Total failure in high-censorship regions
Terrible experience. The app doesn't connect at all, and the support team is incompetent. They just keep you in a loop of "reinstall the app" and "wait for an email." They won't even offer compensation for the downtime. It's a scam to charge premium prices for a service that doesn't work when you need it most. I’ll be switching to a competitor. Avoid at all costs!
Connection issues, false advert
Honestly, when I first started using this a few years ago, I loved it. However, the dropped connection issues are persistent lately, even when keeping the app updated.
Not only this, but using this VPN blocks a lot. A game I played now checks for VPNs and won’t let you play if connected. Same with some streaming services. It’s hit or miss, most of the time it’ll work just fine but other times you have to disconnect the vpn, start the show, then you can turn it back on.
I also believe there’s false advertising with “connect anywhere, use for streaming services and get different catalogs. Never has worked for me at all.
Would love to see improvements, can’t recommend at the moment.

Doesn’t work for Netflix
Stopped working with Netflix US for about a month now - no support or response from the developers.
i dont like it
maybe its user error but when it is turned on my internet is super slow and dont even work.. whats the point if it not usable
