 years and I always loved the unique clothes from all the different brands. Now everything is “Covet Collection” and it’s all just Ai clothes. I can even tell the new prompts use Ai photos and not real models anymore. I’m so disappointed and I will be deleting the app.
Fell off once they started using ai to design clothes
I’ve played this game off and on for years and have enjoyed it so many times. I loved the competition, creative prompts, and styling was always so much fun. However, they recently introduced “seasonless” challenges, which are basically every challenge now. They fired their artists and broke off their collaborations with brands - so the clothes are now clearly made by ai, along with the story prompts. It completely devalues the game. There’s way less clothing options and everything looks like a carbon copy of another item right by it. There’s no creativity anymore and there’s zero life in this game now. Rip covet.

this game used to be amazing, but over time became more and more of a cash grab. packs are overpriced, you can’t finish a lot of challenges without actual money, and especially ever since they cut the contract with designers and replaced it with ai slop instead of having artists just draw original designs (whoever does the prompts sucks at prompting because they aren’t even /decent/), it no longer is worth even staying for. obviously they don’t care about the customers who have spent money on this game and it’s an insult. deleted the app - to whoever is running it, y’all suck but I know you don’t care

Designing looks with only digital clothes is so boring - I only play because I can still buy past seasons clothes that are actually made by fashion designers with passion instead of ai clothes made specifically for a challenge that require no creativity from the person putting together the outfit.

If you’re going to get rid of the brand clothes the Covet basics need to actually be decent and usable… the Spring 2026 designs are genuinely so hideous and lazy. The same 4 ugly pieces in a million different colors is not why people love this game. I’ve been playing for nearly 10 years and never been so disappointed. Apple won’t refund me
I made a purchase on this app twice. Got charged twice and never received the items. I reached out to Apple and they declined my request for a refund. I got scammed and robbed from this game and Apple doesn’t care.
AI takeover fail
Loved this game for YEARS and the past few months it has been abismal due to ai slop clothes taking over and all the good designer brand clothes not being added anymore, all the hair and makeup ends up being lazy copy and paste and the challenges are recycled or lazy challenges designed around a brand deal

you earn diamonds and tickets and money. everything in the store is mostly diamonds. there needs to be an option to convert money to diamonds to buy more clothes and do more challenges. it is hard trying to earn diamonds.

One of the biggest disappointments is the removal of many real designer brands. That was part of what made the game special and realistic. Now we’re left with mostly “Covet Basics,” which are often overpriced and not nearly as stylish or exciting.
The rewards system has also become frustrating. Most prizes are just cash, which makes challenges feel repetitive and less rewarding. There’s very little excitement anymore when opening prizes.
On top of that, there are frequent issues when purchasing passes or packs, and customer support can take hours (sometimes longer) to respond. For a game that pushes in-app purchases so heavily, that’s disappointing.
New levels also recycle makeup and hairstyles instead of introducing fresh content. It makes leveling up feel underwhelming and repetitive instead of exciting.

It used to be a good game. It had its issues but you could deal with them. Then EA took over and it has gone downhill since then! It’s not worth playing anymore.
Fun while it lasted
This game used to be fun. It had real brands and fun challenges to enter. Now it is all a mess of AI slop. No real brands, just the same ugly items in a new ugly color. I’m sure they’re making a ton of money now from changing to a pay to win format.

Stop using Ai to design the items
STOP USING AI !!!! I’ve been using this app since I was a kid , I am now twenty three and like to use it for fun but the A.i usage to create clothing items has ruined the game completely the items are so uninspiring and UGLY!!! Please stop doing this. It was so much more fun and genuine when real brands where being used. It’s so clear to the fans that you guys have chosen profit over quality and that’s not going to help your brand if anything it will crumble it dramatically.

I use to love this game. It use to be fun and I didn’t mind spending money. It has become boring and they blame online stores for purchases they aren’t put through. A lot of the clothes and challenges are repeating. It’s not worth the time or effort. If I could go back, I’d never play this game.

This game used to be 5 star awesome, played everyday for years now I do the daily to get my cash and sometimes do a covet collection event. Overall the game went cheap on its players while wanting more money from them. Ugh EA go back to the owners and beg them to run this for you because you are tanking it, you won’t though because you’re going for quantity not quality and as long as you’re making money you don’t care. I came back to Covet after being off the app for a few years and it has really gone downhill. No more modern models and no more designer brands, everything is ugly and boring and all of it is some type of Covet brand. Lazy and uninspired.

what the heck is this
first played this game the beginning of my sophomore year of high school 2016 and i was so in love with it. competing users had style, real brands were used & voting was fair. my looks often surpassed 5 stars. i played it for a while until i got tired of waiting hours (even days) for challenge results. plus everything slowly became too expensive. the game became unable, unless you were spending money & i was a teen with no access to money. fast forward, i’ve tapped back into my creativity which is beyond the norm & after dreaming abt the game; i downloaded it after nearly 8 years. i must say im utterly disappointed & confused. the ai is very horrendous and unnecessary-mostly everything is covet basics which is ugly. no one on the app has style-unless you dress your model in the most monstrous outfit, prepare to get nothing in return after your challenge results come back. I am very stylish and in the past 2 days, the only time i passed 5 stars is when i purposely dressed my model in a hideous outfit in order to recognize a pattern. it’s very clear that the users are jealous competitors who purposely vote against the better outfits when on the voting board. the outfits i’ve seen users throw on their models serves them no right to judge my stunning looks. the users on this game have the most atrocious outfits that i have to skip most of them. back in the days, everyone played fair & i often was on the board for best voted looks for certain challenges. again the ai is SICKENING, UNNECESSARY-the ai promts for the challenges are a JOKE. idk what happened to this game.
AI Slop
This used to be one of my favorite games, but now I don’t play it anymore since it’s turned completely to AI instead of working with brands. It’s such a disappointment after years of enjoyment, as well as an embarrassing amount of money spent over the years. I really wish they would go back to working with brands, and bring the game back to what it used to be.
