I get I’m not paying for premium but it’s a little bit ridiculous how many ads there are. Right after I watch an ad to end the show the next episode starts with an ad then I skip the theme song and I get another ad I have watch 6 minutes of ads and not even any show. This has gotten out of hand I remember when all streaming services were ad free bc you pay them! I’m already paying you I shouldn’t need to watch ads as well.

I like this app a lot it helps me watch Reba and it was on Netflix but then got taken off so I’m glad I can watch it on here it also had Reba McEntires The hammer love that movie Disney+ helps me watch all the Reba things that I can and I like how it has age limits because I’m a teenager so that helps a lot
It was very tricky to unsubscribe
Unsubscribing was a hard task for me. The button was not easy to find.

I watched an add and replayed 10 seconds and they made me watch it a whole 2 minutes agin. Waste of time

The app is always glitching, logging you out, or making you change ur password for the millionth time. For disney to be a multi-billion dollar corporation you would think they have people constantly preventing this but obviously common sense is not too common

Disney pulling the same BS that Netflix is. We pay for the subscription, but can’t even log in at grandmas so the kids can watch bluey. Whats the friggin point. Greedy Friggin companies. I’m just gonna buy physical copies like the good old days.
Zero stars wasn’t an option
I moved and now I can’t access Disney plus on any of my devices. I pay for a service that I have to call customer service and wait for a resolve anytime I want to use my service. No matter how many times I call Disney none of the apps will recognize this as my new IP address and it prevents me from accessing my account. All of my devices say “this doesn’t seem to be part of the Disney+ Household for this account” I can’t update the household manually and calling customer service is a temporary fix. I don’t why a company who is worth 175 billion dollars is incapable of fixing this. Other friends have experienced this when moving and had to create a new subscription account. Seems to me like it’s a potential class action lawsuit. What do I know though?

9/10 times there’s an infinite loading screen and nothing plays no matter how good your wifi or what device is used. Do better Disney

No HDR on macOS
Why does Disney+ not support HDR video on macOS? The platform where essentially every first party display supports beautiful extended dynamic range and color gamut. Ridiculous.
Why can’t I change my plan and pay?
For us to be paying these prices for your services. Something needs to be done. I’m tired of these error messages because I know I’m entering my payment info correctly.

Deleting my downloaded shows.
Whoever I download shows the app keeps on deleting my tv shows and movies I have downloaded to view offline. I’m deployed out at sea for military and all my movies and shows were gone. Why does the app do this. I have WiFi still to keep them valid subscription wise.

How come Crunchyroll doesn’t do this to my downloaded shows. Once it’s downloaded it doesn’t delete itself unless I tell it to. Stupid flaw in your app.

Hulu ruined it
Why did yall collaborate with Hulu like now we got ads and for some reason we only got Hulu stuff and not Disney idk why and Disney is for kids why r u collaborating with Hulu nobody likes Hulu

Disney+ With Ads Is Not Worth It - Almost $15 Just to Watch Commercials
Disney+ with ads is not worth it. I was charged $14.03, and honestly, for that price the experience is terrible. I have tried other streaming platforms with ads, including Netflix, and Disney+ is by far the worst one in my experience. Without exaggerating, in less than five minutes I was already getting interrupted by commercials. It feels like you are paying almost $15 just to watch ads.
The catalog also feels limited and repetitive, with many of the same old titles and not enough variety. I do not understand why these companies keep raising prices while offering less value. Instead of charging more for an ad-supported plan, Disney should invest in better content, more variety, and a better viewing experience. For me, Netflix offers much better value. I do not recommend Disney+ with ads.

The amount of ads is insane. Watching a 22 min episode shouldn’t have 10 mins of ads in between. I feel like it’s not even worth watching at this point.

App and Service Non-functional
The app worked find until the streaming service merge. Now I can no longer access or use not only the app but all my accounts I payed for. Support is also no help and is telling me it is on my end and keeps insisting my login information must be wrong or I do not have a good connection, I also know mutiple people who are having the same issues as me so am aware it is not on my end.

Greedy greedy company
I still cannot comprehend why a paid app should have ads. I pay $19.99 a month and get 10 minutes of ads on one 40 minute show. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYUYYYYYYY? And to get rid of them I have to pay MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE you are utterly disgusting company.
Disney+ is low tier
This app is terrible. Can’t get through a single film without it crashing. Horrible. Not worth the money.
Can’t watch Hulu originals
I pay for the Hulu and Disney+ package and lately I have been unable to watch any Hulu originals on Disney+ because it pauses every 5 seconds and doesn’t play again unless I hit play again every 5 seconds. I decided to try watching Hulu originals on the Hulu app instead but when I log in it just says that I need to complete my subscription and won’t even let me access my account. Well if I try and complete my subscription it shows that I already pay for Disney+ and Hulu plus with no ads and there is no other option to fix it. I can’t access any Hulu originals right now at all and it’s been this way for months. I will be canceling my subscription if this doesn’t get resolved soon.

It’s been a month now and it still gets stuck on commercials and they won’t go back to the show. Please fix your app. I pay money for this thing I would like it to work. I have completely deleted the app and re-put it on and I have done all the steps that everybody says to do
Casting to Google Hub is flawed
When casting to the Google hub on my work desk it plays one episode and when the next one starts it looks like it’s loading for a minute or two and the it goes to the Google hub home screen but the steaming audio is still playing. Please correct this flaw. I need my Bob’s Burgers fix while working.
Buggy
Very frequently, the app will freeze always near the end of a 1 minute and 30 seconds ad. The only way to fix it is to go back out and then back in where the ads start all over and we have to watch them again. It’s only Disney+. Every other streaming service I use does not have this problem.
Greedy with Ads
The app froze after running through the ads, then I had to back out and reload and got more ads
App needs to be updated for vision OS27.
The application user interface shuts down after a movie or show has played. The only way to gain access to the app again is to shut down the app in the Apple Vision Pro. Please fix this issue.
