2 days now the app won’t open. I deleted the app and down loaded it again. Same thing.

Хотелось бы обратить внимание на одну проблему. При выполнении задания в скачках, где нужно помогать другим игрокам через почтовый ящик, часто отображаются объявления игроков очень высокого уровня. К сожалению, я физически не могу им помочь, так как у меня нет нужных ресурсов или возможностей. Из-за этого выполнение задания становится практически невозможным. Было бы здорово, если бы для таких заданий подбирались объявления игроков примерно моего уровня или тех, кому я действительно могу помочь. Это сделало бы скачки более справедливыми и комфортными для всех игроков.

I USED to love this game! Very few glitches. I have never been able to connect to Supercell with my email so I had to start my farm all over again. Now since yesterday, I try to open the app and it is stuck on the LOADING screen. So disappointing. I guess I’m about to be more productive lol

The goal is about acquiring decorations on a farm and get minimal rewards to build your farm. Really enjoyed the game when I first started playing, now it’s just a disappointment. Why make big changes all at once
I have been playing heyday since I was a kid my hole family used to all play but recently I can’t update it due to its size I spent a insane amount over the years and recently just bought some gems before the update and now I’m unable to play on my device and have to play on a alternate device that not every one will have the ability to access so it could be ruining peoples ability to play the game I also greatly dislike the new background music I miss the original sound heyday please at least put the original music back I have to play in silence because the music is so bad after the new update not to mention the drastic change in all the characters there styles are quite out there some of the outfits just look to modern for a older fam game and honestly look slightly AI like not a lot of thought was put into the little things anyway heyday if you see this help me out I had tom hired for 10 days to plus my farm helpers I have lost my account due to this update and I had just started making good progress I was almost level 100 and can you guys lower the price of mechanical equipment for levels after 75 cuz they are just outrageous what you mean I need a minimum of half a million dollars to build one thing

What are you doing?!
I’ve been playing this game since 2015 and have never had so many problems as I’m having now. First problem I got kicked out of my own neighborhood that I created. I have all my friends family and children in my neighborhood. I was in active for a while, and when I came back, my leadership had been given to a random player. It shouldn’t matter how long you’re inactive if people don’t want to be in your neighborhood for inactivity they can go to another one. Your neighborhood shouldn’t be taken away from you. And second, the app glitches, shuts down, kicks me out and trying to get a hold of support has been made impossible because the screen freezes and support never comes to help. It makes me not want to play and if I become inactive again for more than a couple weeks, I’ll lose this new neighborhood I created too so what’s the point of playing? Life happens! It doesn’t mean we don’t wanna play and run our neighborhoods with all the achievements we’ve gotten and created. So sad because it’s such a wonderful game before they did whatever they did.
