I can’t see the charts when I look up a stock. It’s a disaster.

Logs me out every few hours and charts are not mobile friendly
I love Leaderboard and use it every day on my computer. But the mobile app is a big disappointment. It logs me out every few hours and there isn't an option to log in with face ID. I have to type in my email and password every time. Charts aren't easily navigatible as on the web version. I cannot even click on the individual bars to see the price range and the volume.

Every time I click on a chart on my iPhone I now have to sign in again. There’s no option to remember my password so I have to stop my research and go look up my password. It didn’t used to be this way - super annoying.
Not that great of a service.
Maybe I’m just not smart enough to use this app, but I didn’t really get much out of this service. I was looking for guided easy to follow buy and sell notifications, but I received was notifications about the same stocks constantly being added to lists, and then removed from lists. They basically give you a bunch of info on stocks, and leave it up to the user to decide when and how to invest. Feel very let down.

I subscribe to leaderboard and use it every day on my ipad browser. Ive downloaded the app but it is just horrible. First of all it doesn't even fill my ipad screen, only about 25%.
It doesnt have all the same tools and doesnt allow you to access leaderboard charts. There is no good reason for anyone to download this app. I would rate it a zero if I could.

Why can’t IBD offer an iPad app like everyone else?
IBD Digital, Leaderboard, Swing Trader … all stuck in early days of app creation. For the prices being charged you’d think they would support their customers enough to create an app that utilizes the real estate provided on an iPad, works in landscape etc. There are very few apps these days that do not have these basics … but IBD has three of them. Wonder what else they aren’t investing in.
Very poor reliability
I am a long time subscriber having join IBD nearly two decades ago. But know I’m forced to reconsider. Very often locked out of the site for no reason. Very difficult to impossible to contact support. Descent service but expensive. The highly unreliable aspect is not new and only gets worse yet investors.com is apparently unconcerned. Shop for another service.

This app does not work on an ipad. It does to take advantage of the extra real estate of the screen. It does not move. Could not see the entire chart of any stocks. Very disappointed for this app on my ipad.
Leaderboard for iPad?
This app DOES NOT work on an iPad. People have pointed this out for over a year now. It stays in portrait mode only. It doesn’t even enlarge to the full screen. You have to remove the iPad from the keyboard, turn it for portrait mode only, and use the screen keyboard. The app is clearly not responsive design as it stays in iPhone format in the center of the iPad screen. Appreciate any effort to fix this problem.
Doesn’t work on iPad
The app only loads a small square image that appears to be a small fraction of a page in a portion of an otherwise blank iPad screen. Nothing else happens. Deleted the app from the device.
Confused
They say to move out of PayPal, but in another list they have it as leader top 50. Then there is the entry point, all are past gone the entry points. Better if with Reddit’s comments! Not worth the 70 bucks

This app is not suited for an iPad. It formatted for an iPhone. Unlike MarketSmith which has functional iPad and iPhone apps. The Leaderboard iPad app is not functionally usable in a serious manner.

LeaderBoard app keeps freezing off and on. One has to reboot the iPhone off and on. It’s very irritating.
Not a native iPad app
I’m really disappointed that there isn’t a native iPad app for Leaderboard. The app is free but you have to pay for the service so in effect you are paying a hefty price to use this app. I’m not sure why they can’t put for the effort to make a native iPad app.
Disappointing- hopefully will be improved
The app does not view well on an iPad due to small sizing and does not enlarge using the bottom right resize icons. Hopefully this will be corrected soon in an updated version.

I’m not renewing
This thing is a joke. You receive a lot of advertising and late message. I don’t thing anyone can make any real money with this service at all. Every time you receive and alert is to let you know that a company was added or removed from the list. What can I do with that?? And when you receive a buy alert is because the company already gap up 5 or more % already and you are late to the party . Really this thing is nothing but garbage.

Basically useless on the IPad
I love the service, but it is basically useless because it won’t launch in landscape mode. Does anyone use an iPad in portrait mode? Put some effort in and create an app that works on an iPad.

The charts do not load in a reliable manner.
The app doesn’t work natively for iPad and there are screen resolution issues. The checklist status colors are easy to confuse for color blind people. Support is not good either. A lot of improvements are needed. Limited to a few watchlists with limited quantity of stocks and poor visibility of key fundamental and technical metrics.
