No worth with the money
Hardly any profiles, much are incomplete, missing photos, and bots. I regret signing up for this dating app.
Just like every other dating app
If you’re a man you’ll spend 200 dollars to get the 6 month subscription and come away with no matches. Just keep wasting you’re time on tinder still seems to be the only one that somewhat works
Poor selection
Expensive site that delivers a low amount of subscribers. I paid for six months and was finished looking through my selection results within a few days. It did not generate anything that felt genuine.
When I asked to cancel they declined the request.
When I asked to cancel they declined the request.
Scam alert
Paid for the premium membership only to find out there was a total of 4 other users between the ages of 25-41 within a 150 mile radius of phoenix az. One of the largest cities in the country. What a joke.
Do not waste your money.
I absolutely do not like this site. Us Match or our-time. This app will not let you see members at all. It pushes members to you. I have been on it for 2 months and not one member. I have been on the other and you get multiple likes and messages. Just saying don’t waste your money.
Was not worth it for me
Unfortunately this app just didn’t work out for me. The fact you have to pay for certain features along with meeting plenty of cat fish it was just not worth the money time or energy
Worst dating app experience
The amount of money they want you to spend just to see pictures and have unlimited messages is insane. I live in a pretty remote state and with the parameters set to the entire state the amount of profiles to view was very low I’m talk maybe 5-10 profiles. The customer service was the worst in the industry I tried to get a refund and ended up canceling my card. They are not threatening to send me to collections unless I pay it in full for a 2 year subscription that I did not realize the time frame was that long I have not used the app since the first day of downloading and will never use it again.
Save your money
This app is an absolute scam. I cannot believe j paid as much as I did.. just to only see ONE photo and if I want to talk to someone I have to use one of my 15 “matches” for the month to even read a message or message back. Any normal looking person I’ve come across has been fake. For as much money that goes into a subscription, you’d think eharmony would at least scrub the fake profiles.
Stupid
This app is very stupid u have to pay just to swipe left on ppl.. u can't even see their pics it's blurry until you pay $10. App is trash
No profile photo
This app is terrible! There's hardly anyone to match with less than 150 miles from me. At least half of the profiles don't even have a picture. They should not be allowed to post a profile without a picture. Such a waste of my time & money!
Don’t Buy
There are no matches in my area and they refuse to give me a refund.
Don’t waste your time.
People said to try eharmony. It’s different than the other apps. It’s not. They have a different process and more questions but the experience doesn’t change. More than half the profiles I’ve had contact with are fakes. I’ve lost count of the email notifications from them on removing spammers. The selection of real people within a realistic dating range is extremely limited. I’m stuck in a 90 day plan (DONT DO IT) so mostly I just entertain myself talking to scammers and reporting them. I figure at least I can remove someone if them and maybe they won’t bother someone else who can’t spot them. Oh, and did I mention that you really should not waste your time on this app? Best of luck.
So awkward to use
Profiles are blurred until you subscribe, so you’re quite literally going in blind. Even then, the app is just so awkward to navigate through, and honestly, even paying doesn’t fix this bad experience. Not worth it.
Don’t recommend
Unfortunately, my experience left me with a negative impression of the company and its customer service. My main concern is not the money itself, but the lack of clear communication about automatic renewal and the unwillingness to find a compromise. I hope eharmony improves its renewal notifications and customer support policies so that other customers do not experience similar misunderstandings.
The worst dating app
This app is terrible. It’s constantly throwing people at you from 150 miles away and their users don’t engage - what little there are (I have success on literally EVERY other app). The entire experience is predicated on paid subscriptions but they yield little to no dates. Avoid at ANY and ALL costs.
Wasted time
Signed up, took a 30 min quiz all to be asked at the end to scan my ID document….deleted immediately should have told me that in the beginning
Big city app only
Perhaps all dating sites are the same but I spent almost $300 and there are no matches within an hour’s drive. There’s no real way to see if the service had any value until they have your money.
I’m a guy from New York and I’m gonna tell you the damn truth
First, the site is now filled with hackers. These are people who have profiles and the way you can spot them as they ask for your number, but they are not willing to give theirs no matter what you do no matter what you say and they usually ask for your number right away this has happened to me five times in 3 days. I finally was able to get one of them to give me their number, but when I called it, the number was disconnected. These people are charging astronomical prices. These companies are ripping us off and they’re abusing people with their emotions, knowing they’re looking for love and trying to make a profit at least if it was real, but it is fake and worse than ever. All those real reviews you read are all fake every one of them written by bots and I’m gonna make it my mission to prove it they are all fake women on there they’re lying they’re fake profiles it is run by hackers. Trust me stay away. Update: perhaps you can see below that the developers responded and saying they’re sorry this and that everything else but funny I don’t see them saying we apologize for the inconvenience of having a $330 sign-up fee for a year and no other way around it, we will give you a special and honestly I don’t even know how they could possibly even have that in the first place I mean just everything about it. The price is ridiculous. See if I owned a dating website. I would completely redo the whole thing the whole premise of it and I would make a $10 a month that’s it all features included and I guarantee I would kill every other dating website out there. I would just smash it to pieces if I have the money and the investor, that’s what I would do and so people like these these greedy people would have to change their ways. The only thing they understand is money they’re not interested in hooking people up. They’re not interested in people finding marriage they’re not interested in true love they are only interested in money. How’s that for an update?
Literally no options
This app is so much worse than Bumble or Hinge. I don’t even enjoy looking at the options on here. Dallas is a huge city (millions of people) and I ran out of people to look through pretty quickly. Everyone is more than 150 miles away. They also lock you into a membership. I was fortunate to sign up when they were giving a discount on the memberships but I still regret signing up for one. There is no way out of it until you’ve paid 4 payments of whatever is the agreed upon amount. A complete waste of money and time. Spare yourself.
Horrible
No one is on this app
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Eharmony is a joke! It’s more or less a scam! You get one matching profile at a time and if you don’t think it’s a good match you either go with it or delete it and once deleted you’ll never see it again. If you don’t get any good matches that you feel are good for you and delete them all l. You don’t even have any profiles to look at for days or weeks. Then explain to me why I paid for this! All I can say is my mistake I won’t do it again and I’ll try to save others the time and money! There are better options out there don’t spend your money on eharmony!!!!!!!
Hire humans for customer service please!
Beware - after 4 emails with robots, it is clear that I am paying for a service that eharmony has zero intention of providing me access to. Not only is their technology deficient, their customer service is non-existent.
Thieves they are!!!
DO NOT DO THIS!!!! What a total waste of money! This should be illegal to take this much money, lock you in to a contract, and not provide any one of quality in the area! I live in a big city and quickly ran out of choices. Their only suggestion is to expand your search area. Not driving 100 miles to meet someone! Don’t get robbed like I did!
Do not use this
I wasn’t getting anything happening like I currently have with Hinge. So I canceled the app immediately and next thing I know, eharmony sent the balance for rest of year to the collection agency. So do not sign up for this at all or just do monthly instead of 3-6-9-12 months lump sum deal. Eharmony is a joke. Never again.
Not easy to cancel
They won’t let you close the account they will continue charging you. The price they give you as promo is not the 3 months they wi charge you a lot more if you sign read because they will make you pay even if you don’t use it and want to
Close which you can’t, I don’t recommend this site .

