I purchased something on Poshmark in February and cancelled my order the same day. Somehow, my payment plan is still active, and I paid off 2 payments without knowing that I still had that payment plan. They only refunded me my first payment. It’s utterly ridiculous that they are taking forever to refund my money!!! It’s been almost 3 months, and they still haven’t resolved this issue. Poshmark already confirmed they refunded, even showing proof, and Klarna is still asking me to email Poshmark asking the same thing. Customer service is terrible; it’s just full of AI bots. I will never use this app again!
Unable to Confirm Identity
After app update, the app wants me to confirm my identity again but the face scan does not work. It scans one side and then it goes black. I do not have a laptop or tablet to use, so that’s not an option. Restarted phone. Same error. Uninstall app and reinstall. Same error. Customer service has no answer for it. Cleared cache. Same error. I’ve had Klarna for a long while too. Every payment on time.
Atrocious
Level of customer service is terrible! I have on going issues that have never been resolved or properly addressed. Unbelievably frustrating.
Charge me for using it!
Using Klarna was misleading needed to ready the fine print or fees. Tix’s were 237.00 but instead of paying for the whole thing I thought I was going to spit it up. I had to pay 222.36 than do the payments I could have paid the 15$ and be done but now I owe like 100 in fees and whatever. They need a better way of doing the payments they not helping nobody out.
The identification scan doesn’t work
I was asked to verify it’s me on the app, I was able to load up my DL like it asked but when it makes you record your face to verify, it doesn’t record correctly and then freezes when you’re in the middle of recording. I can’t use this app until they get this fixed. I tried SEVERAL times and never worked. Smh ridiculous!
Klarna was great until my recent experience.
Hello and I’m really not coming on here to be petty or anything. I just want to offer some constructive criticism and warn some people of what may happen if they use Klarna instead of some other Afterpay apps. Basically what happened was I bought two concert tickets for my sister’s birthday apparently the address on my credit card didn’t match the address I gave them because I just moved out of my parents house so I put my address instead of theirs anyways. Instead of just verifying my identity first, they let me make the purchase then told me everything was good. Everything was confirmed 100%. I woke up a few hours later and apparently they had canceled the entire transaction after it already went through and charged my credit card and told me that they couldn’t do anything about the tickets and that I would just have to get different ones. Obviously I wasn’t able to find the same ones at the same price and I had to pay a significant amount more but yeah that’s just my warning to anyone who’s thinking of using this app already filed a complaint and everything so yeah. there’s not really much I can do in this situation but I didn’t like the fact that instead of just verifying my identity first they decided to completely get rid of the purchase so just a warning they might cancel your purchase hours after you’ve made it without telling you, why.
Klarna is horrible
Would not recommend this company . Didn’t owe the money after canceling my subscription with another company and I disputed it over and over and I still had to pay. Affirm is waaaayyyyyy better than Klarna
