Issues with “Lost Connection”
Upgraded to a newer phone. I downloaded HayDay and for some reason the app keeps kicking me out. While I’m in the middle of completing a task whether it’s planting crops, completing a task, using Tom, etc. The game will say lost connection and then completely lose my progress. Not sure what’s going on. My previous phone had no issues and neither does my iPad. Curious if it’s just the app that’s not compatible with my iPhone or it’s the app itself glitching. It’s really frustrating! Please fix this issue as it seems several other players are experiencing the same problem. Thank you!
They stole my money
I let myself spend a certain amount of money on mobile games every payday. Most of it goes to Hay Day because it brings me the most enjoyment. On May 3rd I purchased the farm pass bundle as well as three other smaller diamond/decoration bundles. It’s now the 6th and I’ve been charged but never got the things I bought or the Farm Pass. It’s almost a week into the farm pass now, so I’ve already missed out on a significant amount of the perks (extra help requests, extra wheel spin, etc) and am going to miss out on all the golden fish stuff because it won’t let me pass the .99 cent one I purchased but didn’t get credit for. I have receipts. Hay Day is the only app I am having this problem with. They told me to file a report with Apple, but Apple says since this issue is only in their app, they need to handle it. So I’m screwed and out all my game money.

They have same problem please help and they sent for me in my Gmail.ads if my account is not come back don’t send for me anything in my Gmail. I will not not throw my money in the trash 🗑️ . I will never pay for any game from right now. If this the problem not fixed, I will not throw my money and the trash for all games in the Apple Store only for the photo for iCloud.
Too many bugs lately
In the last month, the game has so many loading issues I can’t really play it. Every few farms I visit through the paper or from my friends list, I get stuck on the loading page and the an error connections that can only be fixed by restarting the game. This has been going on for a couple weeks. Also, when I try to purchase from peoples booths I tap on the items but I don’t actually get them. Sometimes I will do some tasks on my farm but when I come back later none of those tasks were done. I’ve reported all these bugs and nothing has been fixed and has only gotten worse. My game is always fully updated and I my internet connection is good with no issues anywhere else but this game. I can’t play the game like this so I wish they would fix it.
Last version downloaded messed up the workings.
All kinds of problems with last version from 3 weeks ago. Tried informing people but with no luck. I have my family now not playing like we used to and never buying items when they can’t keep upgrades running correctly. Such a shame!

I can not open videos or Super Cell store on the Hay Day app, have notified Hay Day through the app and no help. Missing out on freebies and perks
Bad support
We’ve been trying to reach help and support to recover a level 95 account that we spend 100s of $ on, and no human is willing to talk to us. They have a bot that keeps ending the conversations with no help and no way to contact a real person app support! And email support was no help telling us to use in app support but all they have is a bot that knows nothing! I have a pending conversation since more than a week ago with no reply!
HATE The County Fair Update !!
I spent 80 diamonds trying to keep my “prizes” from the bonus card game they offered. I was expecting it to end soon, but it kept enticing me to spend more of my already expensive diamonds i bought. I lost everything when i decided to stop, and it was all for nothing. They do this so you can spend more money on the game to gather more diamonds for these “bonus prizes” that constantly asks you to contribute 5x the amount you spent before. Not consumer friendly and disappointing, distasteful, and greedy !
Deleted without warning
I had a fabulous farm with many fabulous things on them that I actually purchased and one day, the whole thing was deleted without warning.
Used to be fun
Lately there have been a lot of events running at he same time. Too many in my opinion. Never the less the tasks used to be achievable. Now it is next to impossible. To the point that it’s frustrating and no longer enjoyable. They’ve created a situation where you have to spend $$$$$$ to keep up and even when you do you just keep getting the same rewards or decoration crate choices over and over. Thus never achieving the completion of an album.
The Easter/Spring update was terrible and glitchy…the animations and decorations were ugly, annoying and won’t go away. HATE IT NOW!

Used to love this game but lately there have been a ton of server crashes. I am having to restart what I multiple times in one setting. Became the least game I will play now. It already takes hours to finish off crafts and then to just reset? Yikes! Takes even longer!! Do not recommend if you are trying to hit over level 30

The game has gotten glitchier since one of the big updates in 2025 and support refuses to acknowledge the issue and wants to pretend it doesn’t exist.