Terrible experience and even worse customer care
I met ONE person on EHarmony. They ended up dying in an accident while we were seeing each other (not joking). I took some time to refocus on other things before coming back. Upon returning my luck was even worse than before. (But at least they fixed the issue of me only seeing Canadians as I lived in a border state). I found very few women in my area (despite living in a populous place). The app is riddled with bots now. The (allegedly) real women were either rude to me, or must not have been paid members, so they would never respond. After getting burnt out by this and other apps (with more members mind you) I took some more time away. I had forgotten about the auto renewal until my bank flagged it as fraud, blocking the charge. Since I had no intentions of ever using the app again I just let it go. It’s not as if I was getting any services I wasn’t paying for, so nothing illegal going on in my mind. As far as I was concerned my membership was cancelled when the payment was cancelled. It wasn’t until I received an email from the staff at Eharmony that they didn’t feel it was so. They wanted money for something I wasn’t even using. I expressly stated to them that I had no longer been using their services and had no intention of doing so again. I stated that I wanted my account and all of its information removed from the platform so as to not confuse still existing members. I thought this was a reasonable request. No money. No more service. Our provider-client relationship terminated. Seems simple enough. That is until I received another threatening email. They never even responded to the first email. Again, I told them the situation. I expressed in no uncertain terms wanting my account closed. Again, no response from them. Instead, I ended up getting a letter for hundreds of dollars from a debt collection agency. I would be better served lighting that money on fire because at least maybe I could see some pretty flames. Not tossing it into the maw of a greedy corporation who doesn’t actually care about my [objectively terrible] experience on their platform or with their support staff. If you know what’s good for you avoid this app, and this mega conglomerate, like the plague.
And before any readers AT me I’m a good looking guy (with abs), solid hygiene, a steady job, and I’m always respectful to the women I meet. My friends all can’t believe what I’ve been through. So, my experience definitely wasn’t my fault.

