I was expecting more from this app than only getting recommended light changes, erasures and cropping. Very disappointing and had I known, would not paid for a tears subscription and only used for 10 minutes.
Reorder images
You cannot reorder images once in place. Have tried to do this for an hour and always this app puts them where it wants not where you want them.
Rip off
Every feature has its own token system and UX is created intentionally to confuse the user and extract hard earned greens. I couldn’t even go back on one of the flows and the only options were to either pay or close the app.
Unethical Practices
I think most people are downloading this app for what the app refers to as “Magic Hour” filters: basically, they simulate different lighting conditions. What they don’t say is that to use these filters, you need Magic Tokens. Do they come with a paid subscription? Who knows. They don’t make that part clear at all, and they hope you just pay the subscription without questioning it. Gross.
Free Trial is a Scam
Signed up for the free trip and canceled the same day. Still was charged $70 for the year. Free trial is just a scam to take your money.

What happened?!
I used to LOVE this app! It did all I wanted (and needed) a photo app to do. However, that is no longer the case. With all the updates and changes and supposed features developers have tried to cram into the app, the feature I use the most, the backdrop feature, used to manipulate the background no longer works with any regularity. I am ready to cancel my subscription and stop using the app altogether. I don’t even care that I’m paid through November of this year. Unless someone can provide some guidance on how to use this feature again, I’m done. Like DONE done.

They steal your money unknowingly, CANT be refunded and then have nothing special to their app. Everything is so basic and boring and it’s constantly glitching. App sucks.

This app everything is you have to pay. At this point just block the entire app and make people pay before downloading it because what is the point of it being free to download but nothing is free in the app?

Misleading free trial and worst service ever
It did not let me cancel the free trial - I simply didn’t have the option to. I didn’t know if I had cancelled it already or not and ended up purchasing the pro version unwillingly.
Later I found on internet that other people had the same issue. I do not recommend starting the trial with this app because this may happen to you too.
Later I tried to at least use the premium version of the app once I had already purchased it. I won’t have access to it and the support won’t help me with that.

Program crash
Ever since the update with this program, all I ever does is crash now I can’t even edit my photos

Find a better photo editor
Waste of time and money. I paid for the month and find the options useless. It takes you through 3 steps where you can change the size of the photo (useless), it auto adjusts lighting, give you the option to AI remove things but the iPhone editor is 10x better. Everything I tried to remove was blurry and unrealistic. Then it gives you 2010 instagram filters to put on your photo. Canceling my subscription. ASAP
SCAM APP
I cancelled my subscription very soon after downloading this app as it did not do the functions as advertised. They continue to charge my card and are ignoring all correspondence showing proof of cancellation. They are very sneaky and do not bill you via Apple, even if you sign up for the app through Apple, making it impossible to request a refund through the normal Apple methods. This is a scam of a company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOIR CC NUMBER UNLESS YOU WANT MONEY WITHDRAWN CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!
They steal from you
They advertise a trial period but you are charged immediately. I canceled within hours and was charged for a year. They have paddle.com to help you try to resolve the issue and it sends you in circles. Do not download. Do not click anything!

Keeps Crashing
They provided a new bug update, yet it still keeps crashing while editing photos.
Missing effects
I have a paid subscription to this and recently they updated the app and now because of the new AI feature, some of the old effects that I was able to apply, like cartoon and line drawings, have disappeared I really enjoyed adding the cartoon feature to some of the pictures before the AI feature came into place.
Not saving videos
Will not let me export my videos again. Reoccurring issue with this app.

Subscription nonsense
Filled to the brim is AI-generated “help”, and only lets you save one photo per day unless you pay $20 per month to do something a dozen other apps do for free. Don’t let this app scam you of your dollars.
It literally does nothing
Signed up and tried everything it had, feature wise, and sadly it actually ruined my pictures. Went on YouTube and found videos that show you how to actually do this. Faster, cheaper, and better. Don’t waste your time or money. To the people who made this I apologize but maybe make more worth it. Pictures of nature need to be more vibrant in your face at times and keep shadows in other times. Your app does neither. It did not brighten it, actually, it darkened my pics without the option to make it brighter. All the things it offered to do it did them horribly. Again, just one man’s opinion who will NOT be using this app.

Very Unhappy with the Update
You never should have removed the manual makeup tools and other editing tools to opt for the “magic AI.” Bad move for an app we pay too much money for.
Not Happening
So far I am unable to fix any photo how I’d like to. Don’t think this app is for me.
New Updated Layout is HORRIBLE
I used to love this app. The developers ruined it with its latest overhaul. I won’t be renewing my subscription.