The fact that the entire game is played in a few languages and there is a lot to read in the game is annoying... For example, I read in Hebrew and I don't have the option, so either I don't read most of it or I take a picture and translate it with Google Translate.

I've loved hay day for as long as I can remember. But recently, when I go to purchase diamonds or any bundles I get an error message telling me to contact game support. Well I have - over 8 times now - finally went to Apple and requested refund for the charges I paid since I didn't get my items in game. - opens hay day yesterday & I'm negative -549 diamonds. The only thing I've had refunded so far and even requested was a bundle pack containing 480 diamonds, so the math doesn't even math. Now I'm out money, this account is trash I guess since I can't even buy diamonds to bring it to 0 - HORRIBLE customer service.

You have someone or something that is buying everything in the paper! You cannot click on it without saying someone else bought it. Ridiculous. It’s like the Lucifer that use to ruin the game with building material , now you can only buy 80 per day.. you need to fix your paper.. Do you ever read on the Hay day pages what is happening to your game? You might want to check it out.. people are getting tired of it, and guess what? They will stop buying diamonds and those that don’t will stop playing completely. Wake up. Oh yeah, the print is getting so tiny, you might need a magnifying glass to read the paper. Fix your game. 10 years and now this mess!!

Earth day bad decorations
For Earth Day they decided that putting a bunch of garbage cans, picking up trash, garbage trucks, is a good idea. They will make my farm look trashy if I’m doing all this work, to unlock them give me something that’ll make my farm look nice.
Hayday Disservice
It used to be relaxing with little bouts of competition and I couldn’t wait to jump on daily. Now it’s so stressful with 4+ events happening all at once all the time. You can’t turn any of the events off or opt out (except for the derby) and it all just flashes at you non-stop. It’s stressful now so I started avoiding it like the plague. Went from playing daily, to opening it less and less. Just opened the app after a over month and quickly shut it off again after remembering why I don’t get on anymore. Too much going on all at once. Really unfortunate.
Load your farm pop up
Hay Day is a great game however it is nearly unplayable at this point because there is no possible way to disable the load your farm pop up ever single damn time I open the game. You lost three stars because your stupid settings don’t work and I have to deal with this god awful pop up every single time I want to check my farm.

I love HayDay it used to be a lot of fun going fishing. When I got my new phone I couldn’t transfer my huge farm. I lost everything. It is sooo frustrating when I don’t have storage and I can’t make my barn bigger. I can’t get the screws and saws I need.
Changing for the worse
Been playing for 10+ years and they do not have an avenue for feedback or complaints. So I will do it here for everyone to read. First off we just finished an Easter Season and I used numerous raw materials to make special Easter Season goods and they didn’t bother to comp any of the used items back for the extra items left over. So I lose all the materials used to make special eggs for the Easter season boats…. Come on HD- give something back…. Even if it’s a shovel, an axe- something. Also, they have made necessary items like axe and saw purchasable with coins now…. Guess what I am now running out of all of sudden …. The axe and saw for farm clean up- figures that now you can use coins, they cut back on them as gifts in crates and rewards in the township. Absolute money grab on Supercell because you will have to use coins and purchase them now. Strange how all of sudden those went away- certainly program change. Also, when is the last time you did ANYTHING to the fishing area- 8 years probably. This game is extremely slow moving with land expansions taking forever unless you pay for them. Just not too happy with lack of customer service- it is non existent. I will play other games more often and this less if things don’t improve. Usually, companies push forward with upgrades and incentives- not so much here.

look, I love this game so so much and I have for years but the chick event is so overstimulating. I wish there was an option to turn it off. it was fun at first but now it’s just irritating. I can’t do anything without 50 chicks getting in my way. also, I want to do actual boat orders! not the egg things! pleaseee no more events like this one. it stresses me out to even open the app so I’m gonna have to wait until this week long event is over.
this update is awful
i love the game. however this april update is SO OBNOXIOUS. everything around the screen and all of the bubbles and giant chickens and capybaras constantly moving around the screen makes it unplayable and not enjoyable. i don’t want to play during this update.