Recent forced matches ruined the app
Premium subscriber. Now they’re forcing you to like or dismiss a match before seeing the next one. Makes it shallow. Wish I could cancel but I prepaid. Oops.
Update: their generic response below does nothing to address the issue.

Lots of fake profiles
I was thinking about joining because I got a lot of responses on the first day I joined. HOWEVER…that ended immediately on the second day. All of the responses I received on the first day were from “premium members.” But in reviewing members, I noticed that there would be an account without a picture, then a few swipes later there would be another account with the same exact name and write up it WITH a picture…
Definitely not worth taking the chance on considering the cost of “premium membership” when it appears that many of the members are GHOSTS!!!

Been on for five days most of the people on here are scammers
Do not download this app!!!!
I signed up for eharmony thinking it might be a good way to meet people, when I had the free account it showed all kinds of people around me but obviously you can’t message or do anything without paying. So I signed up for the membership(be warned they lock you into at least a 1 year contract so you can’t cancel) immediately after signing up the people in my area went to 0.
It has now been 4 months and there is literally no one within an hour and a half radius of my location. Now I’m forced to pay monthly for a year for an app I can’t even use. This entire company is a scam.

Profiles without photos
Really disappointed that most of the matches don't have photos. Also, if someone is "Retired" it's impossible to tell if our professional backgrounds are similar. Over 55 the actual options within 50 miles are minimal. I wish I could end the contract early.
Dont buy
I have been trying to contact eharmony and they are dodging me. I want to cancel the money im paying into it because in my area theres only 4 people. That is not worth the money im putting i to it. Ill improve my rating if somebody reaches out.
Can’t delete account
You can’t delete an account created on iPhone with an apple account. I will report this app.
Deceptive and greedy business
Eharmony is a greedy company that acts in bad faith when it comes to subscription disputes. They will not notify you ahead of an auto-renewal if not bound by the law in your state. Subsequently they will hit you with overdue fee notices. They will make an entire years subscription due immediately if you don’t immediately pay the first installment. They will threaten debt collection in their first reminder.
Read through the complaints on Better Business Bureau and you will see they make zero effort to resolve complaints from customers regarding their auto-renewal practices. Their practices are willfully deceptive when it comes to not providing fair warning of auto-renewals. I feel that I have been scammed out of almost $700, or whatever legal and financial implications result from them sending a debt to collections.
Avoid at all costs.

Recent change makes it nearly UNUSABLE
Now you can only “discover” one person at a time (even when using their website on a computer). This makes it essentially unusable for me since I don’t live in a large town I’m trying to search a large area. This would be an epic waste of time for me now. Will be looking for a different dating site.. Hope they change it back, but not holding my breath.
Expensive!! And wouldn’t let me cancel even though I only had one match in my city and 3 in my state
They are so expensive and didn’t pay attention to filters.
I had some great people but 8/10 out of my area over 159 miles and the majority across the country. Really? I’ve been in for 6 months and get 1-3 a
Month.

