Completely Wrong
I did a simple search on a fairly simple sword. The result was completely wrong on every topic. I wouldn’t even use this for free.

When I signed up for this app, I was told that I had three days and wish I could use it and then cancel it. Cancel anytime within that three days and what happened as soon as I signed up for the app, it took the money off of my credit card for one whole year. Now Apple is refusing to refund my money and I can’t contact anybody from this company. Now I would never ever look it up an app that has a cost, but gives me a three day trial. Because that app and Apple are not going to honor. I already asked apple for my refund and they denied it. They didn’t give me any reason for denying it because as soon as I saw the 79.99 charge come up on my credit card. I was supposed to have three days trial. So what happened to my three day trial. Period.

This app doesn't work, nor does it deliver on what it promises. On top of that, it claims to offer a "free trial," but then charges you for a full year. My minor son made an unauthorized purchase, and they simply told me that he didn't qualify for a refund.

This is a scam. I thought I would have a few trial days. The next thing I see is that they charged me over $80. I wanted to cancel with Apple but they said , that I can't. Apple is in it with this developer. Scammers, don't click on anything, they will rip you off

When you try to scan something, it’s makes you wait while ai is “working” then makes you pay for a subscription without telling you. Won’t even tell you if you click out of the subscription stuff. Money grab and stupid. NOT FREE

Absolutely awful customer service. The service was unprofessional, slow, and incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor, issues were not handled properly, and no one seemed willing to help or take accountability. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend based on the level of service I received.

You guys took advantage of me. I’m 80 years old. And tapped on a. App that was misleading. I evidently downloaded the app, but did not agree to pay. When I found out you were a fraud company, I deleted the app immediately in less than a minute. I better not be billed.

They charge you even after you’ve canceled the so-called 7-day trial-and even worse, they bill you before the trial period ends. In my case, they attempted to charge me 2, 3, even 4 times, and two of those charges actually went through.
This is completely unacceptable. My experience has been very negative and untrustworthy. I do not recommend this at all.

I’m quite disappointed with the experience. The app’s paywall clearly shows a free trial option for both the weekly and yearly plans, but when I subscribed, I was charged immediately without receiving any trial period.
This feels misleading and can easily confuse users who expect to try the app before being billed. Transparency is very important, especially when it comes to subscriptions and payments.
I recommend the Apple to review this app paywall and take the action as soon as possible.
