So many pop ups
I’ve had this app since I got my first period, roughly 8 years ago. Ever since then, there would be so many pop up’s when all I wanted to do was log my period. I probably won’t download this again, but it was accurate on when I’d get my period. I’ll be using my health app since it doesn’t have any annoying pop ups
Money Hungry
I’m just a young teenager that would like help in learning about how my body works but apparently I can’t do that because I don’t have premium. Everything is locked except the period tracker which is part of the reason I downloaded it but I also just wanted advice from women who have more experience, but it seems like this app if more focused on filling there pockets then actually helping. I’ve seen this app on ads and was actually excited to try it but the outcome just made me disappointed. And before these people reply saying that they only have premium so they can improve their app I genuinely don’t really wanna read it, that’s your reply for almost every bad review on here but if you really wanted to improve your app you would give more access so people would actually download it and not delete it on the first day.
Too many questions
I got half way through the questions before deleting the app. Too many questions and templates to tap on at the beginning for me.
Flo thinks it’s a dating app
Stop sending conversation starters. This isn’t a dating app and every time your notification pops up on my and my partners phones, we realize how out of touch you are with your clientele. No one who is pregnant needs help staying connected with their partner and the rage a pregnant person feels when they’re throwing up in the toilet, but then Flo sends an alert saying connect with your partner by sending him a compliment is laughable. Is this run by men? But even then, my male partner thinks it’s a joke as well. You’re not a dating app. Stick to PREGNANCY stuff and you won’t piss off the hormonal pregnant woman who is just trying to survive and who is not worried about not being connected to her partner. This is the most connected a relationship could be. Also - get with the times and add in an IVF option. You guys sent me PCOS recommendations for two years (because there’s no option to reset your cycle or go IVF mode) while I was shooting myself up with IVF meds. Again, out of touch with your clientele.
Don’t waste your money!
The app is not worth it at all, save your money!
Not Supportive of Miscarriage
I’m extremely disappointed with this app and how it handles real-life situations.. especially something as sensitive as pregnancy loss.
I recently had a miscarriage and then became pregnant again shortly after, without having a cycle in between. Instead of supporting this very real (and medically normal) scenario, the app basically breaks and the only solution support gave me was to delete my previous pregnancy.
Let that sink in. I’m being told to erase the record of a baby I lost just to make the app function properly.
That’s not just inconvenient, it’s incredibly insensitive.
What makes it worse is that I’m paying for this app. And the response I got was essentially: “Our developers are aware and will fix it in the future.” That does nothing for me now. I need an app that works now, especially during something this emotional and important.
For an app that markets itself as a comprehensive women’s health and pregnancy tracker, this is a major failure. Pregnancy after loss is not rare. This should absolutely be something the app can handle without forcing users to delete meaningful personal history.
If you’ve experienced miscarriage or have a non-linear cycle, be aware this app will not support you when you need it most.

$$$
Could not be more annoyed that I went through a 20 min onboarding process only to be stopped by having to pay for the app. Post partum mama just wanting to keep track of my period and not wanting to have to pay to do so. Onto the next app.
Flo NEEDS ur money guys!!
I had this app when I was first learning and tracking my cycle as a teen and it was great, now as a woman in my late 20s I cannot believe what Flo turned into. Paywalls for EVERYTHING and ad after ad to buy premium. Like you can’t even look at your cycle day without skipping through so many ads. Every MF company sells out and Flo did as well. Lol bye girl.
I pay for annual and don’t get all features
I pay for the annual membership and now I find out I don’t get “trying to get pregnant”? They want an ADDITIONAL $79.99. What kind of scam are these people running??? And I really don’t want to hear excuses from the developers like they’ve left on other complaints. Annual should include ALL FEATURES. Now I have a ton of info I can’t move to another app.
Not great
Was duped into subscribing. It’s rarely accurate and there are no cool features that stand out it. Waste of $
Charged me even I already cancelled
SCAMMERS!! This website will take your money even you already cancelled your subscription. Tried asking for refund but disnt not gave me my refund. Didnt even used the app
No customer service!
I thought this app was cool but don’t spend any money on it. They will overcharge you. I have been trying to get in contact with them for a while now sending them emails messaging on Instagram. I can’t find a phone number to call. They overcharged me. I can’t seem to get a Refund and they’re only support Is those little help questions that do not help at all.
Charged Account After Deletion and Unsubscribed
Trying to get in touch with someone is difficult. I deleted and unsubscribed from this app and it still charged me for this month. I cancelled everything. Please help.
Support doesn’t help
Locked out of my account for 2 months. Support only sends automated replies. Password was reset but the app still says “Your account has been locked.” No unlock emails arrive. Nothing works.
To much of demanding of money
I couldn’t enjoy the app o have no free access
Bulky, Or of Touch, and not User Focused Anymore
If you’re new to periods and need a period magazine this is the app for you. This app was simple and easy to use back in 2018, but now it’s a little out of touch.
Women now need an app to keep track of when to adjust their diets, exercise routines, track hormone circles, when to take vitamins and medications (Cycle Syncing stuff). This app is not designed for a cycle lifestyle.
So I got Clue which is an app that is more flexible for that, still not perfect either, but it has clear cycle visuals and is better if you need to set custom reminders around period, or get helpful tips and alerts for cravings, symptoms and mood in the current cycle you’re in.

Take folate as l-methylfolate not folic acid
PREGNANT PEOPLE DO NOT NEED FOLIC ACID, THEY NEED FOLATE. I used to love this app until I read the info on promoting folic acid
Woman shouldn’t pay for learn about their bodies
This app is whatever I only use it to track my period but why do you have to pay a membership to learn about myself when this should’ve been though at school. Or have free advice on tampon boxes. Why do I have to pay ?
It’s not fair.
It’s not fair.
Paywall
You have to pay…to track your period… ofc they wanna monetize everything, especially women’s periods!! It’s not like we don’t get charged enough for pads and tampons! 😒😒
Its kinda rude
Ya so firstly it sells your data so anytime you’re ovulating or luteal in baby mode there’s baby ads everywhere and tampon ads when on period. 2. The notifications are unhinged and embarrassing 3. Even more rude when you are having fertility issues after the year and a half mark of using it, it says something to the effect of “you’re currently set on trying to get pregnant but haven’t changed it to pregnancy yet, are you sure you’re still trying for a baby?” Yes i did cry, thanks.