Photo upload
The photos I try to use keep being rejected, they’re fishing and repelling pictures.
Waste of money
Would have given zero stars if I could. I have been charged $53 for the past 6 months because their system glitched and none of it can be refunded when I canceled within the first day of having it. There were only 2 other people in my area using it. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!
SCAM!!
I signed up for an account yesterday and within 30 minutes matched with that person and wanted to see what message they sent me. Was prompted to “subscribe” to eharmony to see it so I chose a 3 month (why not just a month???) option and was told it was $80 a month and decided to do it JUST for that person to immediately unmatch me. I asked customer service to terminate my subscription and they have refused to do so! STAY AWAY!!!!
Not great
The service is so expensive and it’s a very rigid cancelation process. I was shocked how few profiles were available in my area. I like in Salt Lake so not a small rural area but the selection was frustrating. Considering how expense it was it felt like a scam.
App Review
The old version of eharmony is far better than a new upgraded version and I honestly do need the old version back.
So Many Scammers (UPDATE)
(UPDATE) - ***eharmony’s response is laughable. It’s been a month since I joined and if I could take a snapshot of my matches, it’s 8 total and all are scammers. These don’t include the almost daily scam requests I receive. I haven’t had one legit match or communication. If you sign up (and pay) for this service, you are a target and eharmony does almost nothing to prevent that from happening. It’s a terrible terrible service!!!!!*** “I’ve been using eharmony for just a week. In that time, I’ve received maybe 5-6 potential matches, all but one of which have been scammers. Of the different apps I’ve used, this is by-far the worst that I have seen, save those that are “free.” I had hoped that eharmony charging a bit more would cut down on the scam artists and bots, but unfortunately, that is not the case. I live in a mid-sized city (about 500K population), and the pool of potential profiles for a 20 year age range (32-52) is less than 100. Of those 100, at least a third are fakes. The real joke is that I signed up for a year’s subscription, so I’m on the hook for another 11 months of getting nothing for my investment except people using AI-generated photos to try and lure me off the platform and onto WhatsApp or Signal. It’s hard to fathom that in 2026, this company has such poor screening tools. Other apps at least make an effort to cut down on the fake profiles.
Terrible
Finally trying to get back out there but the cost vs seeing people is ridiculous almost all not visible “if they like you” you just have to pay more to see their profile. Good luck to all but I’m all set.
This is pointless
Please allow for users to see who liked them for free without having to pay for a subscription and also we should not have to pay for a subscription to also send messages I am only able to send prompt answers and I could not even see what the person had said
Waste of Money
This site is super expensive and can only view one profile at a time. Not very many people on here as I have no filters on and ran out of matches in the first week in over 100 mile radius. And it’s like $80/month.
Aggressive Billing Practices and Unhelpful Support
I had a very disappointing experience with eHarmony’s billing practices.
I originally signed up for a 6-month membership for around $300. At the end of that term, I was automatically renewed for nearly $600, a charge so unexpected that my bank initially flagged it as potential fraud.
I contacted eHarmony customer service immediately after seeing the charge. While they eventually offered to reduce the renewal fee by 50%, I still found the situation unacceptable given the dramatic increase from the original subscription price and the fact that I reached out right away. Their support responses mainly consisted of copying and pasting the terms of service rather than genuinely addressing the concern.
I also attempted to dispute the charge through my bank, but the dispute was denied and the debit adjustment was put back on my account.
In my opinion, eHarmony’s auto-renewal policies are aggressive and exploitative. The company appears to rely heavily on customer missing cancellation deadlines and then being locked into very expensive renewal terms.
To make things worse, many of the interactions I had on the platform appeared to involve fake accounts that were later banned or deleted. This made the service feel even less worth the cost.

Where is everyone?
Do not waste your money! There is no one on this App
It's a total scam
This is a total scam. Do not fall for it. Fake profile profiles and if you try and sign up for one month they will automatically sign you up for three months.
requested a refund and they denied me and still close their account. What kind of fraudulent busines
I requested a refund after only using the app for a couple hours. There was no matches. I tried a different app and it worked perfectly. I requested them to cancel their account. They close the account and charge me still what kind of fraudulent business practice do they support I don’t recommend no one using this app
Only app you pay to talk
Charging $30 a month just to reply to someone is insane. Only dating app that does this goofy mess. No thanks. Deleted the app and went to hinge, didn't look back!
